Lowest price compared to others and get money back for executive members. 12 double sided pumps so lots of room. Parking lot is a bit confusing due to construction but I suggest to enter from the new road (turn right when leaving Costco, not left toward Wellington). Follow the winding road and you’ll see it on your left.

Glad they did 3 pumps. They will for sure be busy. Good signage to find them as the main shopping building won't open till the new year I heard.
