Place is usually clean, attendants clear the occasional spill quickly. Pro tips: use gloves to protect hands from the stinky gasoline smell on the pump handle. Forgot your gloves? Alcohol based hand sanitizer will help to lessen the stench until you can get to washing. Go forth and save, young motorist.

Not that busy on a Tuesday afternoon at approximately 4: 30pm. The line ups were short. However the traffic in the area around Colossus Drive is terrible due to the surrounding shops and restaurants.

Does this costco gas station take visa?
The one in barrie is only Mastercard and debit same with inside the store. Some costcos take visa. Some one comment please.

Please see photos that are self explanatory for the reason I returned, Costco should have done their homework before stocking products unfit for Canadian climate and require batteries for outdoor usage or need you to bring them inside if temperature falls below freezing, common sense tells you that unless glass is treated it cannot withstand minus temperature. Quality of Costco Canada products on shelf has to improve with more sense in what you stock for consumers, not what USA tells you to do, this is Canada, buy Canadian products!

Lowest gas price there was no line up at Wednesday 2pm! (long line up to get into the warehouse tho)

Gas is Typically 9-10 cents cheaper than what it's going for in the city but sometimes the wait is just way too long. Wait times have been better since they've added a third pump to each lane! You NEED a membership to buy gas.

Got to love Costco return policy. Can’t beat it along with buying meats in bulk. Gas is pretty good deal too

Costco Gas is the most affordable and least chaotic when it comes to gas stations. Even with a line up it’s efficient and well worth it.

My go-to place to fill up the tank.i usually there weed days after 10am or earlier than 9am and it works out with just few mins wait if not immediate fill up.easy way to pay off costco membership even if you don't buy anything in store

It's ok. I used to be crazy to go there just to get a cheaper rate but if you search up you can find a lot of other options to get cheaper gas prices. They don't accept visa/cash, you have to be a member and also the big line ups. Got fed up really soon and found other places to go with less inconvenient for me in many ways. Still go to Costco for shopping but not gas.

Sometimes there are very long queues, but mostly the wait time is not more than 7-8 minutes. Prices per liter is always a few cents less than regular gas stations.

Good price! I’m here every once a month to gas up. It’s really good price! Line up takes just 15 minutes. Highly recommended gas station. Also, Costco snacks like chicken, fries, pizza and poutines are yummy and good price as well.

Great prices for gas but the long lines and membership requirement make it not for everyone also no electric car charging, no vacuums, no car wash

The entrance here is a little tricky. It is just off the 400 ramp and it is also just off Weston road. So due to the proximity to these main roads, the lines here can spill into the roadway and depending on the time of day it can be congested. However the flow is not as bad as it seems. Once you're in it's a lot quicker and at peak times there are usually attendants directing traffic to shorter lines. Gas pumps are double pumps (no triple pumps yet) and gas prices are standard Costco prices.

I had a disturbing situation earlier today at Costco gas in highway 7 and to add insult to injury the attendant was absolutely useless:
I was waiting on my queue to fill gas and noticed the first car at the pump is having the hose connected to it but the driver was not attending it, few minutes later I discovered that the driver returned to her car while the has was pumped, and to add insult to injury she had her car running all the time.
Costco attendant was there and absolutely did nothing about it.

Disgruntled I moved on when she left, and while I was filling gas I noticed the guy next to me busy talking on his phone while filling gas.
At that point I went and called the attendant to complain about such behaviour first that endanger everyone not only in the gas station but actually in the hall area, and about him not observing such violations.
He went talking to the guy who simply ignored him, so costco attendant just came to me and said sorry man, I told him and he didn't listen! And I'm not gonna get into fight with him!

Common, seriously? You got to be kidding me!

So I thought to share this with you guys hopefully a costco executive would read this and take a proper action toward such violations and such reckless attendants

Very cheap gas and the lines are clearly formed. There is no place for cutting in line. The lineup is usually very long so it’d be quicker for you to go with someone else. This way, you can get gas while the other person start shopping. The usual wait time is less than the time to shop so it is a great and practical way when you are visiting.

Need to buy gas when it's not as busy. Early morning or late at night works. Avoid the rush hours and weekends: lots of traffic and lineups.

Also, this should be common sense: Members only! I have seen a few times people dispute to gas station attendants and it turns out some of these people are not even Costco members to begin with! Time consuming!

All Costco sells gasoline at ¢7 - 10 cheaper to it's members, and in addition, you earn double points if you are an executive member.

For fast service and serving more members, the gas stations need to implement easy and rapid payment method. Inside the warehouse, you are allowed to tap your card, but here you cannot! The whole process is very time consuming.

The most discouraging and irritating thing is the unending long line up of vehicles. Although most people wait in the queue, some people penetrate (enter) the small area from wrong directions. This indiscipline and don't-care- attitude of a few people makes entering the gas station very difficult, dangerous, and chaotic.
This is a very serious issue that causes a lot of annoyance, anger, and dissatisfaction in the good customers.
The Costco management seems to be indifferent. I feel, as long as the business is good, the management does not care.
