Every experience I’ve had refilling my prescriptions or speaking to anyone there is always terrible. Everyone is always rude and speaks to you like you are being an inconvenience to them. They are not helpful whatsoever. Costumer service is absolutely terrible.

One employee Prachi was miserable during my recent experience picking up a prescription. Very rude when asking for my information and visibly annoyed to be doing her job for no apparent reason.

One of the pharmacists was so helpful in offering a sample pack of blood glucose test strips for my husband who ran out and was experiencing very low blood sugar levels. Thank you for providing great customer service during a stressful situation!

SADLY, since Mr Nasser, the previous pharmacist, si no longer there, the SERVICE, ACCURACY of Dispensing, and Generally, things are in a MAJOR MESS! Sad, for me as I dont do review, and more so hate to give bad reviews However its very important to me that REGISTERED PHARMACIST KNOW, and do the CORRECT & ALWAYS be correctly.
** if you say you care about your "patients", than ACCURACY of providing DRUGS, correctly and on time** is not just MANDATORY, but can be dangerous other wise***
>> sadly, often Ont. Health and "govt" is mentioned, implying that THEY ARE forcing things. Govts @ all levels have NEVER made things harder, if fact, getting min of 3 months of your most often used drugs, is what they have mandated! >> so pharmacy often dont like that, as it cuts down on their dispensing fees, x3!

Prices are cheap but service is bad. My wife went here to get diagnosed with 'pink eye', she is a child care provider and is well aware of its symptoms, pharmacists have been given the ability to diagnose these minor health issues in Ontario.not at Costco (too American administered?). They gave her the run around, even sent her to their optometrist who wouldn't have anything to do with her because she wasn't their patient (shouldn't the pharmacist have known that?), she left undiagnosed without a prescription. She went to Shoppers D. M.after 8pm, was diagnosed with 'pink eye' and left with the prescribed drug. And that is the kind of 'service' you can expect at Costco Pharmacy.

I'm not on blood pressure meds, but I probably should be after attempting to call in refills for other meds.

This pharmacy is more often than not the worst customer experience of any of my given days. I have to make sure I have at least an hour set aside for every visit.

3/4 times I will have to wait 30 mins in line (which is fine, it's a busy place) only to be told my prescription isn't ready for a few days because they do not read the schedule for it. This is also after making sure to call ahead in advance to make sure this specifically doesn't happen. I then have to deal with them to finally agree to fill it and then wait another 10-30 minutes for them to prepare it.

Excellent pharmacist Bernice, for prompt response in getting medicine refill at reasonable prices. Highly recommended.
