Great experience so far. Only complaint is that this location needs someone at the counter, have been there many times and no one at the front to help.

I bought a set of winter tires and rims for my car and my mom's car. I got mine put on and all seemed well and good until spring when I tried to change my tires as I know how and have done many times before due to improper installation by Costco the wheels had seized to the hubs. They did not clean the hubs which caused the seizing.
Now onto the problems I had with my moms car which they destroyed 3/4 tire beads. They even admitted that the problem was caused during the installation that they did. They also did not have good customer service when trying to rectify the problem. They initially refused to fix the problem they created and made us run around looking for more tires as they had no more at one location. They were extremally rude the entire time acting like it was our fault and saying they weren't going to fix it, then they lied about having a manager on duty at the time my mom went into Costco in tears and found the manager who was there the entire time and finally helped her. In total she was at Costco 7 times to get one set of wheels installed on her car.
I would have thought they would be able to do the one thing they do in this garage correct obviously not.very disappointed with the service and workmanship at Costco. I will never bring a car back here for any service and I urge you to not bring your car here!

Customer service: It’s great if you like dealing with children. Everyone has a different answer. Might as well hire and not train

Got my winter tires swapped, but they didn’t do proper balancing of Tires. I have tried many locations but unfortunately, every site has same issue. I called them back to see if they can have a look again but appointments available was too far and my van was vibrating as soon as it was going above 100km speed. I end up at Chrystler to get the issue fixed but at a cost of around 150 dollars. Never goona try any Costco tire centre. This is the third time that they failed to do a proper job. It’s better to spend more money than having headache

Today was advised that can't book tire check in person anymore! On previous check waited around 2 hrs and left becuse they were behind. Long wait list! Seems Tire centre making things more complicated!
