Costco Tire Centre

The reception people are not customer friendly. I paid in the counter and booked an appointment for winter tire installation but still the wait time was 3 hours on the appointment date

When I picked up the keys and asked where my car is parked they simply said I don’t know. That is something has to be documented when the technician hands the keys over. I had to spend whole 15 mins to find my car

The hubcaps were not put back on my wheel which was another disappointment.

They never pick up the phone to book an appointment, they would rather be more people in the warehouse just for booking appointments because it's not already busy enough in the warehouse.

Very good customer service. I got my car tires changed after receiving them in 2 weeks. I got the appointment after a week. The service was good and it took about 90 minutes. The cost of replacing the 4 tires was very reasonable at $80/- including balancing and nitrogen.

Not very nice experience for tire change under warranty as they always say”5 years”. But even when you go there within 2 years, they’ll find all the possible excuses to send you back home. And there Tires Centre phone line is TERRIBLE. Never pick your call, so when you’re in trouble. Just run there in person and don’t waste your time on there Tire Centre Phone line.
Long story short, we’re enough lucky to find really nice and cooperative lady manager. She took really good care of us and make our things done.

Purchased summer tires with tire change online for Heartland Costco. They called to book an appointment. Then after line up they told me I have to have the lug nut key in the cup holder.why do they not tell you that in advance. They call me over an hour after my appointment time to tell me that they cannot remove my tire nuts since they must have been over-tightened.they refused to even try to take them off.even though for sure any other place will be able to do the job safely with no issues (tires are swapped by licensed mechanic twice a year). So they placed my new tires in the trunk of my car and told me to pick up my car without the new tires installed.which I had already paid them to do. Now I have to take my car to another place.and pay twice to get the job done. Unbelievable waste of time here. Worst of all, just like so many other reviews about this Heartland location, staff at the tire centre here are very rude and do not care at all about the customer.

This is probably one of the worst places to get your tires changed. The customer service is slow, rude and unprofessional. Nothing is done in a timely manner and they just leave to do other things whenever they please. Would not recommend.

Check reviews before you visit here. Costco Tire Centre at Heartland should be renamed as it's only making a dent in the reputation of Costco. Lady at the tire centre told me to visit next day morning for flat tire fix. I asked her if I can leave the tire and pick it next day before closing, she said no. Next day by 10am (opening time as per Google), the guy at tire centre told me to come next day as they are fully booked now. They really do not care about the time of their customers. Could not expect this kind of behavior form Costco. Staff at tire centre need to get some training on how not to waste people's time.

Worse place to get the tire or oil changed. Please please find another location if possible. Staff is very rude and won’t even care about customers at all.

Worst service centre for oil change or tire works. My appointment was for 05: 15pm, They took the car at 05: 00 pm. They keep us waiting and took my car in for service only at 07: 00 pm. What is the point of appointment? Worst experience

Honestly not worth taking your car here stg, go in for a simple tire change had to have someone pick the car up for me cause i had to work found out that they cross threaded one of my tire bolts and instead of owning up to it they said it was like that when it came in and its my problem, well the car was fine when i took it to you losers, so why did it leave with a problem IDFK they did the job, trust me when i say the review rating is apporiate for this place they truly suck at what they do

Went in for an oil change. They didn't properly close the oil pan and the oil leaked on my driveway and had to get another oil change.

Tried to get it fixed, but was told that I need to wait 2 hours to resolve it. Absolutely absurd
