Costco Wholesale

Checking out at 4: 00 on a Friday and it was very busy, but lacked any associates to direct the lines to the checkouts. They used to do a really good job with a resource to move the people but the last few times, disorganized checkouts are now the normal.

I think this is the busiest location of costco in the heart of Mississauga. Love it and always have new stuff.

Worst costco I've been to because there's simply too many people. There's no parking left. Terrible drivers. Parking is gridlock. Can't find a push cart. Costco personnel can't keep up with the people, ex: 1 hour wait for 16 roasted chicken. Crowds so big nobody can move.

It's actually a fire hazard. If a fire did break out dozens would get trampled to death.

This is a bad costco. Go to the other 2 in Mississauga.

Costco is great for gas ️ and basic necessities however they lack variety of products. Some I noticed at Brampton Costco but not at this location.

When you come to shop at Costco, be ready that it will be busy place with lots of shoppers.
You can get overboard when you see lots of great deals in bulk.

Only challenge is finding parking, it’s always full and you have to be very patience while your outside looking for parking and even when you get in.
Shoppers are always in a rush that you need to pay attention of your own cart and theirs because you don’t want to have a shopping cart collision

Disappointed with costco and their price gouging.it is very expensive to shop for basic needs.
Will these constant grocery price increases we are going to be homeless soon

I went to return a product today. Stood outside in the freezing cold for over 30mins only to be treated rudely by the customer service staff and manager on the floor. I was returning something for my mother (was using her card) who couldn't be there as she has recently undergone knee surgery and cannot leave the house. The returns dept and Kevin "the manager", rudely dismissed me. I never expected to receive such a rude service from a Costco employee. My mother will not be renewing her membership going forward.

Busy but once in the line up it move rather quickly. The tellers are friendly and efficient. Just wath out for the drivers in the lot!

2 hours for return, 1 hours to buy 1 light. From 12.20 to 3.41, purhased 1 light. To buy 1 thing is a full day event. Great winter recreation and free walking in large compund at low prices.

I wonder how come management has not done anything abt the parking lots between coming from south to north where the parking lot is linked to the Gas station area.they need a costco employee or security guard to direct traffic flow in that area.we pay for out membership to shop at a busy store, but it's even crazy when u cant even move due to the majority of the drivers are buying Gas and others want to go shopping.

Many difference items but better have more and more choices. Besides, such good business, why not open more cashiers. And why need to check the receipt and goods again. It's Canada, we are not thief.

Everytime i come to get fill up the gas, the printer Machine has some or other problems, the guys at pump try for like 10-15 mins and then tell me to go inside and get the receipt from membership counter. Every time there is big line up at membership. Its been 3rd time now that i have to park my car, go inside by walking in snow, wait for like 15 minute just to get the reciept. This is really frustrating in winter and management is not doing anything to resolve this.even many other customers faced same issue.

Lei ans wess were really patient regarding my frustration and assured me they will take some action to fix it. I hope within next few months i will see the changes they promised and will be able to update this feedback to like 4 star.

I'm regular customer of this store. I like this store, the staff's around are good, good housekeeping, well organized. The store offers good discounts to its members, their rewards program are competitive, their returns policy is amazing, and they stock standard product lines with good prices. Many more.

This is a typical Costco, not really impressed with sale price when it comes to tech gears. When I checked the store it looks like they only carry big name brands, I am not saying it's a bad thing but I would like more selections of brands. For example I went to go purchase an ear bud but they only carry Apple, Beats, Sony and some few Skullcandy brands, thats so limited and they only carry $199 and over.for me that doesn't look like sales. Not impressed at all. However, this store did not disappoint when it comes to groceries.

Typical Costco store. The line ups to pay for merchandise is well laid out. There is very little congestion at the cash registers.

This is my favorite costco location. Product layout is excellent and very organized. They also have the products that aren't usually available on other costco locations. Returns lineup is a little slow but bearable. Parking usually gets busy and jammed during weekends. Could be improved as there are a lot of spots at the back only needing proper organization and direction.

I had a complaint one time and a lady in "customer service" told me that it was only the opinion of one person and it didn't matter, I turned around and never went back. The place is dirty and smells, most likely from pest activity

The lady working in recieving in eary morning shift is discusting, no manners have no respect to others i can give her - stars

We went to Costco Heartland today and were looking for an item and got amazed by the customer service Nick (the tall blond guy) gave us. He actually went out of his way to find the product. We definitely need more people like him.
Also Preethi, a helper at the Cash Counter went to exchange the Egg Carton which was ripped at the bottom (overlooked by us) and she ran to get another one.

Beyond horrible experience ordering tires to this warehouse. Ordered early November, tires have still not arrived as they are at over capacity according to the shipping company but of course the Costco tire center never told me this when ive called/ had install appointments cancelled twice now after expected delivery dates.
Now they are saying the tires may not arrive until end of month which would make it 1.5 months since order date and well into winter without winter tires.
Customer service unable to do anything and could care less. I have always seen Costco as superior for their quality customer service but my view has now totally changed.

Very rude and improper behavior on customer service Icounter at Costco Rodeo drive. I ordered tire online but it arrived early than appointment I tried calling costco 5 times but they did not pickup

My appointment is in 17th December and they will keep tires only for 14 days

Environmental wise and covid-19 protocols they are pretty much there.
Management poor, production management for the morning shift STINKS, they only care about production and not about they workers who afford them their perks which they only keep for themselves. Not even encouragement.which cost them nothing. Production supposedly manger Sue needs training in HUMAN and SOCIAL RELATIONS. THEY NEED TO GET HER SOME TRAINING IN MANAGERIAL SKILLS. For someone who use to be doing what 95% of the work force is doing until a mare promotion, and to be treating workers in a rude manner, NOT ACCEPTABLE. I would not recommend anyone to this place.

Was in the area and needed to go to grab a few things. Friendly staff, lots of stuff in stock. I found it was busier than what I’m more used to seeing (I came on a Wednesday). Best thing about this location for me though was the gas station. I’m so tired of paying 1.78 for premium gas. Thankgod for Costco and it’s 1.42 for premium gas lol

Need to reduce the amount of salt you’ll put in quinoa salad. It’s way too salty and tangy.
And it expires in 2-3 days who is going to eat so much in such short span … disappointing

The manager of the warehouse Jude, has positive vibe and loving spread all around the warehouse! She is respectful and kind to people.

Always busy here! Holiday/Christmas items are here. And unbelievably, the sample stations are also back! Queue expected.

Simply the best in everything
Although in vegetables and fruits I consider it expensive.
But anything else is the go to quality and price.no comparison

Visited Costco Heartland, Mississauga on Sep 2 at 7: 30pm to pick up a few cases of 500ml Water, but there was not even 1 case left. I also looked for the Kirkland Old Fort Cheddar cheese and couldn’t find it. Lately I have had to shop at multiple Costco warehouses to check off all the items on my list. The Laird location is still my favourite but they ran out of my new favourite snack, Innofoods Organic Gluten Free Keto Crackers, on my last visit.
I love that 5 of these Keto crackers are only 100 calories and a good substitute when you are watching your carb intake. Did I mention tasty too, well I should. These are now part of my weekly must have on my visit to Costco!

You can tell the popularity of this Costco, just by the size of the crowd inside/outside. Good availability of items. They have been doing a good job maintaining their capacity limit during Covid

I love Costco, but the area is just horrible, so many people, no parking, extremely long lines for the gas station. Just a whole lot of stress.i will now drive to a further location for a more peaceful experience

Sooooo many people not keeping social distance, no one ensuring health and safety measures for shoppers not to mention the incredible long line outside just to get in. No clear checkout lanes, everyone just fends for themselves.a very unclear and uneasy shopping experience.

I had purchased a gift for my nephew.
My sister went in to return it (she is a costco member and she had the original reciept) and the lady and the manager were both quite rude and told her that she wasn't allowed to. I've had to speak to the manager previously and honestly his body language and energy is just out of this world.
I called in a few hours later and was told that she's allowed to and they didn't understand why she was denied.
I had to go in myself today and confirmed with another employee and she also stated that my sister was allowed to return. Not sure what the issue was the other day but I really wish employees were all on the same page. My sister even asked if they could just give her a gift Card or store credit because she was shopping that day as well.

The lady who helped me today was quite friendly and she was even shocked about why someone would deny help.

Costco was good as always, a little bit busy without enough cashiers on, it's a Sunday you would think all the cashier's would be open

It's good if you want to get supplies in large quantities. Sometimes you'll get very nice clothings for cheap. Like an adidas hoodie for 25 bucks of a Reebok/adidas shoe for 30 bucks.haven't seen good enough deals on electronics though but I heard their warranties are pretty good.

Based on my recent experience on costco food court. I have clearly ordered cheese slice but it seems the associated person at counter deliberately given us pepperoni slice by removing pepperoni. The picture clearly shows. I was not able to confronted as when i came out of Costco the entrance was already closed. Next morning i tried to call Costco but the call wait was longer. I learned my lesson.

I would give 5 stars to Costco. But this 2 is due to the lady at the entrance who’s yelling at people. I’m really surprised to see her behaviour. Please ask her to guide customers with a normal tone and not be rude. Felt so bad.

I had a great review previously for this store. But I have to revise my post. Parking is an issue and lines are always long. My experience is terrible at this store recently. Most likely because of the staff changes. Also terrible experience at vision centre. All going down here.

The staff are always great. Cashier's get you checked out quickly. Took advantage of the cheaper gas heading into the weekend. Gas for regular was about 5 cents a litre cheaper, High Test was about 15 cents a litre cheaper.

Very roughly managed especially Phone Kiosk and Gas station. Access to Gas station is very wrongly designed as there is bottle kneck in approaching to Gas entrance.

Purchased a very expensive massage chair from Panasonic while they were at Costco, 17 days later, no chair, no delivery date, no one has a clue what the status is. By far the worst experience ever.

This Costco is quite big but their products supply is not up to the mark with consumption pressure. I have seen multiple instances where the advertised product was out of stock even if you go a little late. Employees are also not able to give you any idea when the restocking will happen for a product. Overall it is fine for daily needs.

This location is stocked well usually have everything I’m looking for. The check out line moves quick and staff is friendly.

Usually customer service here is good. But today employee Jojit left my wife and I flabbergasted with his attitude. Because I don’t have a business membership I can’t buy on my corporate card? Doesn’t make any sense. It shouldn’t matter what card I pay with.

Feeling a bit too busy and no expectation of distance or personal space between customers or staff. Store is what you expect for Costco

It's about 4pm on Aug 1,2021. There are way too many people in the store and this Costco is not managing the max number of people allowed. I tried to raised with the front greeter but she's too busy for me.

What can one say about Costco. Besides being one of North America's most admired companies, it is also one of the most customer friendly companies.

I have always dreaded going into a Costco because I come out of it with much more than planned. But then, that is Costco. It's alluring aisles are filled with items that are cost effective, even if the packaging is huge.

As a small business person I was happy to see Ontario implementing, and Costco following, the ban of sale of non essential items during the lockdown. Finally, there is some level playing field.

But as a place to go to for items with a wide range, I will unhesitantingly recommend Costco.

Only essential items are open, but my original thought was to buy the shopping cart.which is really good and strong build, sad wasn't open for sale

This Costco has the worst layout and worst there is no limit on the numbers of customers going in. If you want to avoid COVID avoid going here

Ordered 2 all season tires in Feb 2021. After 3 weeks, tires never made it to the warehouse for installation. Called in to customer service who attempted to do an "exchange" but stated they cannot do that, so they cancelled the order all together. I was to be refunded my full amount and for the inconvenience, the rep offered me a $50 shop card which I never asked for but much appreciated. 1 Week later, I noticed the shop card was credited from my total refund amount and I did not receive my full refund. I have called customer service multiple times since, they have acknowledged the error and yet, I still haven't been reimbursed my full refund amount. Costco shouldn't be offering shop cards if they simply credit it to the original refund amount people are entitled too. 2 stars for the people being polite on the phone.

The cashier and two other employees were busy chatting during my check-out. One of the staff just merely gathered all the scanned items to the end of the counter without bothering to put it in my cart because he was so into the conversation.

This left me scrambling to put my items in my cart after I got the receipt, during which, the cashier in a hurry to scan the next person items, just RECKLESSLY shoved my stuff ahead. Costco packaging is pretty sturdy, but I was not impressed with the service.

Saving grace for them was the food counter staff was very professional and polite.

Due to restrictions only food and essential items are out. Garden center is open but expect long lineups especially on weekends.

Took my son here to get vivid vaccine. Had an appointment for 3: 15 on Thursday. We walked in at 3: 14. By 3: 20 he was in the the chair getting the shot. We waited around for 30 mibtues after the shot. There was only one other person waiting at the same time.very well organized.

Really bad service in the garden center the staff should be remove immediately because the really bad way they treat the people.

The store itself is good as any other Costco. However, finding a parking spot is very challenging being in the midst of the heartland mall. When you exit the gas station you find yourself in the parking lot where other vehicles are moving; not a very defined layout.

This Costco location on Rodeo St in Mississauga was very crowded due to last weekend before Christmas. The parking lot was full around 10: 30 am. This store layout is not customer friendly as they have one in Brampton especially, if you do not go to this store often. There was lot of Christmas and other merchandise available at that time though. Hard to find any help at any given time.

In consistent service. Teach your cashiers what customer service is about. They Get ready to cash a customer like getting ready for a one on one fight. They can never tell a customer how they can pay. All you need is the membership. Does not matter what type of payment method they choose debit or credit or cash. Thanks for ruining such a great relationship we had with Costco. When hiring for cashiers, even if they know English as a second language makes sure they know to speak a language of customer care.

I ordered a personalized coffee mug online through costco. I only got to know after ordering that coffee mug will be ready for pick up after christmas. I went to costco personally to request for delivery before christmas. They advised me to call the customer care department. After calling customer care department i was told that mug was coming from a third vendor. After i requested them to contact the vendor to see if there is any chance of delivering it before christmas i was advised that they do not know who the vendor was. After going through multiple customer care people the next day i was told that vendor name is fuji. I even contacted fuji but only to be told that any rush order request has to come from costco itself. So i called costco back to advise them regarding my conversation with fuji only to be told that they cant do anything and neither can they contact the vendor. I mean if you are doing business with the vendor why cant you contact them? All i wanted was for them to atleast try to see if delivery can be made before christmas. After going through multiple people for three days i was advised that they cant contact vendor and cant do anything. Very disappointing. Will not suggest anyone to get any photo relating item from costco. Customer service staff is really useless so dont waste your time calling them

Costco membership is a must if you want to buy in bulk at a competitive price. Right from dairy to meats to veggies & fruits, to clothes or home essentials they always have a huge variety. The cafe serves some lipsmacking snacks too!

Get ready for crowds. Parking can be a nightmare because it's jam packed with cars queueing at the gas station and other cars looking for parking while dodging the pedestrians and shoppers zig-zagging all over the lot. Inside it's the same. The shopping carts are larger than typical ones, so just be alert as you criss-cross inside. There are no aisle signs so it can be quite overwhelming to find things for first time goers. Anyway, Costco is the place to go to if you want to buy things in bulk volume at very good prices.

I have recently acquired the Executive Membership this bulk-buying store. For the most items I found their prices are lower and quality of merchandise comparable to other large retail stores. This Heartland Mississauga location also has an adjacent gas station. Gasoline prices are lower as well. For my last fill-up of Premium gasoline I paid about 10 cents lower than what was available elsewhere that day. This amounted to about $6 of saving in the the total prices. So far I'm pleased with the membership and it looks like the paying for the membership was worth it.

Bring a life jacket; you will feel like you're swimming in a sea of people whenever you're here. While they do offer lots of products, in bulk and with discounts, good luck trying to park let alone navigate the store.

In addition today I had an associate flat out lie to my face and tell me they don't accept any MasterCard except for Capital One.

I've significantly cut down the number of times I visit here and am happier as a result. I just wish a retailer would appear to fill the role Costco is in so I don't have to go here anymore.

I love Costco for their products, quality and the price. Weekends are not good days to visit. Especially the heartland location gets very crowded on weekends. Now, at this location there is gas station and the gas is at least cheaper by 10 cents.

I love Costco, I go there every week for the gas and I end up going to the store as well. It’s very convenient, their selection is awesome and the prices are fair.

It's pandemonium here.like every Costco. Doesn't matter what time of the day you go. Although, the gas station is surprisingly quick despite the enormous lineups.

Every time I go to Costco I wonder why. Yes you save a bit here and there but you can't do a full shop and the whole experience feels like being herded cattle.

Today was the worst visit I had to Costco Hearthland.people making huuuge line ups because cashiers were so slow.food section the attendants were rude and yelling that they have no more food. Not good.

Weekends are the worst time to go. So many people and everyone seems to be there for a day trip, getting free meals at all of the sample stations. Cart Packers need to respect purchases over rushing people out - I do a better job myself and am less likely to crush things. This location has also decided to move things around recently and it hasn't made flow through the store any better - it's worse in the areas they tried to improve. In hindsight, it was just to fit more mediocre products into other areas.

Always a zoo, but friendly staff and good inventory. Customers need to breath and relax - crowds make people angry. The new gas station is busy like all other locations but they have three pumps per line to move things along.

We bought grilled chicken from Costco store # 526 on October 7th, 2018 and it was not cooked well and we end up not eating it. We will never buy grilled chicken from Costco, also we tried to call them the same day no one answer the phone.

I'm a regular costco customer and I generally like visiting the store except this particular one. It doesn't matter if you come on a weekday or weekend - it's always full. Lines are long, products layout is messy, products are not restocked on time. Parking can also be an issue as the store is located next to the shopping mall.

Overcrowded. Not well organized. Don't feel like going back again. Can't go there for quick shopping. Definitely there should be more room at the checkout area with more counters and they need to add more staff to help customers.
