Nice friendly Costco with a few products I don't find in others. Downside, traffic in the area is awful. It took well over 15min just to get into the parking lot from the 410 off ramp

Tasha talk to much. Everyone in line is waiting patiently, no one is being rude. But the cashiers are in social hour. Its fantastic that the staff have great moral. But the only time the cashier even spoke to me not sure what her name was. Was when she wanted a damn donation.get out of here!

Costco in this location is like you are getting the free samples away for everything. It took me 20 min to find a parking spot for the car. Great thing about Costco is that they maintain their quality throughout their stores (but the variety differs.)

But, I prefer driving to Costco is Mississauga than this one coz of crowd.

They must build another Costco in Northern Brampton

If I had one star I will give that to this location. The people are so pathetic the employees at self checkout are bunch of racist. I am quitting Costco shipping pls train your employees some customer service as they do not want to help anyone.

Morning is the best time to go. Get good deals eg clothing, all sizes are available. Inventory is good as well. Not much rush either. Saturday or Sunday before a long weekend is horrible.

Not the greatest location and experience, first the traffic getting there, then traffic finding a parking space. The inside seems fairly old with poor ventilation. Lots of people, not as good as couple other stores, would not come back here, was only because I was around the area.

This place needs a serious express lane for the amount of costumers they get especially on the weekend. I’ve had few items and was on a time crunch and the staff rudely dismiss my urgency to check out the few items I have and made me wait a long line behind full carts. I understand how busy it can get so maybe don’t close multiple cashiers? And make costumers reline

This is a good location as close to 410 and steels, parking can be a hassle here. Its easy to find parking if you are a morning person. During the day you may end up driving around to find a spot

The products that they sell there are amazing large.

However, the Bramladesh traffic there is really bad. The Bramladesh staff there can not seem to get the printer for the membership card to work for quite a while. They are better off replacing the card printer for a new one eventually.

Everything about this Costco is good. No issues no far. It can be a little crowded at times so, I would recommend to go shopping on weekdays instead.

Lots of parking and aisles make shopping easier for you. They do a good job keeping the location clean and easy to navigate.

The quality of the products that Costco sale are very good. Also Costco has organic and conventional food. The fruits and vegetables are very fresh. The prices are reasonable for the working class that is hardly surviving. You don't have a long time in the line to pay.

One of my favorite food wholesale stores. There are samples of food and drink offered. Most items are cheaper than in the regular supermarkets. I love the freshly baked croissants, the apple crumb muffins, and some of the cookies. They have wide selection of cheese, and prepared foods. The best deal in town is a hot dog with your choice of onions, sauerkraut, relish, or all of the above and unlimited soda for $1.50. T

Good quality products except a house fly found in the rotisserie chicken once, Manager took it very lightly when complained.

I went to change my tires today, I have never seen such mean, mediocre and unprofessional staff, never to this costco again.

Billings are fast and returns are very slow. People stand in line for hours to return merchandise. Very bad experience.

Every time I go there to buy some particular item, and I end up buying 10 extra item. I spent more money than expected.

Its a busy location no doubt. Sometimes checkout lines become issue, otherwise it good to shop here for bulk items.

This Brampton Costco store doesn't have some popular stuff which is otherwise available in other stores in GTA

I just bought mine from Brampton Costco.

Usually this Costco is alright. Be mindful if you are paying cash at the to go/hot food. Unfortunately, I only had a large bill, they stiffed me $5 (gave less change back than I was supposed to get).

Humongous location but they need more parking spots! I hate having to go there & still have to wait on a good parking spot even though I do reach early! Other than that all the employees are awesome! They make me feel at home.

Costco as always is a great place to get big on items and small on price. It has a large variety of things and for a great price.

It is always a nice experience to drop by COSTCO to do shopping. But especially so during the early daytime hours when the aisles are empty and the place looks 3 times bigger than we know it. Quality products, fast service and fair prices remain the hallmark of this store.

They take forever to answer sometimes they don’t and when they do they pick up the call and hang up which is rude!

Forgot 2 items at Wireless etc called customer service and they went out of their way to go to the kiosk and check if I'd left them there. Went back to get forgotten items Wireless had them bundled and ready to go. Thanks to all.

Some useful deal on food items. They also provide extra year of warranty on electronics like TV's which is useful and gives additional peace of mind.

This costco has its pros and cons
Pros: - Great optical centre (fair variety and helpful staff) - Purchased two prescription glasses (will update review when received)
- Good variety of items - Fairly organized
Cons: - Pretty crowded most of the time
- Food court hardly has anything available other than chicken and vanilla ice cream
- Food court also doesn’t carry cups if desired for ice cream so that it does drip the whole way?
- Most costco staff are rude

Came to return some stuff waited in queue for an hour outside in hot summer and line was not moving. Requested staff and they saw my disability but they said for us it doesn't matter even anyone with disability also the same.

Wait time for return is ridiculously high though the line (when I got here) was not long. Costco understands that people have no choice but to wait in line.

This location is always insane. From the time you pull into the parking lot. There isnt much social distancing being up held. I dont know how many people are allowed in at a time bc social distancing but it always seems that there are WAY TOO MANY PEOPLE in the store. They need to stop entire families going in. Limit to one or 2 people. Why people need to shop with their partner and all their kids in the middle of a pandemic. Some staff.try and control the crowds but it's too busy. Drive the extra 10min and goto the new location on hwy 50. Much nicer layout bigger selection and I find its not as busy or they are controlling the crowds way better there

It seems like every time we go in there we spend $200+. Doesn't matter what it's on. It's never under. Good quality food though and some items that you can't find anywhere else

This place is huge, with that being said, I don't have to say more about the veriety of items they provide lol. We can find anything we need for a home at this store.

As always the Biscayne location is was super crowded. Packed with piggies who cannot put an item back without making a mess. I don't blame the staff, they are doing their best.

It seems that the new Demo/sample company CDS seems to not be getting vendors, and their staff is really dropping the ball.

Excellent Service by Tire Center. Not all Costco warehouses are the same. I’ve called numerous tire centres and most will not change tires on a Tesla. The Costco BRAMPTON location was happy to do it and they’ve done many Tesla’s. Excellent service by the tire team.

COSTCO remains one of the most incredibly good-value grocers. Membership is required. Their warranty and return policies are loyalty inducing along with their most extraordinary Concierge Services for 24x7 toll free help for computers and other digital and electronic products. Worst customer service experience which never heard of at Costco Brampton location. We booked new tire change appointment for my Tesla and made sure that the technicians are experienced and was confirmed by the person booking at the front mentioned that they done many Tesla's before. A week later on arriving at the appointment the Technician came out and asked for the Jack pads which I had no clue of and he started arguing that its customers responsibility to bring which I told him that the booking rep neither explained what it is or asked me to bring. I requested to speak with the manager which they were reluctant and after many requests the supervisor Aleem showed up who instead of resolving started putting blame on me and went ahead and mentioned that it is the responsibility of Tesla to provide this tool.
I came back home with an appointment for the next day and did research on the Jack pad for use to lift a Tesla and to my surprise it's a hockey puck with a small rubber hose on top which sits in a specific spot of a Tesla to lift and so that the puck which bears the weight and the rubber hose doesn't allow the puck to slide. The cost of homemade Jack pad was $5 and I am shocked that firstly why technicians would ask customers to bring and secondly Costco can't afford?

Next day I went with the Jack pads which I believe could have been a liability issue for Costco for using an outside equipment inside a Costco workshop anyways. After half an hour the technician comes back and says that the lug nuts of my Tesla are too tight and can't be opened and requested to take to Tesla have them loosened and comeback for the Tire change and I am like what the? Anyways I went Tesla and requested them to check the technician was able to do loosen manually v/s Costco tech using air gun and on telling them the full incident were shocked with the type of technicians Costco had at their Brampton location. I visited the new Costco on highway 50 in Vaughan where they booked my appointment and listened to my frustration and the booking rep mentioned that she is making sure that the supervisor and their best technician remain present for the appointment. They requested to collect tires from Brampton location bring them to them.
Went back to Brampton location to collect the tires and still neither the front desk lady nor the technician Dwayne felt sorry for the whole incident actually were rude and mentioned you are here to take refund and excuse us. I am shocked with the unprofessional behavior of the front desk and the technician.

I went in for my appointment at the Costco on Highway 50 and presented them with the Jack pads and they informed that they already have and we don't ask customers to bring one. They changed the tires and was happy to have great customer service no it's and buts and they knew exactly what they were doing.
If I sum the event together the employees at the Costco of Brampton believe they work in unionized environment and can't be touched by the Costco management and also feel based on day one where I wanted to launch a complaint, the technician retaliated and took revenge by making me visit them 3 times. Maybe indirect way of refusing to work my Tesla.
I believe Costco needs to relook at their older locations and put a training program for employees or deal separately with employees with an indifferent attitude. One thing is for sure that will never return to Costco of Brampton.

Tire Centre has horrible customer service. Walkins accepted but only if you arrive at 5: 30am and only 3 accepted.

Had a flat tire under warranty that I needed fixed. Showed up 4th in line and was accepted. Got my tire looked at and said it could be prepared and they would get to it soon. Showed up at 12PM - nope come back at 3-4pm and was told they would call me. Didnt hear anything so went back at 6PM. People didnt know what I was talking about. When they found my tire was told it could not be repaired. Would need to order new tires that wouldnt arrive until next week and no appointment available until 3 weeks later.

Nobody was going to call me. Phone is on mute so nobody answered the phone calls (I tested it at the store wondering why I could never get through. Horrible.)

Great store. Accompanied a co-worker. $93.00 later!

This is a very busy location. When I say busy no kidding. Parking lot is very scarce and always full. Otherwise, it's Costco, lotsa good stuff to find.

Need medium size carts as their present ginormous carts take all the walking space. Some customers do not buy to the brim.

Like other Costco stores, this one has good service with friendly staff. Go early when it opens, by noon it is packed and the cashier line ups are full, but it moves at a fairly good pace.

Never had any issues with food and other supplies at this Costco Warehouse. Shelves are maintained and neat.

Expiration dates on food items are usually very good compared to other non Costco stores.

Automotive center is also up to par especially for seasonal tire changes, but make sure you have an appointment.

Optical center for contact lenses is great. For prescription eye glasses, not the best in their lens quality. Other places produce higher quality lenses.

Super busy Costco. It doesn't matter what time of day you go! That being said, it's busy for a reason. Warranties for the products are great and the duality of the majority of things are always good! It's not always a deal, but, the majority of the items you can get a pretty decent deal on! You just have to watch sales in other stores, that's when Costco isn't always cheaper, when items are in sale in other areas!

My elderly parents bought a set of winter tires here and had them installed at this location. Everything was fine until my Dad decided to add the TPMS sensors because the winter wheels didn't have them. He went back to remove the tires, install the sensors and re-install the tires. From that point on the tires would not hold air. 4 flat tires. They said it was the wheels! The same wheels that were fine a few days ago. Then they said it must be the tires! So they ordered new tires. I told them this was because the leak must be coming from the valve, as it was fine before the new valves with TPMS sensors, so the valves must be leaking as the sensors were not installed properly. I asked them to DOUBLE CHECK for leaks after the new tires were installed. My parents picked up the car today and were told there were no leaks. Sure enough, a few hours later they were flat. If these dishonest people even bothered to do a water test they would see there is still an air leak BEFORE returning the car to the customer. At that point they could remove the sensors and replace them with standard valve stems so there would at least be no leak! My Parents should have went straight to Acura (if they bothered to ask me I would have told them to go to Acura.) so lesson learned! This is what COSTCO auto service is all about!

My girlfriend needed to do separate transactions due to the amount we were spending and needed to share it between 2 cards. Cashier told us we couldn't do 2 separate transactions. So, stood in line again after the first transaction. Then she called the supervisor over. Supervisor asked which of us is the member and we explained that we are both members. Cashier lied to the supervisor and said that when she asked if we were both members we said only one of us was. Lies. We were never asked who was a member by the cashier. Completely embarrassing and unnecessary terrible customer service.

I am a regular Costco customer.every-time v go to shop n after that kids want to eat a slice of pizza or so.but u will find these things instead.management need to take care of these things.
