Great Costco. They didn’t let me in, but I did get to enjoy a cold Brisk iced tea for $1.50 at the vending machine, which was the exact amount of change I had in my pocket. I will return.

Great prices if you know what's worth buying. Some items are pricier than regular stores and Costco makes to pay to shop there on top of that. This store is victim of its own success, too many people most of the time, which make the shopping experience unpleasant. Excellent quality merchandise, easy return policy.

Beware of self-checkout. They are now asking to validate your photo ID membership card AGAIN at self-checkout. Appearently they only check for A membership card and not necessary your card. What's the point at entrance then when you already have to scan your membership card to checkout. All this mistrust nuissance to crack down on possible membership card sharing and potential lost of membership fees.

Not worth it to shop here. Prices are lower at Walmart on most products and you don't have to pay membership fees.

Only complaint is it gets rather busy at times and some people aren’t great pushing trolls. Been a member for about 4 or 5 years.

The worse and waste time I ever had. I never recommend anyone to come for changing the tires because you have to pay in ahead and then it never arrives. Waiting is way too long

Policies are getting out of hand, I feel very uncomfortable being asked in the self checkout to show my membership photo while I am scanning my items.

I got a new phone at the ogylvie Costco. By the time it was my turn on line at the cellular booth they were 5 min to close but Elko helped me and took the time to explain the plans and savings and help me buy a new phone. I’m very grateful for their help.

Mia, tried to sell me the executice membership, and when we said "no" we want the normal one, she started behaving very rudely. And in the end she said to come again to get the cards printed as printers arent working. This is truely unethical behavior. I'm not stepping in this cosco anymore.

Very nice staff and great new location, parking and access to the area are MUCH better. Great selection as expected from a large Costco.
Gas station in the back parking is always cheaper than other places with lots of lanes available so it's usually pretty fast. It is self serve and you need a Costco card.

I liked how you can shop and purchase things in bulk. Prices are reasonable. It was a good shopping experience.

Costco Pharmacy @ Blair place - Call to the Pharmacy never got answered this Thursday 23 December 2021 from 10 am through 12 pm. Pharmacy wanted me to call them about a supply of a medicine prior to coming to collect I requested in person at Costco pharmacy before. Looks like Pharmacy is also becoming like their tire centre - no response to phone calls. Not impressive and reflective of Costco Blair I am so used to for over 25 years,

Today I was treated like I was stealing from the store when in actuality I was returning an item that I purchased! How incredibly insulting and maddening to assume I am stealing when I walk right by the cashier. The person at the front entrance you show your card to let me walk in with my items (when I did not realize returns are to go through a separate entrance, they need better signage). So I walk through to the first cashier closest to the customer service return desk (which is inconveniently on the opposite side of the entrance) cashier STOPS me and accuses me of stealing!? I've been a member for years at Costco and to have a cashier patrolling trying to stop theft when I wasn't stealing is disgusting. Cashiers shouldn't be stopping people who they discriminate their minds they should be doing their job checking people out and leave the theft upto lost and prevention.

It's Costco! Always worthy of a visit. Always deals to be had even though you don't really need them.

Always busy but most of the stuff is in stock. Wish they stocked more of what they actually have on sale.

One of the two Costco Wholesale in Ottawa and this place is usually busy all the time. Pretty much what you'd expect from a Costco. Their staff are nice, friendly, and try to be as helpful as possible. I see some people being rude to customer service and workers here. Please be nice and respectful to them. They are human too and this act of patience and kindness can go a long way to making everyone's shopping experience much better.

Two months ago, a staff member was rudely pushing a line of carts into people leaving the store. Comments thrown at him got very nasty replies.
This week, customer was blocking the main exit with his cart while playing with his coat. A client said "excuse me" twice but customer did not budged. So the client asked him to "move out of the way so the rest of us can get out of the store". That customer response was scaringly abusive.
No security at this location?
Never seen anything like that.
It is a very clean spacious store with good products, too bad about the quality of the shoppers.

I was shocked to treated like this at Costco. So unprofessional at the tire service they are so angry, rude and disrespectful. I had a appointment on Dec 6 @ 7: 30 pm to change my winter tires but he was asking for my receipt which I tried to explain for him that I don't have my purchase receipt from two years ago and I am paying for the service also tried to explain that he.can pull up my purchase record with my membership but he said he cannot I think he had no training and got angry left to and slammed the door.after waiting for 25 minuets the supervisor came and said what do you want and he was so angry I tried to explain but he refused to even listen and said "HE DOESN'T CARE". They were even talking so badly to each other. This is not customer service. I am really surprised that Costco management is not taking action with all these negative reviews.

Worst service at Costco Tire center Ever. I will never go back for the rest of my life. If I could give no Star, I would have.

Went to learn about their hearing aid operation. Wound up getting a membership and buying my first hearing aids on the spot (after visiting 3 other dedicated hearing aid vendors in town). Probably will never darken the door for anything else.

Tire center refuses to answer the phone. The pharmacy continues to lose orders. Told over and over again to call after 1pm, 2pm or 6pm for orders to arrive and they are always lost.

Not so busy on this evening. Lots of deals. Nice staff and plenty of parking. They are also following strick covud guidelines

As always Costco is an experience - was glad it wasn't Soooper crowded, also in the fuel queues

It is exactly what you expect Costco to be, chaos and sweet deals. Parking lot is insanely busy between Costco, Costco gas and all the other establishments that connect to that parking lot. There are zero social distancing measures enforced.

So much to look at right now with Xmas coming. Good food n great toilet paper. Larger rolls, wider too, very soft

Good experience, eventhough it was too crowded and they pretty much well managed the checking out.it is faster.

Seems like the kids returning shopping carts could use some customer service training with emphasis on basic manners. One in particular is exceptionally rude, the short stocky lad with the longer hair and thinks he is a surfer boy from Cali. I even pulled a few carts out of the much for him and not even a thank you.
The other 2 boys pushed 2 long stacks of shopping carts past my car with only inches to spare.
I also noticed that the shopping carts aren’t cleaned properly as I found a dirty paper towel in mine this morning.
Hopefully they are just seasonal

A recent Costco with a lot of space and choice.
Lots of parking.
They have the cheapest gaz around for members only.
This is a great place for shopping wholesale and also for their return policy if required; they stand by their products and do not argue.

Great place to shop if you wanna buy in bulk. However the place is so large and crowded it's sometimes very difficult to find what you want. I would suggest going during the week for a better experience. The WE are crazy.

Very large store, tons of selection and goods however COVID19 enforcement is terrible. There are tons of people, maybe more than should be allowed at one time, and no one respects social distancing. I wish staff would tell other customers to give space and put up more signage or markings. Customer service is also always lacking and unwilling to help. For example on many occasions where I seeked help finding an item, staff were unwilling to show me where, call for help or would always tell me to talk to someone else.

The parking lot isn't great but is tolerable when it isn't busy. The selection and layout are good. Fruit is bruised and cans are dented more often than other grocery stores and Costcos.

Nice new store but not overly impressed. Was led to believe it was the largest local store with a selection of different products not available at other locations in the Ottawa area. Not the case! I'll stick to my Barrhaven location.

I usually always have a great experience at Costco. Tammy, the cashier was quite rude which was completely unwarranted. Zero customer service.

COSTCO on a Thursday night is busy, busy, busy. Staff is working hard but some customers aren't socially distancing or wearing proper face coverings. Recommend going during the day, if possible.

For the past couple of visits when they look at your receipt at the door they have looked at my receipt and counted all the items in my cart and on my receipt, takes maybe 2 mins. This they have done only to people of color, anyone that is not BIPOC it takes less than 20 seconds. I do not mind this happening but it has to be consistent for everyone. Without a fail it happens every time. I'm reconsidering my membership.

One of the largest Costco stores in the region. Good selection of items, spices/groceries. During the pandemic they blocked off non essential goods so I was unable to determine anything about that. Busy store with the usual lower priced gasoline.

Very busy at times but that is usual. Very clean environment and well managed. Not so much with directional flow of traffic but there isn't much you can do with the busyness.

The store is stocked OK, but not as good as the Roydon warehouse. I have never had a good experience at the cash. They always dictate some rule.

Get ready to queue up before getting in because of covid restrictions.

Only thing I dislike about is the check out staff, constantly bothering to upgrade your membership and secondly when loading the cart. I had two carts one load with small items and the other with bulk items. The staff start placing the bulk in with the small and dangerously placing liquid items on the bottom of the cart. Pointed out that I didn't like the cart was being loaded and all I got was angry looks for the staff. Went I got home and notice one of the liquid item caps was loosen. How do I know, I was tights these caps to prevent spillage. All they to do was just scan the bulk cart as is.

Very well organized and efficient. Products are easy to find and always good value. The cash line-ups move quickly, even for large orders. The gasoline and propane are the best prices in town.

My wife had booked an appointment to have our winter tires put on at 1pm today. Once she got there she was informed that it would be anywhere between 1.5 to 2 hours for the install.
At 9 month pregnant, my wife was not expecting to have to sit around for that long seeing how she had booked an appointment! I am not a member and I was home with our sick toddler and therefore was not able to go. But figuring that it would be a quick in and out as it should be with a tire change (already on rims) my wife went after work to get this done.
After this experience we will not be going back to use the automotive services at Costco. The little savings were not worth the hassle.
If you take appointments try to stick to them and respect people's time!

Have you ever realized how much cheaper giant boxes of processed foods are at Cosco? It's a little ridiculous, sure most food is a little cheaper but if your buying hotpockets or frozen pizzas or something you will probably save your membership fess in the first visit.

A lot of free parking, price of food and clothing and quality of products are excellent. Staff are friendly and helpful and also very courteous. It's well worth the membership. Down side is when you find out that some food and beverage that you get a custom to getting are seasonal.

It's BUUUSY! Always busy. Crazy busy. I am from Metcalfe and would rather drive to Barrhaven than go to this Costco. Merivale is worse.

But if I have to go there, they always have what I need so I can't complain. Bathrooms are always clean and the price is right.

As a new Costco member, I was happy to get my shopping done today with all the great products and produce available. I visited between 1 p.m. And 2: 30 and it was not busy so it was a nice experience but short-lived. I got myself a box at the back and proceeded to the cashier. I did not want 2 small items and I informed the Packer, who then looked at the Cashier and the two exchanged irritable glances at one another as I stood there looking at both of them. The Packer went off with the items and returned as I was unpacking my relatively few items from my cart. I indicated that I got a flat box to assist with packing the items but I did not know how to fold it into a box. The Packer now turned to the Cashier who was looking at her and told her "She said she does not know how to fold the box". They both were mocking me in PLAIN VIEW. How is this even respectful and acceptable conduct? The Cashier responded by rolling her eyes and the Packer told me that she didn't know how to fold the box either.but was kind to get a box under the counter for my items. I was so grateful for that. Is this how it goes at Costco for other shoppers? On my next shopping trip, I will be sure to avoid Carol the Cashier and her buddy who seem to enjoy making fun of shoppers and demonstrating a negative attitude right in front of them. Please do better.

I had an extraordinary experience yesterday at the membership renewal with Bill, the cash and the resto. Very good client services.

Costco is great. Its always been great. Been a member for a long time now maybe 5 years. Sometimes its very busy but they have it all going on

Know your prices because not everything is a deal, but many items can be a HUGE savings! Even better than their products is their customer service - memberships, returns, cashiers, packers, stockers.the employees are treated well, and it comes across in the work they do every day.

This Costco has a bad exit design for the parking lot. Considering the surrounding area not much can be done. Store is run well.

Friendly staff and overall good service on the floor. Cashiers were efficient enough so that the long lines didn't feel so long.

A disorganized disaster. The parking lot is an absurd mess that results in substantial congestion even during office hours. When you order products such as flowers in advance, sometimes the sole flower person is missing and it takes their whole team 20 minutes to find the flower person so you can pick up your order.

Costco is a great brand, but this location is terrible. Well worth your time to drive to any other location in Ottawa. You'll make the time back by avoiding the parking lot, alone.

Horrible going on a Saturday late morning.it's not Costco itself but the extremely rude and inconsiderate people who push others around and don't look where they are going

Return of product is great service. Costco Inness parking lot is a disaster took more time to park and getting out of parking than it took to return product. Seriously do something about the parking exit.that's ridiculous.

Don't mind the crowds. But the checking receipts on the way out makes zero sense.no other stores do that.why force me to wait in 2 long lines?

Regular congestion in the store. Was able to cash out quickly, the cashier moved quickly at the same time she was pleasant and friendly.
The items I was looking for was easy to locate as they were in the usual spots.
I tried the wings, which is a new item on the menu. Would love to know how the got them to not shrink during the cooking process.

The officer directing the flow of traffic had a great demeanor.
