Costco Wholesale

Worst Costco location. Pharmacy is super confused. I really hate paying a membership fee to stand in long lines.

Went to shop at this location and it was very organized, easier to walk to and thankfully not stuck in the line ups. This will be my go to by now on.

We’ve decided to come to this place always because is very organized, people don’t get stuck, and is very fast. The court food is separated so it’s better. Great administration!

In the area, so dropped in. Bought a Taylor Asian Cashew salad with that incredible Sesame sauce and some Microcloths at a great price. Had to find a Costco and make sure that I did not miss any of my stuff on sale.

Another review of Costco. It's still worth going but they've raised prices on some items and shank the packaging, so be careful. You have to do your homework going to Costco otherwise you'll spend more than you were planning to.

Today I went to this Costco and there was a cashier using the impatient attitude when I said I needed to pay three bills separately. Turns out, his not-listening led to the wrong amount showing so that I couldn't show the different bill to different friends with their total amount.

I went there for the hot dogs, ice cream and poutine they sell at the front but guess what this Costco doesn't do it. Usually Costco for Business don't have that service but here this Costco doesn't do it either.

I love shopping Costco anywhere but this is my local. It can get pretty busy weekend afternoons but cashes keep it moving. So, as with any store, early shopper gets in and out quickly. Also, when I want just a few items, like peppers, there a Food Basics just across the street with a nice selection of Asian sauces.

Got my winter tire installed here. Everything was very simple, once you are done shopping inside your car is all ready. Service is very fast, however the person at the front desk isn't very friendly.

First time at this new-ish location and I was pleasantly surprised. The return desk line was particularly efficient - no line on a Sunday afternoon. I definitely wasn't expecting that.

Costco is one of the best place to shop Bluck foods and electronics exceptional customer service nice clean shopping environment huge facility. I recommend Costco 100%

You need to buy or have a membership shop, you can get 2 guest memeber along with you, due to holiday season options are limited and stocks not available, but in general it has amazing option, excellent food quality, from home to electronic you name it, all under one roof

This Costco location opened a few years back and it was quite packed when I visited due to its location in a high-density, low-income neighborhood proximate to downtown. It may be hard to maintain physical distancing, so worth the heads-up. Nevertheless, product selection was adequate and the store easy to navigate. Would make it my daily driver if I lived closer.

Great products, however the last 3 visits of mine have been atrocious. Staff constantly ask me if I'm instacart. The staff then do not assist in unloading or repacking my cart. Clean up your act Costco

Unnecessary waste of time at the return section. Workers deliberately pretended not to see the long line up. Workers not ready to work!
Especially. On a Monday morning.
Too bad!

About Thorncliffe branch: Wherever was a table offering free sample of food or free anything, there were a few of Costco's own employees lining up to get the samples! "ALL" of them were Pakistani ladies with hijab. As if they had never seen food in their lives. Sometimes the clients of the store, people who had REAL intention to buy, had to give up and go away, since nothing was left for them and they had to stay there and wait again. Made the store look ridiculous.or pathetic. It was Thursday April 4th at about 2: 15. I hope the management will check the cameras to verify. So many of them. I can't even believe there were so many of those store employees on break at the same time! At some tables, there were 3 of them ladies present, testing the samples. I guess free food, drink and desert. Why BUY lunch? ! Didn't look good on the store. And after all this, at the exit, they check all the customers leaving the store to see if anything was stolen by them.

Caution.don't come here with a Dollarama Mentality.if you are going to shop for more than one person.bring at least 400.00 as you will pay a lot up front. BUT the time and amount of money saved from the bulk items you get is worth it in the long run.you get what you pay for.

Was very happy when they finally opened a Costco close to home. But they have disappointed us a few times. Expired chocolate milk, bought a case of juice boxes and one had a hole and was already moldy. Asparagus that got mushy inside sealed package within 24 hrs of buying and just now im eating cookies from costco and found a long strand of hair embedded in the cookie. So NO No No to this location!

And i know they have an awesome exchange and return policy but id prefer not to have to do that ofcourse.

One of the better Costco's that I've been to. Layout is good, flows better. Not as super busy as the other stores. Don't have to wait for half hour to check out.staff are helpfull

The Customer Service is not being trained enough to deal with different issues in this store service desk. They are slow and not familiar with lots of things about membership.

Convenient location in east York. Excellent customer service. I wish they had a gas station here as well.

I shop here for organic stuff and other bulk items.like veggies. Sometimes meat. Christmas gifts. It's pretty good.

Walked in and was stopped to show my membership by a Filipino short lady she then proceeded to hand out flyers to several white people walking in WITHOUT showing their membership, then lectured us about showing it before entering in a rude manner. Overall horrible customer service, and she decided to pick and chose who to lecture even after we left

One of the newest Costco locations in Toronto. Wish it had a gas & EV charging station. Easy to access and lots of parking.

Love this new Costco, wonderful central location and for now the lineups for the cashiers are the shortest I have seen in a Costco

It's so huge. Lot of stuff available here to buy. This is the biggest one I've ever been to in GTA area.

Excellent customer service.the people r so efficient, friendly and kind.even though I live in the west end I shop at this new location twice a month.dry clean, well stocked

Not too bad; cashier lines only 3/4 deep, and the Food Court ordering moved along at a quick pace also. Ample seating & turnaround at lunch time.

My problem at this place is that they ask the membership, the front door, certain races not all customers. This situation should be investigated by managers or supervisors.remind you I do shop this location Three times a week.

Horrible costumer service. Waited in a line because I forgot my membership card for over 1.5 while there was 3 staff members chatting.

It was my pleasure shopping at this location good service with great smile every one knows what they doing I don’t like to go anywhere else I find everything I need

Had a wonderful shopping experience. Found better deals at this location oppose to other Costco’s. A young man named Kyle helped me to my cart and put my merchandise in my car. I’m an older lady and that helped a lot. Model employee!

Wow! This is a Brand New Costco and I'm told by some Staff members that it is the largest in Canada.
I bought a few of the favourite things I like and the highlight of my visit was this Beautiful and Absolutely, Delectable Box of Chocolates! Ohh it is soo Yummy!
Their food court is separated to a side and it's quite large in size.
The Staff here are nice and helpful, I must say.
The place was busy lots of people and the large parking lot was the busy as well, however I enjoyed shopping here.
Will I visit again? Yes, for sure!
Overall a good Experience!
