Can never find fairlife milk protein unless i go on Wednesday afternoon. But i have a job so its tough.

The samples dont hit like they used to.

Hotdog is nice but avoid the pizza. Too chewy for me.

Staff is usually nice except for one lady who yelled at me for going the wrong way. I yelled back so we’re even now.

Costco hoodie is a flex.

I like the location of Costco. Good variety. Fast cashier and self-checkout. Good for buying groceries in bulk.

Love shopping in bulk and a great place to get fresh and vibrant flowers. Lots of coupons on line avoid the crowds and shop costco on-line.

I just purchased and installed winter tires from this store, they asked to come back for torque, and they told me it will be quick to do that, First I had to wait for 40 minutes in the line inside and then 20 minutes outside, just for one minute job, I will never come for tire change or buy from Costco and their technician was so rude.

Good God! Shopping at this Costco location should be considered a blood sport.
Crazy busy, and there is no sense of cart etiquette or sanity among the shoppers! And don't even think of parking with any sense of decorum or rules of the road!
I'll go out of my way just to avoid this location.

This place is always packed, can't even find a shopping cart and the lineups are always long on the weekends. Stay away

Woodbridge tire center is VERY badly managed. Thoroughly document your car (take pics etc) before giving it to them & keep an eye on the car when it's with them. They will deny all wrong doings & you'll be stuck with a nasty bill.

Very good place to buy things in bulk.you name it they have it.must go and buy stuff from there.

Compared to other Costco's with gasoline, the wait is reasonable here, at least it was on the two occasions I was there. The price is lower even when compared to other stations that are usually priced below the majority of stations.

This location is great. The warehouse is large and clean like most other Costco locations. Although it does get busy, I like this location because it is not as crowded as some other locations and checking out is usually fairly quick. Parking is not usually a problem either.

Number 1 store with the best prices. The problem you come for a few things and get attempted to find more good deals.

This costco has rude, ignorant people working.it's like your bothering them when you they have a check you out! If you don't like people, this is not the job for YOU! Pay your money to buy membership, half of the time my trip is wasted they don't items on the shelf. TERRIBLE!

I stopped at this location before heading home because I had an hour plus to drive and not enough gas to get there.

There were cars lined up on the road in both directions at 4: 30ish when I got there.
The price was $1.27.9 at the pump not too bad considering the recent price hike. I waited about 15 minutes in line but I didn't care, it was worth the wait!

It's a Costco so people seem to be without awareness of surroundings, inexplicably the store exacerbates traffic flow issues by putting samples at the end of aisles clogging movement further, and they've removed the "treat" of a reasonable food court.

Prices or availability of some items still favorable but losing this advantage as well.

My trips are becoming fewer and question whether I'll bother to renew membership.

I like to go there half an hour before closing time, it’s not as busy and you get to pay and leave once

Costco Gas Stations have cheaper gas compared to other competitors.

Going here for gas is a good idea, cheap but still high-quality. Most staff can help you and are friendly. It can be somewhat-challenging to find a spot to park; many people go on the weekends and it gets quite busy. Overall, it's a great wholesale store with a lot of variety of products and food.

I like it, I mainly go to Costco for gas. But the store isn't bad, the only major downside I noticed is that products run out soooo fast in this place. Electronics are good. Their cash lines are not as long as other locations. The food is just as good as any other Costco.
Gas is the best deal at Costco especially premium, I pay for premium as much as other stations charge for regular maybe 2 cents more.

I had really bad experience today. The salesman in phone centre kiosk told me if you buy this phone today I’ll give you a lot of amazing bonuses. Like free laptop chrome, $150 Costco gift cards, $150 extra as virgin gift card. When I signed the contract, I just got $150 Costco gift card and I payed $518+tax for down payment and then I asked for $150 virgin gift card, he refused and I asked for my laptop as well, he told me oh sorry, I can’t give you the laptop!
I returned the phone and canceled my new contract and it was just wasting my time (3 hours) and energy.

I am sorry to say this but.it was so bad first to many people no social distance and products all over the floor. I am so sad to see these kind of problems.

Worse pharmacy ever, I came morning at 10am for vaccine, they told me come back at 3, I was there at 3 they asked me to seat after half an hour they asked me to go & come back 4: 00. Lady who was responsible for vaccinations arrived at 4: 15. All delay & disrespectful conversation as pharmacy manager had made me upset. He was telling if I want to do it or not! Then I have to wait.

I love Costco but this location never has sanitized carts by the entrance and you have to walk half way across the lot to retrieve one. Carts are also scattered across the lot, it’s almost as chaotic as Doug fords reopening plan. I picked up mason jars only to drive home to find out they’re cracked

I went to the one on 400 and Hwy 7. Entrance was chaotic. No sanitized carts to be found, so people were confused. Sometimes they might bring out a few and, of course, people were fighting for them. I didn't see any staff taking carts in, so many people would have walk back out to get carts that were not sanitized.

I was turned away with service dog. The employee was very rude and unprofessional. I will not be returning to this store. We will be returning our membership as we do not want to support a store that violates human rights.

Costco pharmacy at this location is a total waste of time. They have no sense for good service not even close to average level.

They blocked the aisle with car oil, i guess they decided that driving is not essential? Clown company.

For the first time I got let down by Costco. This doesn’t happen often but I still felt the need to say something! My mother had bought some chipotle sauces and the cashier had accidentally double charged and my mother didn’t realize until after unloading her groceries from the cart to her vehicle. It doesn’t happen often but mistakes do happen and it’s understandable. My mother went back inside to explain to the cashier what had happened; the cashier agreed and accepted the fact that she may have overcharged and needed to go through the process of crediting my mother. The issue; and the reason for the 1 star is because of what happens next. My mother, who also donates every single time she goes to Costco; who also did it on this occasion aswell; was questioned over and over again about her having bought two “Chipotle” sauces. My mother who is in her 60”s had to explain and for some reason “convince” the “guest services” individual that she truthfully did purchase only one, and wasn’t trying to steal another. Unreal; hope that individuals day gets better; and I certainly hope you weren’t trying to get it at my mothers expense.

I love shopping at Costco. Whenever I go there I could find everything that I want, it's also very clean and organized. Costumers service are friendly and helpful.

I love the quality of the products. Good place for big families. Prices are high and mostly I always go over my budget. It is great to manage the prices at home by checking online prices and than visit Costco. Sometimes there are great deals available that are best and cheapest compare to other places.

Extremely rude attitude from Joe from the Tire Centre. We bought a set of tires just because of the promotion and not his service.

Always busy but always convenient since we live close.
Today there was no line up outside same with getting gas since most people are probably out of town, lol.
Non essential products are closed off so inside this costco.

I used to love this Costco. Clean, good service. But when they started ignoring my inability to wear the mandated face covering as I have a severe medical condition disallowing me from wearing anything around my head things changed. There is a clear exemption to the by law and Costco refuses to acknowledge this. I asked them to call by law officers to the scene. They refused and said they were only doing their job. So were the Nazis, the Gestapo, the secret police and the KGB. What is your point with only doing your job. How about holding a vaccination clinic right out in the open? No privacy. No sterile environment? Gross!

I just want to let you know how awful your service in the tire center is, 1st they make me wait about 20 minutes to solve an issue with my membership as it's international and then they told me I am not allowed to get service because I didn't buy a set of tires in Costco before that's bs, in the web page doesn't say anything about it.wait a month for my appointment for nothing.
Now you have one less member thanks to Brandon.

Shopping at Costco is a premium experience, providing high-quality products at the best prices in the market and a good level of customer service. Everything can be found at Costco including gas for our vehicles at the lowest price in the city. Staying in line couple of minutes it is good for our health. Enjoy the good weather and sunshine while waiting on line.

This is the best Costco in the GTA. Lots of space to park. There's Costco gas. If you have time, I'd suggest you come during the weekdays as it gets really hectic during the weekends. I usually come around 7 pm on Monday or Tuesday and shop with peace of mind without having to wait a long time at the checkouts. Same goes with the gas station.

This location is busy 24/7, no matter which day of the week you go, the customer service is pretty good. Items are usually in bulk packaging but well priced and they have easy returns as well. I would recommend this location, any day of the week other than sundays because you would have to wait an hour in line. All in all, it has a variety of items and the quality of produce is amazing.

Always a good experience at this Costco. By far one of the busiest locations. Food court area has is always over crowded. Never any seats. As a result we never purchase anything from that part of the store.

This location delivers exactly what one would expect from a Costco Wholesale. The store is in good shape, there's plenty of parking amd other shoppes nearby. Here you will find that there is always plenty of friendly staff on hand and a good number of cashiers ringing people in. Having shopped here for years and years I cannot recall a bad experience. Shelves are always fully stocked and I have rarely, if ever, not found an item I was looking for. And therein lies the dark side of Costco - you will leave having spent way more than you anticipated, but hey, if you need a barrel of mustard, this is the place. The membership fees are worth it if you shop here at least once a month, and the higher tier membership offers annual cashback on your purchases, easily and often rewarding cardholders with a rebate in excess of the cost of membership. Their in-house brand (Kirkland) is itself arguably worth the cost of admission.

Very nice Costco, much better than the one on Highway 7 in Brampton. The people at this Costco are courteous and very friendly

Gas is cheap, shopping here though is a hassle on the weeekend and people will almost cerfainly cut you in the parking lot. Fun experience if youre looking for an emotional roller coaster almost getting hit a few times.

Always a great place to go to make purchases for the home, groceries, home and Beauty, housewares. More than likely you will run into all your neighbors and every friend from the last 10 years but still a great place to go. Lines are not that long they move fast, and afterwards grab a cheap hot dog or an ice cream. Always have new specials offered and items you won't find in other stores. Just remember you always have to buy in bulk there so you have to get three loaves of bread, or a 5-gallon jug of laundry soap but still dollar-for-dollar the deal is good

It's a good warehouse, though a larger selection of stocks would be helpful, and perhaps a little more organized items arrangement.

Do not buy fresh trout fish from Costco

I have been a Costco customer for years. And I always loved all products from it. However, I recently bought a fresh trout fillet from Costco Woodbridge location. We cooked it on the same day. An hour after having the fish, one of my friends started vomiting and getting very sick. When we packed the rest of the fish to freeze it, we found A LIVE WHITE LONG WORM in it. We froze the fish and brought back to Costco later.

When I was there, I was sent to the office to talk to the manager. But, the lady who talked to me told first me that it’s VERY NORMAL for the fresh fish to have worms. She told me to go search online, it’s very where. Then I asked how about someone got sick from eating it. She said she would throw up too if she saw a worm in her food. I said we cooked the fish, ate it, got sick then found a worm while packing the rest of the fish to bring it back.

The manager finally showed up and got me fill out an incident report. And that’s all!

I get that it could happen that we find a worm in a piece of fresh fish. But should it be an answer from the store to a customer? That it’s very normal? Then I should go online researching instead of talking to the store? !

I would never buy anything “fresh” from that store ever again. That’s disgusting!

Overall, this store is fine but when you check out the lines take forever. I had a man named Quintino checking out my items and he is SLOW. And all other times the people were slow.

This Costco warehouse store is always full of shoppers that buy in bulk. It is situated at a very convenient location on highway 7 and Weston road, near highway 400.

Cineplex cinema theaters, Staples, and some restaurants are near by, in the Colossus RioCan Center, where Costco is located.

Ikea, Walmart, Canadian Tire, Home Depot, and Best Buy are not very far from here, too.

The new subway station, Vaughn Metropolitan center near
Home Outfitters and Walmart, is only 2 kilometers away.

All the services offered by Costco are available here. An overly busy gasoline center, a propane center,
an optical center, an independent optometrist, a photo center where you can get passport photos at a very reasonable rate, a cellphone stall, a tire center with well-trained and certified installers, and a cafeteria to make your taste buds happy - my wife and I like the hot, fresh, tasty, crispy and tempting potato fries served here. They are way better than those served at Mc Donald's.

Although the cashiers are very efficient and speedy, long lines and small space create hindrance to the movements of people with or without carts. Customers will be happy if the management finds out a viable solution to this problem.

If you want to buy one or two small items, you need to wait in one of the long lines. Costco needs to introduce at least one express line at all the locations.

If you want to return something, invariably, you have to wait for a long time in a lingering queue. Returning process is much slower than the checking out.

It is difficult to get an associate to help you if you need assistance. Last year, when I wanted help to find a battery for my car, I had to go beyond the cash counters to talk to a supervisor. I had to wait for a long time after she paged. Five months ago, I had to pass through the same experience when I wanted to buy a laptop.

The gas area needs to be effectively managed. It usually gets chaotic. While vehicles are lined up towards west in the street on the North side, some people, who do not care for and respect anybody, enter from east, and south side. Unfortunately, there is no one to control.
Also, the credit card verification, selection of payment method, asking if you need a receipt or not, and inserting pin numbers are very annoying, irritating, and time consuming.
It would save a lot of time and serve many more customers if they introduce 'tap and go' method used by many businesses.

Their pharmacy service is not at all satisfactory. There is total lack of professionalism, and good customer service.
Just to give you a few examples:
On Many occasions, they wrongly billed me. When asked the reason, they rechecked and told me that it was their mistake and that I did not have to pay anything.
A couple of times, when I went for refills, the person, after verifying, told me that I could get the required medicines. When I went to collect it from the dispensing counter at the time given to me, I was told that I could not get it because it was a bit too early to be eligible to get it.
Many times, when I went to get my medicines much after the time given to me, I was made to wait for another 20 - 30 minutes. I see this happening to many people all the time.

A good warehouse store catering to the needs of many families, religious and social organizations, and small business owners. If they address some of the issues and improve their services, there is no one now, and there will be no one in future to compete with Costco.

Good service and prices but I still end up spending hundred on my visits to Costco because there are a lot of good deals on products you may need or stock up on. I like all the sampling they offer.

My only issue is with management and treating people in the store as if they’re lesser than them. All the other employees and even the people who work at the retail booths inside Costco are always so pleasant. Bought 2 new units from the Lennox booth. The booth employees and management that sold me the units are amazing people to deal with.but once you have to deal with the management at Costco. TERRIBLE. Cannot get any help from management so don’t bother dealing with them, especially Chris and Bruce. Will be shopping at a different Costco from now on.at least until management is replaced

Fantastic produce and generally well organized store. The only reason for 4 stars is the parking lot that is always seems to be jammed.
