Shortage of staff as if we go there we are on our own.
If the good luck has a name Costco would it be. No matter I go there morning, evening, night, weekend, weekday, Covid time, lock down time, holiday time it’s always always crowded like they are distributing free things. I wish I can have a franchise of Costco.

Zahird in the optic center was really helpful and gave us the needed time to get a pair of glasses to my son

Its a busy location. Parking is always a problem. If you are okay with walking a bit, parking is always available.

I shopped with my sister today，when my sister passed the receipts to a lady to check items and I just barely crossed line，the lady yelled to me：Come back here！everyone shocked included her colleague，another stuff asked nervously：whats happened？this is examely rude behavior I never met in Canada expect in another Costco （close to Dixie）years ago. This is the reason I cancelled my memebership.

Terrible customer service, got ebola from rotisserie chicken. The filipino lady at the checkout was very rude and wasted an hour of my time. The customer service manager were very robot like and had no humanity or compassion in their answer.

Costco is a very useful store. Today it was busy but the wait time at the cash register was around 10 minutes in spite of the line. The parking lot of the store was also crowded.

I mean… who doesn’t love Costco! New shipment of clothes came in today, it was nice to see everything folded neatly and easily find my size!

It’s nice place. Big parking lot. Less busy as compared to other Costcos. Only issue, is NO gas station at this location. Friendly and helpful staff members.

The people working here are nice, it's pretty much the same as any other Costco just smaller. If you go during rush hour expect an atleast 1 hour long shopping and waiting in line (there's another line for the pharmacy). You'd need to drive around for 5 to 10 minutes to find a spot.

Always super busy, but you'll always get a bargain and sometimes you'll find something you never expected.

I went to pick up my winter tires I purchased online today. I figured I’d make an appointment to book install later in the week. Assuming I’d leave the tires there since that would make most sense. After purchasing the tires the email stated I had 2 weeks to pick them up once they’re delivered to Costco or else they get returned to the warehouse and the refund would appear on my statement. Today is day 6 since being delivered. First the girl working the desk is not friendly at all and second the “policy” is not convenient for the client. Usually I take my car to my mechanic for all of its needs including winter tire swop but I thot since costco is so close to home … why not. Anyway as soon as chica seemed as though she didn’t want my business and it didn’t matter to her that I was a customer I said forget it! I’ll take the tires and go all the way to Brampton to do the install. Super frustrated I stormed out. Which is pretty unusual for this costco. I’ve never had a bad experience with customer service here it’s too bad this girl left a sour taste w me. I already dread coming to costco since it’s ALWAYS SO BUSY and parking …. Etc.and now this is my last experience. Shame…

Not a good option for fruits. I purchased cantaloupe and grapes here, they are spurious food and worst taste. Grapes are musty at the bottom.

Very busy at 3pm in the afternoon, on a Tuesday. Line up to check out was almost to the back of the store, people everywhere.

I've been shopping at Costco Wholesale for a few years now, and I think I can offer a little advice to those that haven't been before. For starters, Costco is not like traditional grocery stores with their multiple sections or self-checkouts. While there are many items you'll find at Costco that are similar to most other big brands or grocery stores, the bulk of what you'll find is unique, only the first and each subsequent trip found stuff you didn't see on your previous visit.

Good value, great deals. The parking layout needs to improve, too many people are confused on where to turn creating bottlenecks and too many shopping carts rolling around making it even more difficult to move

Has everything you need for your daily, weekly, monthly use, also furniture, good quality of equipment.

What can we say bad about Costco really? It meant there were a few longer lines but people were walking out with full carts of pretty good bargains. Me too.

I love the efficiency of the staff at check out. They are always pleasant when I go and make it a point to chat:) Not as busy as the Heartland location!

Everyone that we encountered was helpful and friendly. Had to renew the membership as well as exchange some clothes. No problems. Also, the polish sausage and pop for $1.50.my favorite thing ever. Ever. Well done Costco.

Typical Costco warehouse - location gets quite busy after 3PM weekdays and all weekends. Enhanced self check out now available to get out faster. Service staff are kind, patient - only downside is they sometimes may be hard to find.

This happened at the Costco (3180 LAIRD RD, MISSISSAUGA, ON) in Eastern Canada around 2pm on Oct 26,2021.

My wife and son bought an Mochi Ice-cream (1 pack contains 4 small boxes. 6 mochi ice creams are contained in each small box) at this Mississauga COSTCO. We ate 3 boxes for one week, and when we opened the last box, one out of 6 ice cream was missed, and the vinyl pack had been already opened.

So, we went to the refund counter at this COSTCO. One staff at the refund counter, name is Wafa (she was hiding her name tag).

She emotionally went on talking nonstop and did not give us a chance to talk. She aggressively claimed that this was our fault because we had already eaten three boxes. She only repeated “if we do not bring all four boxes with all mochi ices, she never refunds” loudly. It was impossible.

I can say she was worst staff working in the customer service sections I have ever met. Today, there is a long line for waiting for the refund counters. All your customers could hear her speaking. I really worry that she is damaging your reputation.

Anyway, we hope such a customer handling is not repeated.

Good place to shop if you're in Oakville area. Kinda crowded most of the times with long queue for billing. This store doesn't have a gas station but does have a propane gas filing station. Visit during afternoon's may save some time and avoid crowd.

Costco, please schedule at least two people for the tire center desk on weekends. That way one of them could operate the cash, while the other one answers customer questions. Waiting 30min to pay for propane fill-up is a bit much, all because the solo desk staff is bogged down with long winded tire questions. There was a lot of other propane fill-up customers waiting for over 20min. I'll be driving to other Costco locations that have better organization.

Hope they invest in some tech because the check out system is taking too long and so is the return. Should not have to wait 40 mins for a return. Self serve checkout machine should have scanner available as this would improve flow. Almost prefer Walmart's system because the self serve is better. Noticing the employees are having an attitude with polite customers.

Service was quick and efficient even though there were long lines but they quickly moved.

The staff was very warm and welcoming and very eager to help. I received excellent Customer service. The store is equally clean.
There is ample parking so that is not such a big issue.

It's Costco. Everything is about Cost.

Yesterday, was another positive experience with Costco.

If you are an essential worker, just show your ID with your membership and you can skip the lines. This Costco is smaller than most but, it carries what I need. Fresh baked breads are a must to try.

Went to Costco (Laird) today and was pleasantly surprised at how smooth everything was. The staff are friendly and courtesy. One of the staff even took my 2 - 8x10 outdoor carpets to the registers for me as they were cumbersome and awkward on the cart. Thanks Ian, great job! Kaitlyn was also very helpful when asked where I could find Paper towels. More staff was helpful including the ladies at the checkout. Great experience today, thanks Costco!

As the first time at Costco I can't say I enjoyed the experience so much. There are no markings for the aisles and shoppers are expected to know where to look for stuff they need.
Personally, I feel Costco is not worth the effort.

Busy here, but had everything we needed. Garden centre well stocked and Covid restrictions are in place.
Lots of parking.

What can we say bad about Costco really? And their garden centre is open with a seperate entrance.

VERY BAD PRE COOKED FOOD SOLD HERE-READ ON. Paid for an Executive Renewal Monday 19 April/2021-purchased items -Chicken being one of them-after eating, everyone got sick-while eating I felt my stomach twist-upon inspecting the leftovers, I realized we may have been food poisoned-refer to pics-on my way with the actual left overs-if they offer me an exchange, I may throw it against the wall.lol.lol. I am tempted to cancel their subscription pending legal action depending on what they say-I read other reviews-re-how they handle food-Food Inspectors need to check how their pre cooked food is handled and prepared;

here is a follow up-got a refund for the chicken, cancelled the Costco subscription-Associates Reem, Dina, Paula? -amazing, polite and helpful-HOWEVER, CARLOS-THE FOOD MANAGER-EXPLAINED THE CHICKEN IS COOKED AT 196 DEGREES-TRA LA LA LA LA.the food was undercooked-CHECK THE "BLOODY" FOOD-ADJECTIVE APPROPRIATE-SINCE THE CHICKEN-WAS bloody-the Manager, however, WHAT A PIECE OF CLASS AND WORK-HE INSINUATED THAT, I MAY HAVE DONE SOMETHING TO THE CHICKEN-AS HE WAS LEAVING, I TOLD HIM, SINCE CARLOS CONFIRMED IT WAS WELL COOKED, THE MANAGER-SHOULD HAVE IT FOR LUNCH-HE THEN STATED-I DON'T KNOW WHERE OR WHAT YOU MAY HAVE DONE TO THE CHICKEN-THE NERVE OF THIS MAN-LASTLY, SINCE HE WAS SOOOOO CONFIDENT THE CHICKEN WAS GOOD FOR CONSUMPTION, I SUGGESTED THAT HE FEED HIS SON OR DAUGHTER WITH IT. IT PROBABLY HIT HOME THEN SINCE I RAISED MY VOICE. ANYONE HAVE ISSUES WITH THEIR FOOD, NOW IS THE TIME TO ENDORSE/ RE-ITERATE THIS REVIEW-FOOD INSPECTION NEEDS TO BE ADHERED TO AT THIS PLACE.

Don't buy whole rotisserie chicken from here. Its Raw! Such a waste of money. We got it for dinner but it was uncookee. How can they sell this!

Not exactly the Gold standard of Covid protection. Very limited cart sanitation and more people per square foot than other stores

They have the worst staff I have ever encountered in a store from the cafeteria lady who yells orders from the top of her lungs and gets upset as soon as she calls one hey Costco ever thought about spending money on a display board
Secondo the pharmacy staff who takes a pleasure of answering the phone and put you on hold forever
And then insist that I check my text that they sent me a notice of my prescription being ready

Costco is good for big families, or for Kirkland products, don't do my monthly groceries from here.

I went first time in this Costco & I bought apple bag & when I came home &when I opened, omg 4 to 5 apples are bad. I used to buy fruits & other stuff from Costco (highway 7, Brampton) & I never disappointed like this Costco.

Racists - too many times have I noticed that the white cashiers never greets me despite me giving a friendly greeting everytime. And too many times have i noticed the white customer in front or behind me gets a friendly greeting first. My card always gets inspected and checked but the white customers are given exemptions. This is a chain you can visit any store but make sure you carry the membership card always. You can also enter the store with Costco cash card. Which you have to buy with help of membership card. Min.value to cash card is $50.
Costco has good return policy. Vast variety of fresh baking section, produce, abundant selected good grade diary products etc.

Huge super market filled with appliances, electronics, clothing, pet supplies, groceries and more! The line ups at cash can be a little long. However, the deals are definitely worth the wait!

Great bulk products at competitive prices. One stop shopping here. Highly recommended, although the foot traffic is getting quite consistant. Overall Costco is a fantastic store with no rival.

Been here for a 7AM appointment to fix what was not done right the first time - a tire leaking nitrogen after switching regular tires for snow tires. Was told needed an appointment when I came in to get it taken care of on the 30th Dec. Only one other customer ahead of me and 3 other cars have been pulled into the bays. 8.27AM and I am still waiting. Worst the person ahead of me who came for a 4 tire change just checked out. My car just came out 8.33AM. How efficient!

There are very attractive deals in this store. The most wonderful thing here is the amount of human help available when you need it. They are knowledgeable and well-trained personnel in their own areas. While there is plenty of parking space, the individual parking is marked with double line giving sufficient area to open the doors. The best deal awaits after the cash register; the Polish sausage or the all-beef hotdog with a drink is $1.50.

Nothing compares to this store. I am extremely impressed by the staff at the cashiers how fast effective and friendly they are. Absolutely Amazing. One if the very few places that proves that quality can be at an affordable price.

Very irritating experience everytime. I dread going to this Costco. From terrible parking to long lineups and rude cashiers with an attitude problem and on power trips (someone by the name of Elaine). And for what? The deals are not that great anyways. No thank you.

Enjoy going here for the deals that you sometimes get. Kids' books are always a great buy.

Remember that everything you buy is in bulk and not a small package but that what our family needs. Always love their roasted chicken as there's always enough for dinner and lunch for the next day.

Pack your patience as parking is hard to find. Certain times of the day and night are better to go shopping here. You'll have to discover those on your own as it makes shopping more enjoyable! Lol

Was honked at for a good 10 seconds by a costco employee. Then we had words. Later i was told the horn was broken. Well how about speaking before laying on the horn.
First and last time i will buy and have tires installed by Costco. What a joke.

This Costco is very busy! Parking can be a slight challenge to find close to the store. Lines move at a decent rate (about 15mins wait time when busiest) though considering the volume this is good considering lines can be long at times (no surprises here - it is Costco after all). A gas bar opened here about 2mths ago and it is great because it has 3 pumps instead if the standard 2.line for gas moves a lot quicker - but I don't suggest you go there between 4: 30-5: 30pm when ppl get off work 'cause that's when everyone else will be there too and you will have to wait maybe about 15mins.

All in under one roof. From baby to grandparents everyone’s choice u can find her. Either gifting or home living things. Everytime u find different variety. And i love their return policy.

I was at the tire center to purchase new winter tire. I want to pay for the tires and they can't install today. I told the sales associate that it is ok as I pay for the tire first and make appointment for the installation. I am taken aback that they want me to bring the all 4 new tire back with me and bring along with me on the date of appointment for the new tire install. I told the sale associate if that the case, I will make appointment for the winter tire installation and will buy the new tire on that appointment date. The sale associate said, I cannot make appointment without the winter tire. I hope the Costco management will look into this.

This is our favourite Costco. We have been shopping there for many years and never let down. Customer service is good yet sometimes very busy. Parking is an issue though.

Costco is Costco. Buy in bulk. Not all products are good buys. Worst part or Costco are my fellow shoppers. Get off your cell phones and show a little respect. Was hit 4 times with shopping carts today!

Line UPS TOO LONG AT THE CASH ALSO A BIG COMPLAINT ONLY ONE CHECKER EXITING CAUSED ANOTHER LONG LINE UP EXITING. I LIKENTHE BRANT STREET STORE AT BURLINGTON BETTER. ALSO LINE UP AT YOUR TIRE CENTER NO STAFF AT THE COUNTER. MANAGEMENT SHOULD MANAGE BETTER. I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS STORE EVER.

Great store with a lot of selection and fast checkouts. Weekends will also feature the usual customer check out line argument / public fight. We usually shop here during the week to avoid the crowded cashiers.
