My recent sojourn to the local Costco proved to be an intellectually invigorating experience. The staff, paragons of service excellence, not only demonstrated impeccable professionalism but also exuded an uncommon friendliness that permeated the entire store, establishing an ambiance of unparalleled welcome. The prodigious array of high-quality products, particularly in the gastronomic domain, underscored Costco's steadfast commitment to providing superlative offerings.

Nevertheless, the complex tapestry of a bustling retail space did reveal a facet deserving acknowledgment—instances of shoppers exhibiting a lack of decorum in respecting personal space. Yet, this nuanced observation does not cast aspersions on the institution itself. Rather, it serves as a poignant reminder that even in the most exalted bastions, there may be a scant few who unwittingly disrupt the sanctity of the collective experience.

What renders Costco truly exceptional for me transcends the mere acquisition of goods; it is an oasis for the soul on somber days. The positive ethos, affable countenances, and the kaleidoscope of products collectively conspire to elevate my spirits, marking it as a preferred sanctuary.

In a whimsical contemplation, were legal constraints not prohibitive, I would entertain the notion of petitioning Costco for adoption. The prospect of dwelling amidst its congenial milieu, indulging in culinary delights, and basking in the affability of the staff paints a beguiling panorama. Costco, in its essence, has metamorphosed beyond the realm of a mere retail establishment; it has become an intimate familial enclave.

I miss the old store

Sometimes Bigger is not Better.

This new store is bigger than the old store but for shopping traffic flow it's annoying. The food sample people set up in the busy spots, causing jam up of sample eaters just standing there eating.

I could probably do a whole comedy bit of the people of costco if I wanted to.

Also, all these people did not come to the old store, where did they all come from? (Not COSTCO's Fault)

You have to back track through everyone to get to the food court.

I really feel they should have EXECUTIVE only parking or cash out lines.

I still shop at Costco, but since the move, I really try to decide if I need to go to Costco or not.

Terrible and abrupt attitude at the checkout. I had some of my purchases in a box. I was told NOT to do this anymore because it makes their job harder. All with a tone that will embed my impression of him at Costco forever. The whole time I did not speak and only spoke with the lady who wished me a good afternoon while she raised her eyebrows with understanding.

Love the new store. The only problem I’ve encountered is the parking. The spots are quite far from the building. I love the amount of items available. The space is big enough to accommodate the amount of shoppers. The food court is the same great deals as always. I love to get a sundae on my way out.

Parking lot is much better than the last location, but you're still looking for spots each time you visit. The gas bar is much nicer and faster than Costco North.

The new location is just as good as the old. Staff are awesome and I always go in intending to buy one or two items and leave with half a grocery cart full. Lol.

Very friendly staff, store layout is well laid out. Parking lot is overwhelming and need to add either to the colour blocked markers or numbers so customers can locate their vehicle.

It's a large organized store, but a lot of people don't know which way to go, so a bit chaotic

Shopping here many years. Quality products on a wide variety of products. Delivery available. Pharmacy, auto shop, floral. Can also order online and pick up in store. Many gift cards, clothes, books, toys, deli, restaurant and more! Nothing beats the great priced tasty hot dogs pizzas and ice cream.

Definitely don't like the new store, everybody was going in every direction. I swear they had more room at the front in the old store at their registers, everyone one was lined up down both main aisles to check out. Crazy hot mess

As a customer, I prefer the old location better than new. Why because we are missing some items for example, garage door opener, halal chicken nuggets, halal yoghurt, chee butter, and halal cheese. When I asked the manager she wasn’t having answers.

This places has been closed since march 2.i dont understand why it says its open.would have been nice to know they moved.

Our go-to place for so much. Often the best prices in town (per volume). It's best to know your prices before you go.
We wish, however, they would stop messing around with their in-house meal packages. (e.g. Bring back the quinoa and pasta salads!)

I have bought several sets of tires here. They sell high quality tires at reasonable prices, backed by solid warranties All of the Tire Techs are certified through courses and are willing and able to sort out and explain a "Why? " issue.
They fill with nitrogen which does not expand like plain air. Think your tires are low? They offer pressure checks to ensure your best and safest operating pressures

This store has the same service level as Other locations that I have been in. 10.10
All these negatives about staff had to have been brought out by callous interaction by complainers. Been in Costco stores, hundreds of times, all over and never had a problem with staff. You can feel the aggressiveness by the way the reviewers explain the issue.

The issue of having to buy too much? Pick an item with a high shelf life and break it down. I am the opposite.when one of my favourites goes on sale. I buy heavy as it will get used soon enough. Buying some items unless shared does not make sense.so buy a smaller lot elsewhere. Costs rising so fast.these days, a sale item is the old regular price.
Do not forget that if an item goes on sale within a month that Costco will refund the difference even without a receipt.

Have run into a temperature issue with Pepsi machines elsewhere 3X. I like my Mugs cold and can taste the difference above 34f degrees. 40f is a turnoff. I do not get ice as it waters the drink. If a machine is warm then more ice is used and it takes longer to make the ice.
And then you get the idiot cheapskate who comes in and fills bags with ice to take out. Inconsiderate to the max. He wiped out all the ice. Very close to having his membership cancelled for something really stupid.

Best place to fuel your car. For a family of two it's very difficult to pick items from Costco but you may try their drinks (lassi, cold coffee and soft drinks). Commodity items are really cheap than normal retail outlet.do try to pick sugar 5 kg and oil

WOW. Way, way, way too many people in the building.you cannot even move for all the carts. I cannot imagine what an emergency evacuation would look like.

The new location feels more crowded, chaotic, and less organized than the old location. Also surprised at the complete lack of shopping cart returns in half of the parking lot.

The staff at Costco is always so helpful. My husband and I went for a few items. We found a couple extras that were on sale which was nice. Even though it was VERY busy we were able to get our shopping done reasonably quickly.

The new location is very good, safer to drive in and out of the parking lot and there is enough space for park also the gas station is accessible, I buy my gas and groceries in one location.

I don't like new Costco. I can't find anything. When I went they didn't have what I wanted.

Layout of store if confusing and all over. For being new it's should be better organized.

Amazing staff! Finally a gas bar by the highway! Bring back the Pecan salad! It’s a BEST SELLER and sold out daily and you are not making it!? If you had the salad it would be a 5/5! Impressed as always.

It's very busy but the staff there do not like helping they are just standing around taking to each other and when you cash out there is 3 staff there talking about there day off when is the next day they have off they get the orders wrong they were checking each other clothes and they just don't care you can go to management office and till them and they will talk to them

Lots to choose from, super busy. One particular item that I purchase regularly (Lillydale) 2 pack or nitrate free turkey slices was 17.99 in late May and 21.99 June 28. That was a big jump
