I would like Costco more if it was like a microcosm. But for humans. Apartments, a little dive bar, dentist, and a playground.

We're not that far off.

Got a new shaving kit for Christmas. Well it was supposed to be new but when I opened it I found it used full of someone’s hairs and a busted tooth on it. Personal hygiene products going back on the shelf? I’m disgusted

I went for a oil change. I paid 159 dollars for the full package. They never checked my tire pressure and filled my windshield washer fluid.they just tried to sell me on more things I need to, pay for.bunch of young kids running the place no supervisors on site.won't be going back.if I pay them to do everything that comes with the price then I want top notch service. 159 dollars for a oil change.that's it,

I like the products and the gas Price but the crowds are difficult to get through for a senior. Having senior hours only would be a great benefit.

I walked into costco (wonderland rd) today in between 4pm to 5pm - 8th July 2023.
My request: I recently moved from Saskatoon, SK and looking to change my address.
The reply i got from the customer care: "Don't know why people are moving to this depressed city 'London'. " with so pathetic face expression. And they dint even hesitate to discuss further but talking to me as if i was from other planet.
My remarks: Seriously Costco - What sort of people have you recruited. This is really insane to have these kind of virus in your company and treating us like this really hurting. But truthfully i don't have time to take this "-". But wanted to let you about your so called customer care staff.

Always a positive experience. Employees go above and beyond inside, at the tire center and the gas station.

Had to wait way to long for anyone to come once we were seated. Then wait for the vacccine to be requested and again for it to be given to the nurse to inject. Seemed somewhat disorganized.

My preferred Costco store in London. While the arrangement of the aisles sometimes defies logic (food and laundry products?) the store is pretty easy to navigate, it is fairly easy to get in and out of the parking lot, and the staff are efficient and professional. I do find myself spending an inordinate amount of time searching for things because there is a strange arrangement system for goods compared to other Costco stores I have been in, and things do shift and move sometimes, but overall it is a good experience.

Cheapest prescriptions anywhere with our a plan.

Although I wish I would like to be there more often but we only rely on my boyfriend’s mums membership. Which is a great bonding experience though indoor and she pays for our items, whoohoo! Great variety for all shoppers and we never need to wait to fill our propane tank.

Busy Costco, but easy to get in and out of from any direction. The gas bar can be heavy traffic, an extra pump lane is necessary. The store is stellar, they move people extremely well. The food counter is often overwhelmed - a function of hard-working, but insufficient staff. Every Costco is busy, but this one is far superior to the other in KW.

It is great. They have great prices on most things.not all. Greats selections. Clean and organized

It is a very convenient place where you can buy everything you need for the daily life plus for especial occasion. They also offer mechanic services for your car, it has their own gas station, get your pictures for passports, and get your prescribed glasses as well.

I tried vending machine to get a bottle of water bottle and it just took my coin. A staff told me to go to the restaurant to get a bottle of water.

I always look forward to going. But bulk everything can sometimes be frusterating. Not their fault so I can't dock a star.

Good store to buy stuff in bulk but few items like Chicken, you will get a better deal at Walmart.

Do not try and contact any dept by phone! No one answers the phone. Terrible service. Big company like this should be embarrassed no matter how busy they are

The prices here are getting pretty ridiculous. It’s not even cheaper than the grocery store now. Plus you’re paying a membership fee. Today buying groceries the cashier didn’t even put the groceries back in my cart. I only had a few items and she watched me reach about three feet across the counter behind the glass all the way to the register to retrieve my items one by one because I had to practically climb the counter to reach them. Kinda expected better when youre paying a hundred a year to be there.

I'll start by saying I visited TWO Costco locations today - one in Windsor and one in London - and since I see no indication on my screen regarding which I'm reviewing, I'm going to assume it's the London location. The store layout was completely different than my local Windsor store, making it more difficult for me to find my way around. However, they did have what I wanted (an item on sale, but sold out in Windsor) so for that reason alone, they yet top marks. I would have been even happier if the Windsor store would have granted a ranchers or the London store would have guaranteed to hold the item before I went there.

Crowded mostly. Line up at the checkout always.
Staff is somewhat friendly. Nice inventory but prices are usually more than u can find outside.

Busy place! There are good prices on things like Parmesan cheese, Balderson cheddar and cream for coffee. The quality of the Kirkland TP and paper towels is exceptional. They also have good clothing and great seasonal items you can't find other places. Know your prices and you will find great deals and good quality.

It’s crowded almost all the time. You find pretty much close to everything you require for a household. Good spot to shop around.

Great options as expected and excellent customer service which is why I keep on going back. Thumbs up

Love costco they have quite a bit of gluten free options for snacks and food. And love there clothes as well!

August 18,2021 around 7 pm I went to the optical area to purchase some glasses. The lady working I want to say her name is Cynthia but im not sure i only say part of the name tag. She has short sandy blonde hair. She is a very wonderful lady, super friendly customer service. I waited in the optical line for over 30 minutes, she apologized thanked me for being patient. She allowed me time to look at the glasses and try some one did not rush me. When purchasing the glasses, tried glasses on so she could measure them she complimented how nice they looked on me. It was irritating waiting in a line for a while however these people were giving every customer there full attention, sanitizing constantly in between each person. The service this lady gave was just so wonderful! I hope someone shares this feedback.

Lots of good things. But way, Way, WAY too Crowded. London NEEDs another Costco in the South West area.

Way too many people in there, crowded and hard to get around. We didn't finish shopping just wanted to get out. I will not be returning to this store again.

A family friend entered Costco for groceries and was escorted out of the establishment due to her wearing a grey ridge uniform. These people (Grey Ridge) supply them with the eggs they sell. This is all about the boy who killed 4 individuals and injured one (Muslim family) I understand the story and am saddened by it, but this company (Costco) is banning anyone wearing their uniforms all because this boy worked there. I use to love this store but due to this recent event my thoughts on the stores policies has changed. Not every member or Grey Ridge knew this boy other than to work with him and shouldn't be exempt from shopping there due to a uniform. If this is the case then why do they still have a contract with the company?

Such a busy place. Was calm this day, but line ups at parking, getting in, mulling around, purchasing, and finally getting out. Makes this a sad place for me. Is it really worth it?

I’m not a fan. Too busy but that’s Costco. I bought some of their ready made heat up food it was disgusting. I ended up throwing it all out.

My mother attended the Wonderland location Costco on June 3rd at 7: 30pm and she dealt with an incredibly rude and ableist staff member. My mother is disabled and becomes easily fatigued. She politely asked for some help, to which an initial staff member ​readily agreed and secured a different male staff member to help her.
This staff member complained and questioned whether my mother was disabled, asking her to tell him why she needed help and then telling her she "didn't look like she needed help". Some disabilities are invisible, like my mothers. My mother was distraught and embarrassed and we won't be returning.
Completely unacceptable.

As long as you know your prices, and what is best purchased not in bulk, then this is the place for you.
I've bought hearing aids, neutrogena face cream (half the cost of Pharmacies), dog treats, masks, and of course, STEAKS!

This is the second time my family and I have been discriminated at this store! An old lady by the name Kate refused to sell to my dad because he is not the primary card holder. I went through their terms and conditions and it clearly states that family members from the same house hold as long as they can proof they live at the same address. The supervisor has to come and sort it out. We will take our business elsewhere! Shame on you guys!

Complete insanity! I should know better than to shop on a weekend! Of course the silly overkill covid restrictions adds to the mayhem. I wanted to go Saturday and when I saw the lineup I turned right around. I returned early on Sunday and it was more manageable. That aside the shopping experience is like any other location.

First time shopping here, definitely worth the membership fee. 1 stop shopping, and with 2% back, it will alleviate some stress around xmas time.

Chaos isn't really the word to describe this. It's insanely busy and giving out samples of food during a pandemic literally seems crazy.

Place is great for large buys! The bake stuff is great and they have a wide selectiin of products throughout the store! Everything from food to plants to furniture, glasses and tires.

Not all Costco stores and their employees are equal. I'd like to say that this store's staff goes out of their way for the customers!

There was another customer who clearly cut the line today March the 2nd, 2021. My friend and I were told to go to cashier 12 today and as we were walking over to the cashier to line up. This rude lady cut the line from the other side near the entrance to line up. We pointed out to the lady that she has to line up from the other end just like everyone else. But she was adamant that we were wrong and she was right. She confirmed that she was not directed by a store employee to go to that cashier as well and that she did not line up from where everyone else was lining up. She had the nerve to say we were cutting her and we should be excused. It would have been nice if a store employee had intervened. I did report that to the cashier that was serving us afterwards that they should either have signs or an employee that would be watching for rude people like that.

It's not that I "loved it", but it's just a regular Costco so there's no reason to give them less than 5 stars. As usual it was well stocked and looked exactly like all the other Costcos. This location is ALWAYS busy though, no matter what time. The parking lot is a frustrating mess of cars, but that's to be expected because it's London:/

Great sale prices, and they have so many great products. Well worth the membership if you shop there enough. They also have affordable hot food and ice cream. Can't beat their hot dog and pop combo for $1.50, no membership required to eat there either.

They do not care about clients:
- Long lanes and few cashiers.
-They move the items to unexpected places. Then You have to walk around the entire warehouse.

Some technicians are careless, I was there to exchange snowtires, but got other people snow tire on my car. Then, I had to get back from my office, they changed back again. Although it solved, but wasted my time! I Meanwhile, reported this thing to auto supervisor. Firstly, he said it was impossible. Then, He told me didn’t tell them, told tostore manager. This Technician problems, OK? So, I will tell my family members, friends do not purchase Costco card any more.

Good prices on selected items. However, you have to be selective. Don't expect you can do all your groceries there. If you do, you wont be saving money

Costco has very good products and prices but pollutes a lot with all their packaging. I have notice that the island of plastic bottles of water is getting bigger every time.too bad for our planet!

I love shopping at Costco. However, all I wanted to do was renew my membership. The sales guy tried to upsell me. I politely declined. The his I assume "manager" came over to help him. Again trying to upsell me. My bf's and i bother declined more than once. But she decided to keep pushing. I was so upset I almost left the store. She was so rude. She completely ruined my experience before I even started shopping. Not to mention I was there with my 4 year old

Some price items are worth the effort to have a membership and go through the impossible parking and line up in cash. Meat is expensive. Way cheaper prices across the street in the Chinese supermarket

Has lots of items to eat both fresh and frozen and personal care items and vitamins and minerals. ALSO has a pharmacy. ALSO has a small-scale eating area.

I went there to become a member and one employee told me that I need to receive the credit card Capital one with my name on it for become a member. After I insist many times they let me become a member without this application for the credit card. I thought this situation kind of dishonest with me and I would like to warn you about it. I don't know if this is happening with everybody or if why I am not from here they tried to get advantage of me because of my english. Anyway, be aware, you shouldn't not be force to apply for a credit card that you don't want to.

Was trying to do a return and the worst employee ever I was encountered with, her name is Julia and Costco needs to rethink about hiring her. Hope they do something about it.

It's Costco, so they have good stuff at good prices, but half your trip will be looking for parking and waiting to checkout. London really needs a 3rd Costco, I would go more often if it wasn't such a hassle.

I have to say, if you love Costco fries, do not get the fries here. They're probably not the Costco fries you think you love.: (

Other than that, it's Costco! Buying everything you possibly can, want, need and don't need at silly prices will never get old here. Waiting in line takes long enough you might start to doubt yourself, but it will probably be too crowded for you to change your mind and leave anyway.

Loads of great deals you won't find elsewhere, Costco does have special promotional items that changes all the time so if you see something you like buy it as it might not be there next time.

Maybe expensive but you get your moneys worth. I lve Costco Wholesale you pay $60.00 you get two cards for Costco one for a family member or etc. The card is good for 1 year Costco Wholesale you got my vote. 5 stars. I bought Pumpkin Pie, Peacan Pie, one for Christmas and the other pie for New Years dinner. I will be shopping there it is close to where l live. Thank you Costco Wholesale your the best. Keep up the good work.

Getting stopped on exiting is getting old. I'm an irritated that Costco position is that customers are stealing. I am also tired of shopping carts jamming my heels because of lack of staffing on exiting the store.

Get rid of "greeters" on store entrance and triple up on exiting verifiers!
Or Better yet Hire, train and retain skilled cashiers so that "Gestapo" type harassment is not required on exiting. Other stores manage to do it i.e. Walmart, Grocery stores, Old Navy.

If you want to be better, just provide better "Customer Service" and get rid of "Customer Harassment".

You have to watch what products are actually a deal here but for the most part it's great for buying bulk. We usually just buy all the products that never expire and also we also use the gas station a lot.

In my eyes the discount on fuel is worth the membership alone but being able to buy the bulk goods is a plus.

I find the electronics etc you can find better deals else where for the most part. I usually double check before I purchase anything significant from Costco.
