Cote Lock Service

First-rate! The Toyota dealership wanted about $500 to cut and program one key for my car. It was $35 per key at Coté Lock Service, and they just gave me the programming instructions instead of acting as gatekeepers and charging $150/key like the dealership would. I now have 2 new master keys and a new favourite locksmith - local, family-owned. I will go nowhere else.

Everything about them is great! Not only was I able to get service the next day (only because I turned down same-day!) but the locksmith called and let me know he was available earlier than originally planned. JC was punctual, professional & clearly focused on customer satisfaction. The customer experience was excellent & we're completely satisfied with the results! Highly recommend.

They were able to provide all details over the phone giving me confidence to choose this business. It took about 5 minutes from leaving my car to returning to my car and holding a new key. Prices are great and friendly staff.

First of all, I like to give them zero but I guess I can’t so one will do it. Heather needs to learn how to talk to the customers. Hanging up the phone on them it’s not the answer to the problem that she hasn’t solved.
Definitely will never use this company again.

This was the 4th locksmith I called to make a copy of my motorcycle key. I sent them a picture, and they confirmed they could do it. I got 2 extra keys cut in minutes. Thanks Justin!

Cote was great to deal with. They responded quickly to our inquiry about replacing the locks on our premises. We were able to send them pictures of existing locks, and when the Tech showed up, he had everything he needed. Was in an out quickly, and did a great job!

No response. For 6 days. This was preceded by 1 and only email from business telling me let me summarize, 'oh we don't sell same keys but can cut some random keys to work like yours'. So when I ask would refund be issued if as you say keys will work but if turns out don't work, business has not responded. I even sent them photos of my keys, and judging by zero response since, and oh yeah it's been 6 days and counting, this tells me this business can't get the job done. Uncapable people I went with another service provider. I'd avoid if I were you.

Excellent service! After a break in - Cote Lock Service was first to respond, then came and fixed and reinforced the broken door and then rekeyed our locks and helped with alignment issues so now all our doors are secure and working better than ever. Service techs were polite and did a fantastic job.
