Cottage 13

Just finished getting my second tattoo, both from Cottage 13. Communication from Andrew start to end was spot on. Bailey was my artist and not only did she do an amazing job, her affection for the city mirrors mine. We talked all things Hamilton, taking my focus off the tattoo. Bailey, you were awesome! They were rude during the beginning, piercing process and final transaction. When I called in regarding infection concerns the only thing told to me was to buy their “spray” thanks

Fantastic shop, welcoming, friendly and fun. We came during super crawl to check out the flashes. Couldn't say no to the pigeons (although Bob Ross hot dog was calling). When the artist Bailey was called in we were so happy to see how stoked she was to etch these into our skin. The tattoo area (and entire shop) was immaculate, Bailey was awesome to chat with and her work was incredible, 10/10 we'll be coming back as our pigeons need friends!

I’ve had both my daughters (both around 8 years old) get their first ear piercings here by Yolanda. I’ve had my first ear piercing by Alicia and 3 more with Yolanda. My oldest daughter also had her nose done by Alicia.

It’s an excellent experience all around. Excellent communication before, during and after. Clear and easy to follow care instructions. Yolanda was amazing at keeping my daughters calm and provided a great experience overall for them for their first piercings.

The shop is incredibly clean and welcoming. Great selection of jewelry for what we were having done.

It’s been about a month since I had my cartilage pierced with Yolanda and I cannot recommend Cottage 13 enough. I’ve had my cartilage pierced two other times at different salons and they never healed and often became very infected. This time around, I have zero swelling and no discomfort. I purchased the saline spray that Yolanda recommended as well and I truly think this made such an impact on my healing. Not only is she an excellent piercer, but she is extremely knowledgeable and spent about 30 minutes informing me of all the good and bad that comes with new piercings. 10/10 experience.

Alicia is very knowledgeable and professional. I always have a good experience getting my nose ring switched up. Lots of good quality jewellery to choose from as well.

Alicia is a fabulous piercer. Don't waste your time elsewhere, she's great. Tell your mom. Spread the good word and tip well.

Staff does great work, but they STILL have "covid protocols" and STILL want customers to wear a mask and social distance. I won't be going back until these are dropped and they treat customers like people, not petri dishes.

Had my rook and tragus pierced by Alicia! She was very kind, caring, and informative throughout the piercing process.

Most importantly, I did not feel rushed like I have at other piercing studios- thank you so much! Would absolutely recommend to others.

Went today as a walk in to get my oldest daughter a piercing. This is the second time she’s gone - was there 6-7 yes ago previously. All I can say is amazing. Customer service, atmosphere, knowledge, patience. This place has it all. If you are looking for your first piercing or are experienced and just want to add, I Highly recommend both Alicia and Yolanda for their knowledge, care, expertise and patience.

Caroline today did my 3rd and 4th tattoo. She is very professional. She takes her time to ensure every looks right. She makes you feel comfortable and is a very nice person. I highly recommend her.

Got my septum done the other day. My pierced Alicia was amazing! She was so professional and made me feel like I was in great hands. Also the whole vibe of the shop I found super pleasant. I would recommend this place to everyone I know
