I have never had such a positive experience as I have had with Cottage Country Dental, from the beginning of doing the paper work to the examination and then the cleaning which was so fantastic. My teeth have never felt this clean and these people go out of their way to help you. Thank you so much for such a positive and fun experience at a dental office

I have now been to Cottage Country Dental twice and these people go above and beyond. I have worked in a number of provinces and have and my teeth cleaned and worked on by 9 different Dentists and numerous Hygenists. Cottage Country Dental leads such high standard and I am in aww of how good I feel when I leave this dental office. I can't thank thjese people enough for how they help me

I don’t normal take the time to write a review of places but I definitely will for this company. The level of professionalism and compassion I received at each appointment has been amazing. I was incredibly nervous and emotional for my root canal and I was met with understanding and kindness and that should not go unnoticed. Dr. Pagah Mirzakhalili and her assistant took the time to talk to me and made me feel safe and checked in with me throughout my procedure. A great company that I am happy to be a patient of now.:)

Always excellent service here. The staff is friendly and the office is very clean. I originally came here a few years ago when I needed a second opinion about a dental implant. I had such an excellent experience and they saved me thousands of dollars! I have been coming here ever since and my son and husband use the office as well.

I’ve lived in Bracebridge for almost 20 years and I’ve never had a more pleasant experience than at Cottage Country Dental. Everyone is very welcoming & kind, They’re also the only practice in Bracebridge that offers IV sedation which I highly recommend. I’d give a 6 star review if I could.

I reached out online and received an appointment very quickly. I was very impressed with there professionalism and technology in the office. Everyone I met was very nice. I go back in two weeks to address my issues. Anyone looking for a new dentist should definitely check them out.

Had a crown done here. Had to put down a deposit (not claimable with benefits) and sit on a huge bill for weeks after my first visit.
The work was done, but the dentist never checked the fit of the new crown with my night guard. The crown always seemed a bit high and the fit was never comfortable. Within days the tooth shifted, which led to pain/discomfort and made it impossible to keep clean.
Went back to the dentist to have him check this problem and was charged for the visit (as an emergency exam? ! And paid the cost of the x-rays!?). My visit took all of 15 minutes (to confirm the tooth, had in fact, moved because of pressure related to my mouth guard and how it fit with the crown.which they never checked), and left with a nice bill for my trouble.
Just to be clear, the only reason I had to visit the dentist was because the crown they installed immediately shifted because they didn't do their due diligence in checking the fit (either in my mouth or with my mouth guard)
I was then expected to go back for additional reconstructive work, to correct the issue (which I would have also been billed for? !).

Also, they have no direct billing and had issues with them incorrectly submitting info to my insurance company (led to extended delay in reimbursement).

If you're going here, expect to leave with large out of pocket bills, challenges getting your insurance to pay out, and the expectation that you will be responsible to pay for any follow up work you need if they don't do a good job the first time around.

What an amazing experience from beginning to end. I was so nervous I had a pain in my back that immediately went away after my appointment. I was very relaxed and comfortable. The office is a very friendly warm environment. Thank you for making my experience great! See you at my next visit

I can't say enough about Cottage Country Dental. My dentist retired few years back, so I was looking to find a Dentist that understands my anxiety. My experience with Cottage Country Dental started out with huge smiles from welcoming staff, everyone took time to listen.my dental hygienist Danielle is awesome! She is so caring and gentle and always makes me feel comfortable! Every staff member is very efficient and caring. Everyone at Cottage Country is so friendly and professional. Had the most thorough checkup ever and a tooth fixed that has been bothering me for years.

I had a great first visit here! Clean space and welcoming staff! Dr. Mirzakhalili is very friendly and approachable, and Bailey, the hygienist, was nice to chat with too!

I identified having severe anxiety about the dentist (taking a 14 year gap between appointments) and both dentists did absolutely everything to make me more comfortable,
I got my wisdom teeth out yesterday and feel like a million bucks because so much effort was put into making sure they came painless-ly out!

10/10 recommend! Especially if you “hate” the dentist

The dental hygienists here are so gentle while still being thorough! The team all around from the front desk to the dentist are so kind and knowledgeable. Happy to have found them here in Bracebridge!

The dental care I experienced at Cottage Country Dental is second to none. My children and I all had great appointments. The receptionist was friendly and patient with my little ones, and the hygienists were gentle and put everyone at ease. Dr. Pagah answered all of my questions thoroughly and made me feel very comfortable. I am glad I chose Cottage Country Dental for my family's dental care.

The staff at Cottage Country Dental are great! From the front staff, hygienists and dentists they are friendly and professional, taking the time to listen to your concerns and explain procedures. I would highly recommend them!

I've been a patient here since 2019 and since I've been in the seat at least 5 times and amazing staff and office! The hygienists and Dentist are second to none! I've had perfect experiences each and every visit! Very nice people and nice equipment!

Direct billing to insurance and they handle everything!

I had my first visit at Cottage Country Dental today. I had an emergency witb a broken tooth. I have extreme anxiety about and at the dentist and the staff didn't make me feel bad about it at all. They were patient, compassionate and kind. The dentist explained my options and she respected my decision. I have to go back for a procedure in a few weeks and I'm sure I'm in good hands.

Courteous, compassionate, knowledgeable and above all very, very professional. A fantastic experience dealing with great people doing great work.

I would definately recommend this office. All work from scans, impressions, implants done in one office.not scattered all over Muskoka as I was directed in another dental office.
I checked in for a for a dental implant. I'm am very nervous patient. From the minute I stepped in the office I felt like I was visiting friends. The receptionist, Krista (?) I hope that's her name, was super friendly and efficient.
Kelly, Dr. Dehghani's assistant is truly amazing. Very friendly and clearly outlined the procedure beforehand. She constantly checked that I was okay during the process.
Dr. Dehghani himself is very efficient, thorough and friendly. Left me with instructions not to hesitate to call if there were any issues, and his office checked in with me the day after to make sure all was okay.

The staff at Cottage Country Dental is so amazing!
They take the time to explain what they are doing, and why. They give you all the options and knowledge you need when making major decisions.
The hygenists are gentle during cleanings (huge plus!) - I've been other places where I leave feeling sore and uncomfortable.
Definitely won't be switching dentists any time soon!

As a semi retired person without dental benefits, a visit to any dentist is very scary. I had a previously root canal and crowned tooth break off flush with my gums rending the tooth irreparable. I went to Cottage Country Dental for thorough inspection and analysis of my existing dental structure. I was told the balance of my teeth were in good shape (no unnecessary upselling) but the broken one would need to be removed and a bone preservation procedure completed in preparation for an implant. I received the quote, which really was no worse than any other dentist but still, I was "sticker shocked". After a thinking about my predicament I contacted CC Dental to ask about options. I found out I could have the tooth extracted (which ended up being a difficult procedure as there was virtually nothing to grab onto) and the jaw bone preservation procedure done on one visit and then at a later date move to step 2 and then step 3 of the implant procedure thereby spreading out the cost over a longer period of time. Never was I made to feel like a cheapskate but rather they were very understanding of my financial situation and were more than willing to accommodate me. I'm very happy to say that procedure #1 went fine as on day two I have no pain whatsoever. The best part was that the cost for the process came in under what my understanding of the quote was which is always a welcome surprise. Just had my teeth cleaned by April using the (new to me) ultra sonic plaque remover. Far better than the manual procedure and in half the time. April was great, explained everything about the procedure in general, many things I was unaware of. Very professional, indicating everything she was about to do before she did it. I highly recommend her. My wife has had work done by Dr. Danyal Dehghani. Very pleased with the whole office.

Covid conscious. Very friendly and on time. Always have a few laughs, dentist has a good sense of humor.

I selected this Dentist based on their Website. I was not disappointed. They were very professional, welcoming, gentle and kind. I especially liked their attention to time. I was a new patient so it was necessary to do all the work to identify and diagnose issues at once but they still managed to finish most of the cleaning in the allotted time. I highly recommend this Dentist and his staff.

Circumstance caused me to go to a new dentist. I ended up requiring an implant which I was not eager to have. If I need another, for sure I will try to seek out Dr. Danyal. He and his associates do great work and they are the nicest of people to entrust with your health

The team at CC have been looking after our family for a number of years. Always a pleasure to come to a place where they know you and greet you by name and make you feel welcome. They are always on time with appointments, the facility is clean and inviting and the care and attention to detail is appreciated. I especially like the covers over the lights as its so much easier on the eyes.
They truly care about helping us with our dental health with both treatment and advice. We have had care from Dr. Dan and many of the staff over the years and it doesn't get any better than this. Would give 6 stars if I could.
