In early April 2022, after a few discussions with owner James Train regarding my Club's needs, his pricing came in significantly lower than any competitor and even lower than what I could have bought the lumber, hardware and floats to build the docks myself, never mind the cost of my labour.
Even at the height of the supply chain crisis, as promised, five weeks after placing my order, James notified me that the docks were ready for pick up the following week.
Rather than dealing with a customs broker, inflated trucking costs due to fuel, logistics, and shipping delays, I drove up to Canada to trailer the sections back.
The Cottage Docks crew loaded me up in less than an hour, and I was back on the road, and less than 24 hours later I was dropping the docks off at our Club.
The quality, fit and finish exceeded both my and our members expectations! What a great company and group of professionals. I will definitely do business with this company again as we look to add a few more sections in the coming years.

Tyler and his team delivered a beautiful finished product to us in the Bruce Peninsula. He was very patient and accommodating as we flipflopped on what we actually wanted and he and his crew delivered with a beautiful dock, on time and for less than he originally quoted. A real pleasure to work with.

Great experience from start to finish with Jamie Paul and the crew. Friendly helpful and great value for money. They turned my dock around very quickly and was installed promptly and professionally. Highly recommended.
