Riley and her team at Countertops By Design did a fabulous job building our new kitchen. Riley is very professional and responsive. I always knew where I was at in the project, and their change management process is methodical and transparent. It was a delight to work with Riley and her team.

They were the most ignorant and unreliable group I’ve ever dealt with. I truly regret giving this company my time and money. All of their office staff, more so the management were all stuck up and gave no time. I wouldn’t pay these guys to give my dog a bath. Despicable

Our only stress was in making the commitment to purchase! Not once did anyone fail to answer the gazillion questions we had; not once did did anyone fail to smile and welcome us as we came back time and time again. Installation was 2 weeks earlier than estimated. The professional installers were in and out in just over 2 1/2 hours - we went from Drab to Fab in half an afternoon! The Quartz countertops and island are beautiful. We will love them for years to come. We will certainly use CBD again and will definitely recommend family and friends to the Best in the Business! We had a new quartz countertop installed by Countertops by Design recently. The staff were professional and did a great job. This is our first stone countertop and the staff make sure I had the necessary information about cleaning and caring for it. The result is beautiful. We are thrilled. Installers scratch floor, not even an apology, company proprietor, the owner! Came out, looked at it discussed it, HE STOOD IN MY HOUSE, TO MY FACE. NEVER EVEN TRIED TO CONTACT, EXPLAIN, OR EVEN SAY I CHANGED MY MIND I WILL DO NOTHING, over 6 months later I am still waiting, dealing with improperly installed cabinets, loose screws, cabinets separating at the ceiling, ordered spice racks and got the wrong ones, promised to be corrected, never happened, sent emails, no response, etc.etc.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER,
WOULD NEVER, EVER, RECOMMEND!

MY RECOMMENDATION IS AFTER INSTALLATION. DO NOT PAY ANYTHING ELSE TILL TOTALLY COMPLETED!

Counter Tops by Design was fabulous. After shopping around I was feeling very disheartened about finding myself a counter top that was in my budget. I went to the showroom and was pleasantly surprised to find kind, knowledgeable, and professional support. They answered all of our questions and to my surprise was cheaper than other places that I had priced. They were very responsive through email and were great at communicating deadlines and options for add ons. The installation team was awesome. They were so kind and approachable and were efficient.

My only complaint would be that there is unfinished plywood under the counter top. I would have preferred that there was a finished surface under the counter top, as I can see it from my front door.

A great company to work with. Very pleasant and helpful. Great job installing. I would highly recommend them.

Had the worst possible experience. Multiple calls to follow-up before getting a quote. Same hassles to get it installed. Job wasn't satisfactory when eventually done. Had to call again to fix to an acceptable level.
