Amazing place. So many services and all are situated in a beautiful country setting. Staff are friendly and accommodating.

Excellent service staff are kind, courteous, and very efficient. The kennel and store front is kept extremely clean, and they offer so many extras for your dog’s stay, eg, Boarding, extra play time/walks, grooming, separate play time from other dogs if your dog doesn't get along with other dogs or are just a bit scared, training the list goes on and on.
My dogs haven't had pleasant kennel experiences in the past. However, after they stayed here, I noticed a HUGE difference they definitely enjoyed this kennel, and from now on, I will be boarding them here whenever needed and recommending it to anyone seeking it!

Extremely disappointed with our stay.
When dropping my dogs off the front staff was not friendly. I heard one of the staff yelling at the dogs in the back. Didn’t smile once during our conversation.
There were no updates / pictures of my dogs. I emailed to get an update and they said my one dog was stressed but then no follow up email.
I then went to pick my dogs up and they didn’t give me back my dog beds. When I asked for them they told me they didn’t give them to my dogs.
And on top of this they ask you to tip on the entire stay when they deserve no
Tip. Do not book your dogs in here. I have also heard other stories and a lot of people experiencing same thing. Very disappointed

Very professional, friendly and clean. I take my dog Mylo for puppy training courses, we’ve learned a lot of good things so far, and will continue to go and learn best practices for myself and my pup. Our trainer is very thorough in his technique and quick to correct you when he notices something is off or ready to give helpful advice.

Very very unfriendly staff. I arrived & both of my dogs were dragged away and their leash was pulled and one yelped in pain. Two senior dogs and they came home very nervous and skiddish, makes me concerned for how they were treated while there.

We've sent our dog here for the day many times and he absolutely loves going. He's always tuckered out at the end of the day.:) Friendly staff and reasonable prices.

I bring my two year old lab mix to this kennel regularly. They are easy to book with, usually have space, and the handlers and staff are so lovely. He always gets a walk and play time and comes home happy and healthy

I will never use this kennel again for both of my dogs. The staff is very rude and can not read a certificate of vaccination.

I have used a few different kennels before and this is by far my favourite! Great staff and proper system that benefits the doggos and sends them home happy. I will always bring my Girl Rose here. She loves Tara and loved getting walks and swims while she stayed. 10/10!

Brought my dog here a few times and every time i brought him he would come home extremely dehydrated and smelling of urine. The blankets I would send with him were also always covered in urine and that's unusual for my dog. He was always hesitant to go in, and looked terrified coming out. My dog and my money have gone elsewhere and he loves it there, never hesitates to enter the building, and NEVER comes home smelling like urine or dehydrated. I would never recommend this place. The staff team is also extremely rude when asking about the care provided to my dog, and the extras i paid for that were never done. Tara the manager is horrific to deal with.

Terrible customer service. I called 5+ times during the hours listed on the website to speak with someone about setting up grooming for my puppy (who I had indicated had never been to a groomer before), and never got through. Left a message and no one called back. I sent a message through the website requesting more information about grooming services, that it was puppy’s first time, and noted I’d been calling without success, and I was told to call in and speak to the groomer. When I called no one answered. After some back and forth through email, I was able to speak with Tara, who was incredibly rude and slammed the phone down while I was speaking to go get the groomer. I didn’t catch the groomer’s name, but she was also fairly unpleasant to speak with. Getting information about the services offered and her hours was like pulling teeth. Once we started to discuss booking, she asked if I’d ever been there before - which I had already made clear I hadn’t. Then I was told before I could even book I would need to set up a profile via email. Why this wasn’t brought up in the many communications beforehand, I don’t know. Tara could have easily advised me to start this process in the emails sent previously. At that point I was beyond frustrated - this process should not be this difficult. Your staff do a great job of deterring clients from bringing their business to you and making people uncomfortable to leave their pets. If you’re willing to treat a prospective new client like that, how will you treat my dog? I will be finding somewhere else to take my puppy as this entire experience has been unacceptable.

We’ve taken our dog buddy to this kennel so many times and the staff have done an amazing job caring for our dog while we’re gone, Tara and Emma two of the employees here have always made sure our experience was great. The staff have always made it so welcoming when we come in to drop buddy off. We have used lots of the things country club for pets has to offer and buddy definitely enjoyed them to say the least. Definitely recommend you take your dog here. Buddy loved his stay.

Terrible experience with our golden doodle. We use to be regular doggie day care but after multiple issues we stopped. *** only to find out multiple people at the dog park we regularly visited also had big issues.
We also bordered him there. The first time - he was fed 1/4 of what he was suppose to get. Apparently they had noted amount he should have gotten as a puppy. No one called me or asked questions. The kicker was I gave them (4x Tupperware containers 2 each day which were labeled) and they still only gave him 1 Tupperware container of food for 3 days. They gave me a free “bath” as compensation. Really you didn’t feed my dog properly and no one thought to call me if they had questions. Unfortunately, our pup has issues in group settings now. It’s definitely from this place.
Avoid this place at all costs.

Oh my god my dog bailey loves country club for pets! She’s always so excited to go and they always post such cute pictures of her in funny outfits on their Facebook. They take her for swims and she’s always sad to go home. The one worker Gabby made my experience top tier

I would not recommend this kennel to ANYONE! Please I know last minute boarding is hard to find but please look elsewhere. We were gone for 4.5 days and we truly wanted to trust this place to board my puppy and my girlfriends parents dog. But when picking them up we had so many issues. Not only did my puppy look traumatized, dehydrated, and smelt like complete urine but so did all of her belongings. She wanted to get out of the place so quickly you could tell she was afraid. But the biggest issue was that my girlfriends parents dog has diabetes, he needs to receive 2 doses of insulin a day. We sent 3 extra needles then what was needed and we received 6 back. Which means they missed 3 doses of his insulin. This is absolutely not okay and could’ve resulted in our dog being dead when picking him up (he has a high dose of insulin meaning his diabetes are severe and has almost passed from it before) we insured the kennel had all information about his diabetes, food, needles & insulin and did again when dropping him off. The only excuse they could give us was that the supervisors make sure all medications are signed off for and given each night, but that doesn’t prove it was given when we received over the amount of needles that we were suppose to. Please I beg of you find somewhere else to go as this is definitely not a kennel that cares for your animal. The dogs are only let out a certain amount of time per day and are left in the kennel for the remaining which explains the harsh smell of urine. If you love your dog like any other dog parent you wouldn’t send them here. It isn’t worth the stress, anxiety, and trauma left of your furry friend.

This place is clean, and the staff are courteous and friendly. They have my dogs best interests at heart and take great care of them. My dogs are happy when they show up and happy when they leave. Highly recommend!

I LOVE COUNTRY CLUBS FOR PETS. The staff are amazing! My dog loved her stay there and can’t wait to get back!

While this kennel does its job (boards your furry friend for the duration needed), there is definitely something wrong. Every time we pick up our dog, even after just one night of boarding, he is HIGHLY stressed. Tongue fully out, panting, breathing heavy, reactive to anything (whereas usually he is not), and anxious. When you park your car you can hear nonstop barking and crying from the dogs. Some dogs even jump up at the wooden fences to be let out of the fenced yard. The attendants say that our dog is just "spunky" but we know our dog as any dog parent should. This kennel is a high stress environment. We have found a wonderful kennel elsewhere, that offers boarding, a Kong treat and playtime for the same price as boarding our dog here for 1 night. Our dog is ecstatic to go to the other kennel. When we go to this kennel, our dog tries to hide in the car and pulls to get away from the kennel entrance. We will only use this kennel as a last resort.

Country Club has been a godsend to us especially during the pandemic, but for many years before then. We've had nothing but excellent care for our dogs since they were wee pups. We've done puppy socialization, doggie daycare, boarding and basic training with two dogs: they love it and we feel 100% comfortable knowing our dogs are well cared for. It's been a pleasure to support a local business, especially one where the management and staff are so conscientious and friendly, no matter what they have to deal with!

Our experiences at Country Club have always been lovely as far as our dogs have been. What needs to change is the constant and regular attitude of one of your regular staff, Tara. She is condescending, rude, and demeaning (to clients AND to your other staff). It's off putting and a rather sour and poor face to have as the first thing your customers get to experience walking through the doors every single day. While many of your staff have regular smiles and welcoming gentle personalities, Tara throws the energy off dramatically (and wears it proudly!). Perhaps she should rethink her choice of careers if customer service and people skills aren't her thing. Otherwise, pups come home happy and always excited to go back. If you could address Tara's regular bad attitude, I'd give you 5 stars!

My first time using Country Club for pets for boarding, although I have boarded my dog before and she usually is so happy and tired when coming home. Picked up my dog from here and she had dried blood on her head and neck. I understand this could have happened for a number of reasons but the staff did not even mention anything about this to me during the pickup. Makes me question how much time and care is really spent with the dogs that are boarded here as they didn't appear to notice or mention it. I did not even have the chance to ask anything about her stay as the workers were answering the phone constantly while I was trying to pick up my dog and pay. Additionally, I always have a water bowl in my car for after our hikes and once I picked her up she was begging for water and drank multiple water bottles full of water on the drive home which made me feel as if she did not have access to an appropriate amount of water during her stay. Overall, I'm very disappointed in the quality of care during her stay and will not be returning.

Very accomodating staff! Nice people nice place for your pets! Reasonable price! Surely coming back!

If you want your dog to get kennel cough, this is the place to go!
If you also want to be told that it’s your own fault. Then you really found the right place! You pay someone to look after your dog and trust you’ll get it back in the same condition you dropped him off, and you get a sick dog back. And the establishment blames you for it.
I’m sure I’ll get a nice happy response from the owner on this review, and then they’ll proceed to belittle me in the most condescending way over the phone. Again.
If you get someone’s dog sick, who trusts you and pays you to take care of their dog, take responsibility and fix the problem. What kind of business is this.

We boarded here a couple of weeks ago as our regular facility was booked fully and it was a last minute urgent matter we needed to attend to.
So here's the thing. We had a pretty good experience with pick up/drop off and my two dogs seemed to have fun but we didn't know Kennel Cough is spreading rapidly and we wish that we had had a heads up that it was. We aren't dog park dogs, nor have we seen other dogs in ages but my two dogs came home with kennel cough and while it's definitely a possibility with boarding we wish that they had at least warned us because we had no idea it was rampant in our community right now.

Definitely frustrating because now my poor guys aren't feeling the best and we just wish they had given us a heads up and I would've tried to make other arrangements had we been informed. I'm sure we aren't the only Kennel Cough case from here right now.

I hope all dogs are safe and this facility manages the cases they're seeing through there because it's really stressful to see any dog go through this.

This place has gone down hill. We have taken our dog here for boarding for years and it was always a pleasant experience. The last time we boarded our dog here a few years ago he had injured his face really bad trying to get out of the cage. This is not the kennel's fault but when we picked up our dog, they acted like it had just happened and they were just noticing it for the first time. His nose was all scabbed up so it did NOT just happen and had been that way for at least a day or so. I wasn't happy about it but thought I'd give them another chance. We took our dog back to the kennel to get groomed last week. The girl at the front was terrible. She was rude, dismissive and unfriendly. I had to make the groomer aware of a couple of changes so that he understood to take care in certain areas and the girl at the front did not even want to allow me to finish before she tried turning away from me to take my dog into the back. I had to stop her a few times in order to finish my sentence. The groomer also did a poor job. I know it's not the easiest job but when you pay money to have your dog groomed, you expect it to be done right. My dog still has giant fluff balls coming out of his coat and he wasn't nearly as clean as when we've taken him to other groomers recently. Will NOT be back!

Highly recommended for board and train. My stubborn pup went for some training on manners, and to board him while we sold our house, and he came back a much calmer dog with excellent lease manners and more attentive. We have only had him back for 2 days and we are thoroughly impressed. The one on one sessions were also super informative. Do they train the dog or do they train the owners? Lol

The absolute best place for our dog! The staff are helpful and very considerate of our pet's needs. We recommend Country Club very highly and in fact, have recommended them to our friends who now take their pets there for doggy day care, grooming and boarding. Way to go!

My husband and I have been taking our dog Cooper there for 2+ years now, and we absolutely love it. The staff are very friendly and you can tell they love every dog that comes in. When Cooper comes home from daycare he is exhausted. We have also boarded Cooper there when we are away on vacations. I love when I walk in, I don't even have to say my dog's name because we are greeted with "Hey Cooper! Are you ready to play? " There is no one else we would trust our dog with. I love that I am able to book Cooper in for daycare or overnight online and I always get a response in a timely manner.

I have been taking my dog here for grooming for over a year and have always been extremely happy with the results! Tony always does an incredible job and I still can't believe he is able to make my dog cooperate during grooming. I cannot recommend their services enough!

Just got Abby back from Tony the groomer at CCFP and she looks great. I was a little worried since it was her first full grooming experience but everything seems fine. Thanks Tony.

Took a dog from a friend who was trained here. Traumatized the dog and he had to go for behavioural training. Putting a prong collar on a dog and lifting him up by the leash until he obeys you is not how you train a dog. Too bad because a sweet loving dog got a bad start and caused behavioural issues.

One of the girls at the reception I met this morning has the worst customer service attitude I've ever received in my whole life. If she were the owner, I don't recommend this business to anybody.

Excellent facility and great team! We are very glad that we got a recommendation to visit them and will be continuing with classes for our pup.

I was so scared to leave my two babies for the first time. But when I arrived, you guys made me feel so comfortable. When I seen your beautiful establishment and got the pleasure to meet your wonderful staff - I knew that my girls were in good hands. My girls are super jumpy and nervous (They have never been away from me) and can sometimes be barky towards other dogs - and I was worried about how they would behave. When they came back, it was like I had two completely different dogs. They seemed rejuvenated and happier than ever! My one pup has been so well-behaved since picking her up (She was the most jumpy out of the two). I cannot thank you enough for giving my dogs such a wonderful experience. I can see it in their personalities that they enjoyed themselves. I cannot express my gratitude enough. These are my fur babies and I love them sooooo much and to see them so happy made me overjoyed. You all are amazing and I absolutely would refer you guys to ANY pet owner. Thank you, my girls are so happy and refreshed and I couldn't ask for anything more <3 You guys are amazing. Thank you So much. We will be back!

Sarge was a rescue from Texas who was extremely scared of the world. After a month of daycare twice a week he now is excited to walk in their door. The girls are super patient with him and don't push him to do anything he's not ready to do. I would recommend this place to anyone!

The boarding facilities are not as nice as they once were. Everything was satisfactory at best.

ETA - My original review was posted within 24 hours of collecting my dogs following an 18 day stay. Now that 3 weeks have passed, the dogs have had a chance to de-stress from being in a kennel, and my opinion is more informed. Prior to boarding, both dogs were groomed (by our regular professional) and were given compete physical examinations by our Vet, each being in excellent condition. A visit to the Vet is now required as they are both suffering from various maladies. It seems as if they had very little human contact during their stay, and were merely warehoused. Heartbreaking, as that's not how this facility started.

Friendly staff! My 5 weeks old Lab enjoyed staying here. Just picked her up and she is super calm after reaching home. This only happens when she gets a lot of play time and exercise

Upon reading their sites services, I was actually impressed by the services they had. Eager to learn more, I sent an email saying that their "board and training" program seemed good but a little vague so I wanted to have some more information. They did respond very quickly, but didn't really give me much more information. We decided to call them to get more where unfortunately their customer service fell extremely short. We asked what more information they could give us, where the woman on the line repeated the exact same thing and was very short with us. When asking if we could talk to the trainer, she told us it wouldn't be possible. I decided to try one more time and email and see if a different representative of the company could give me a better answer. They once again referred us to the site.

Bringing your animal to any facilty, you should be able to learn more information about what your animal will be doing during their stay. Also to note what sort of training techniques will be used towards your animals.

Highly unacceptable customer service, and I'll definitely be looking elsewhere.

This place and their staff are awesome! I've been taking my pup to their Saturday Social class for a couple months now, and have also on occasion used their Dog Daycare service. Both are totally awesome! I know my dog is well taken care of when she gets insanely excited every time I pull in the parking lot, even more so than the dog park! Looking forward to trying their obedience classes in the fall as well! Facility seems very organized, and clean! I highly recommend bringing your dogs & pups to this place!
