Country Paws Boarding

My dog absolutely loves this place. The staff all remember her by name, and go above and beyond to make sure the dogs have their needs met. The grooming on-site is super convenient too, and they are also flexible with scheduling on short notice.

The best review I could give is from the dog herself - just asking her "want to go to Country Paws? " sets off a burst of excitement. She cries with excitement when I pull up to the car park there, and practically runs inside.

They are great. Always good with our baby. She has become more interactive and energetic since she started spending time here. Think she loves the people who work there and they obviously treat her great!

My dog is using boarding since he was 6 months old and absolutely love going there and always look forward to his visits. The staff are wonderful, knowledgeable and always accommodating. They take good care of the pets and their needs. The place is huge and our dogs are grouped while playing. Plenty of play time for them. The facility is clean including play area and pool. Close proximity to highway hence very convenient to board our pets. Will highly recommend this place to people who want to board their pets in a clean, safe place and enjoy their vacations stress free.

I've been taking my dog for about 3 years and he absolutely loves it! He can be a bit of a handful but the staff have always been great with him. I know when dropping Louie off I have nothing to worry about and he will have a fun filled day. Thank you everyone!

This was the first time away from her (extended) family. We were very worried how she’d do, but the staff were very reassuring to our dog. When I came to pick her up, she didn’t want to go.

I take Bella here all of the time and she absolutely LOVES it! The staff are incredible and I can always drop my girl off knowing that she is in great hands. I highly recommend Country Paws

This facility is not what it used to be. I am very disappointed with the customer service I have received here and I am completely dissatisfied with how reckless they have been lately. I have stopped taking my dog as she had been getting sick too often from this kennel. I had a long email chain with some of the employees, expressing my concern for the health of all animals there. This started when I went to drop off my dog at daycare and inside there was a sign on their desk that said some of their pets had been feeling unwell and that something was going around. I was very upset as I did not want to risk the health of either of my dogs, especially considering I had a dog at home that would have been more vulnerable to illness. It was 7: 00 am and I was nowhere near my home and halfway to work. I had no option but to leave her. When I picked her up, she went right to the vet. She was sick.

I had asked why a mass email was not sent out to everyone warning that there were issues with illness at their facility. The email response I received was that the sickness going around was not serious enough to warrant a mass email. This was very upsetting to me so I did mention that it is not really up to them to decide that for our animals. My dog had been going there for several years and the response I got was that if their facility is not up to my standards then I should go elsewhere. I found this response very disrespectful and uncalled for.

I have never been back and do not plan to. I have read through other one-star reviews on this page and I can see how the staff have been treating people publicly. I do expect some sort of passive-aggressive comment in return denying the things I have mentioned or placing blame on me as the customer, however, there are similar themes in the comments I read. Country Paws, you are losing sight of what this kennel was all about, and it is very sad to witness.

They are amazing. Came recommended by a family member. This was the first time we used them, and I was nervous leaving my pup with anyone for the first time. They didn't disappoint. They were so good with him. I emailed regularly to check in, and they were prompt in their replies. Good prices and great staff. Thanks again. We have already booked our next visit.

Great place for your fury friends, we took our pooch on a test run since she is usually aggressive and not very social (not without a lack of trying), and she is a rescue. Apon arrival there was lots of space for parking and a good size lobby, I was surprised as the lady was able to just take the leash and lead her right back with out us which is unheard of. After we left, we were shown photos taken of Pepper playing outside and selfie with one of the people there. Picking her up was a bit more tricky as there were a few others picking there pups up at the same time so Pepper got a little grumpy but over all 5 stars for sure, will be taking her back again for another trial run before boarding her for a week while away. I definitely would recommend it, and the price was great as well as the care! Thanks guys your amazing.

I have been taking my furbaby to Country Paws since 2006. Now her home, away from home. I have peace of mind, she is with the Country Paws staff and the other fur babys and not home alone. The staff are awesome. I know my Sky is well taken care of and safe.

Amazing experience. I had a last minute need to board my dog overnight. Googled and found Country Paws. When I called, Sera was super helpful in getting me registered and booked.

Dropped off my dog that same afternoon and everything went smoothly.

Picked my dog up the next morning and he looked super happy.

I love Country Paws! My dog is very shy of humans and because of this I did not know how he would do. The amazing people at country paws have worked with Oakley and are not backing down from the challenge. We have gone from me coaxing him in- almost having to carry him, to him running to the door! Every time I walk in I’m greeted with a smile and kindness. If you want a place where you know your furry friend will be happy and well looked after this is it.
