Country Pet Resort

Very bad customer service. I felt I was asking for a favor and not paying for a service.

I have been using Country Pet Resort with my golden doodle Maggie for 11 years, and the best reference I can give is that Maggie runs right in to see Linda every time we come!
Just prior to Maggie's most recent stay, she had injured her paw and received stitches the day before she was going to the kennel, Linda made sure to clean her paw and re-bandage her every few days to ensure it healed properly - it is great knowing that we have someone like Linda taking care of our dog!
I have also recommended Country Pet Resort to friends who have all been impressed (see Unrau's reviews as well), keep up the good work!

Kodi has stayed with Linda and luc at Country Pet Resort when we have been on vacation or when we are away all day for over 7 years. We know he enjoys his stay each time as he is quick to go into the kennel when we arrive and he is very tired from running around with all the other dogs when we pick him up.
We like the clean kennels and the large outdoor and indoor arenas. The indoor arena is especially good when the weather is cold or if it raining.
When we have had family emergencies, Linda has always stepped up to make room for Kodi and picking Kodi up from our home.
Linda also offers washing and grooming services which allows us to take a clean dog home.
We have peace of mind that when we leave Kodi at Country Pet Resort.

My Goldendoodle Chewie loves the country pet resort. She came home exhausted from all of the play time! Highly recommend this place. Chewie is definitely looking forward to going back!

We have been bringing our chow chow dog to Country Pet Resort for a couple of years now and very happy with the personalized service we get from Linda as chows are very finicky about their food and people and Linda is not afraid to care for our baby. Thank you for doing a great job!
