Other than not wearing gloves when making sandwiches, it ignores allergies and is a risk, it was a great experience

A great alternative to THD in a small town. Typical coffee shop with typical breakfast sandwiches. I like their donuts way better than Tim's!
They have a drive-through, but I have never used it.

My gf and I stopped in on our way thru eganville. We were treated horribly. Woman at the cash didn't even acknowledge us as we stood there for about 5 min. Then another employee came in from her smoke break and proceeded to make orders before even washing her hands.
We left and will never return
Time to hire some new staff who treat the customer with respect
Side note - As soon as we walked in the store stunk like really bad B. O.

Edit- filled out online complaint form like I was asked but was never followed up by anyone at headquarters.just avoid this place because nothing will change.

The older lady is nasty, I thought her clear signs of aggression were my imagination at first because there was no reason for that amount of attitude from someone I've just met, I was told this is normal coming from her. Every order something is off like one piece of ham on a hole sandwich or a toasted sandwich and it comes back not toasted. I feel bad for employees around her. The food tastes so good it's unfortunate that her service is so nasty it leaves a bad taste in your mouth.

I ordered eggs and muffin and coffee total came up to $6.97 even dough there's a special says $3 server could not find on her computer, I got ripped of $2 I never buy anything from this store again
