County Dental Care - Dr Rami

Our dentist of many years retired just before our move to Picton. The first dentist we tried did not give us the good feel of our prior dentist. We recently changed over to County Dental Care after a recommendation from our neighbour and just finished our first visits.it looks like we found the dentist and group we need and want! They are very professional, friendly and caring. They worked with us to create a plan that is best for us! We are very thankful to find them.

Honestly, I've been to many dental offices and I have to say that the entire team at County Dental Care has made my experience the best i've ever had. They have been supportive, super kind and honest. Rami, Caroline, and Janet have been especially super awesome and patient. I can't remember the last time I actually looked forward to going to my appointments. Thank you, thank you ever soo much for all that you are doing for me. Very Grateful!

Enjoyed my first teeth cleaning by Adam the dental hygienist who was personable and skillful and made me feel comfortable.

Though the cleaning was more expensive than expected, it was worth it simply because of the results.

Have gone to County Dental for many years and have always had a great experience! Their front desk is always super responsive and helpful also. Highly recommend if you're looking for a dentist in Picton / Prince Edward County.

This was by far the best dental experience I've ever had! Staff was polite, warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They guided me throughout the whole process and were very kind and respectful. I felt like they tailored their services to my needs. I especially appreciated Dr. Majid's work. I used to be very scared of dental offices and I had had many awful experiences in the past with dentists who were rude and whose work did not match what I had paid. Dr. Majid took my anxiety away. He was very down to earth, friendly yet very professional. He listened to me carefully and explained everything he was going to do. I am a difficult patient, but he proved to be an excellent professional. In short, I would recommend Dr. Majid and his clinic to anyone who's looking for a very skilled and caring dentist. Thank you Dr. Majid for helping me smile again! You cannot imagine how much you've changed my life for the better.

Always had such a lovely experience seeing Dr. Rami and then randomly they started contacting me saying I all of a sudden owed them more money out of nowhere. I’ve talked to many other people with the same experience. Something isn’t right with their billing and records and they even refunded me once because they over charged me. They’ll say I owe them xxx then I put up a stink and they reevaluate and then ohhh it’s actually not that much. Have never dealt with any such scenario at any other office. Beware

Excellent, professional and clean! Dr Rami is our family dentist that we have been going to for several years now. I would recommend him for all our family and friends.

Don’t go to Dr Rami, unless you want the most friendly, relaxing and thorough dental experience. I had to switch from my beloved dentist in Toronto because the back and forth was inconvenient, a friend recommended Dr Rami. I was so nervous, I’ve had such bad experiences with dentists and my TO dentist was a gem, but I have never been more satisfied. All the staff are wonderful. Dr Rami always explains and discusses any issues you may be having and makes a plan of action and never does anything that isn’t necessary. I also appreciate that if I have had a problem he always makes time in his schedule to see me and solve my issue. If your looking for a top notch dentist in the County, with an amazing team, I couldn’t recommend him more. I Love My Dentist

Dr Rami is kind and deeply trustworthy. I switched to County Dental after I saw what a fantastic job he did with two of my young children. This is the most (only?) positive dental experience I've ever had. Thank you to the whole team.especially Nancy who had to deal with my gagging during xrays.

What a pleasure to find a dentist with gentle hands. Dr. Rami and his staff make my visits a much more positive experience than I was used to.

The experience was painless from start to finish. Dr. Rami was fun and personable. He was also very accommodating of my emergency situation, and provided the most economical option. All in all I would highly recommend.

I can't help but share my experience with all of you, Dr. Rami helped me with what's called a hot tooth, the discomfort was keeping me up all night and he managed to get me in for an emergency exam (Thank you Caroline!), he took X-rays and put me on an antibiotic.he suggested taking the tooth out as it was too far gone, and BEST OF ALL it was PAINLESS, absolutely PAINLESS! AND HEALED UP AMAZINGLY.

Do yourselves a favor, if you live in the bay of quinte area, honestly look no further, I hope he's my dentist for life.

Dr. Rami is as thorough as they come when it comes to recommending treatment, he's never pushy either and always has your comfort and the ideal treatment recommendation as his foremost concern, I'd trust him with all my dental needs. His sister Caroline is also awesome.

By far the best dentist in Eastern Ontario and it's not even close.

Had a 3 hrs long appointment yesterday with Dr Rami for some cosmetic work I had planned. There was no wait time but it turns out that what I really wanted, which I haven't made completely clear, would take a lot longer to complete. Fortunately he was extremely accommodating and continued the process even after the clinic closed and rest of the staff (which btw are very friendly and welcoming) went home for the long weekend. Not once did I feel like he was rushing. He took his time and did an amazing job with my composite veneers. I am very happy with my smile now and would most certainly recommend. I have 2 implants coming up that I can definitely trust him with. Thank you!

Dr. Rami is amazing! I went in to see him for help with smile. My teeth had shifted after I had braces years ago and I was not happy with how uneven and crooked they looked. Dr. Rami worked wonders! He took such great care of me. He listened to what I wanted every step of the way and was able give me back my smile! He was so gentle and patient with me. I can’t thank him enough!
Also, got a cleaning with Caroline while I was there.she did a great job!

In my 67 years – and without a doubt – I can easily say Dr. Rami is the best dentist I’ve ever been to. I just had a tooth pulled and didn’t feel a thing. We also had a pleasant chat about music while I was in the chair.
They took care of my personal emergency, therefore, I strongly recommend Dr. Rami and his top-notch, friendly staff to look after you, too.

I am pleasantly surprised being a patient of Dr Rami. His skills are top notch and his dental chair manner is refreshing and very different from what I experienced in other offices. If you are looking to have a proper treatment (it was almost pain free in my case) for your dental needs without being overcharged and drilled for non-existent cavities (!), I recommend giving this dentist a call.

I would highly recommend this place. Staff are so friendly and very caring. The dentist, Rami is extremely patient, knowledgable and trustworthy! I had a great experience and happy to say I've discovered my new dentist!
