I was not ever a fan of getting help from a counsellor but issues between me and my spouse were exploding and it did not leave us any other way. We had a great experience with Damian, he is calm and tell you his own experience with his guidelines and principles, and makes it simpler for others to digest and put them into action. I like many others have my own set of guidelines in communication with others including my spouse and honestly I have not found that they are incorrect or even they are that different with what Damian brought to the table, but Damian is formulating his guideline and make you repeat them to yourself so you become more capable of following them regardless of your daily mood and environment. Also, he helped us a lot to see the difference in our characters and that made us more understating of each others behavior. Again we knew these differences to some extent but Damian made us to more clearly acknowledge the differences. Overall, I believe we are in a way better place than we were a few months ago and if you are looking for a marriage counselor I recommend you put Damian at the top of your list.

Damian is truly the best Couples Counsellor in Toronto. He uses tools to really understand what is going on in your relationship, and has pioneered a method to resolve issues that is unbelievably effective. He is a compassionate and caring person, and it shows in how he treats his clients. He has the experience, wisdom, and knowledge to be a superstar in his field. We tried 5 other couples counsellors over the years before finding him, and got nowhere. I only wish we had found Damian sooner. He has completely changed our lives and I can't recommend him enough.
