Court Animal Hospital

I have been taking my Shepherds to Court Animal Hospital for over a decade now and have never had a bad experience. Dr. Julia has retired and will be missed dearly!

The new vet Dr. Zaeem is great and very friendly. He is perfect with my dog and fixed her up like new:)

All the staff are friendly, care about what they do and it shows. They have many years experience and my dogs always look forward to the visits.

All of the team here went above and beyond when I was there with a close friend to put down her 10 year old rat terrier. They were sensitive to her pet as well as her needs.
The sensitivity, compassion, care, and professionalism shown made this very difficult time more bearable. They understand that your pet is a big part of your family.

My husband and I were there this morning, hoping for the best outcome for our dog however, the doctor and staff at this establishment were nothing but kind, humane, compassionate, and understanding. They helped us through our grief as we were surprised to know that we would not be taking our dog home today. I highly recommend this clinic to anybody who loves their pets as much as we do. This has been one of the worst days of our lives, and they made it a little easier for us. Thank you again love Jennifer and Mike.

I have never been so thankful for a vet office until this week. My own vet clinic refused to take me while I was having a medical issue with my 2 year old black lab. When I called court animal hosptial and explained my dogs symptoms, with no hesitation they asked how long until I can be there.

From that point on they met us outside and began their assessment. They treated us like family and went above and beyond for my dog. They made him comfortable and I felt like every staff member what checking on us while we were trying to figure out what was wrong with him.

I’m so thankful for the care they provided us and to get a diagnosis on my dog’s medical issues. We have transferred vet clinics to them because of this quality of care. Kojack thanks everyone who helped him!

It was the first time I met Dr. Zaeem. He is the new owner of Court Animal Hospital. I must say that he was so kind, courteous and understanding. I would highly recommend anyone with a pet emergency to go here. If you need a regular veterinarian and your pet travels well, go to Court Animal Hospital. They are very understanding and caring. The love for animals they have is incredible. A lot of them have furrbabies themselves.

I called 10 different Vets and got denied because they were booked up. I call court animal hospital and even tho they are always booked 2 weeks in advance they took my cat in right away. I can't thank them enough.

By far the best vet in Niagara. The care and attention and kindness is a huge part as to why I'm taking the time to post this

I’ve dealt with Dr. Julia and her staff for 20 years. She has been there for us through 6 different animal-family members both in times of emergencies and regular checkups. Dr. Julia and her team operate with first class knowledge and passion to a level I haven’t seen elsewhere. Her staff are miracle workers who I would gladly hire at my business any day of the week. They are kind and their communication skills are best in class. Despite the location, Court Animal Hospital is a hidden gem in StCatharines and operates to a standard of which others should follow.

Dr Julia and all the vet techs are amazing.
Their compassion was unsurpassed when I had to say goodbye to Bubba.
And their new joy and care for our new puppy Wednesday is palpable.
We receive wonderful, informed care.and I never feel like they recommend services that aren't necessary

People understand if you have a budget and are very kind about it. They suggest only what is necessary. They walk you through your pets needs if you are a first time owner. And they are a reasonable price.

Dr. Julia is afraid of dogs who are afraid. She has no idea how to engage with a fearful animal. Instead, she lectures the owner about animal psychology and the poor training of the pup but demonstrates none of the knowledge she claims we lack. Every visit there from 5 months to 15 months she told my wife & I that our doodle was a danger to people and other animals. Our dog has no trouble at the groomer, dog trainer, with people or dogs in public or private and has NEVER bitten anyone anywhere. The only enjoyment I get from this is the laughter and astonishment from people who know our dog well when I tell them what our vet says every visit. Our pup senses the fear and judgement in Dr. Julia and is of course afraid and suspicious of this clinic. I'm disappointed in myself for not understanding what my dog understood from the first visit. There are 3 techs who are very nice but several that have taken on the same attitude as Dr. Julia not surprising since she is the culture-driver in there. Dr. Julia is an adequate surgeon but that's it. Beware of the hypocritical moralizing you may encounter. We will never take our dog back there and feel badly we putting our pup in their care at all.
