The person answering the phone was so rude, unacceptable customer service, never calling them again.

Evil, they lie
Called 5 hours early to schedule a cap prior to dental appointment
Reception told me to call when ready.
I assumed that meant they had vehicles ready
I call an hour early just to be sure, I would wait at the dental waiting room for an hour just to be sure I wasnt going to be late
I told them it was for a dental appointment and couldnt be late
Reception guy said he would send someone over, that takes 15 min
After 50 min I called again and he said he was still waiting for a cab to clear
Lied just on the off chance a customer might cancel and he would have me.
When i told him I could t be late he should have said he couldnt be sure,

Great ride great service. It's a bit expensive to use a cab company but it got me to the hospital pretty darn quick and I needed to be there quick
