My father just passed away and my mom took a negative to have a print done of their wedding day. The gentleman couldn’t centre the photo properly and in his frustration, ripped up the attempts to print the photo in front of her and told her to go elsewhere. He was rude and callous and very unkind. I’m appalled at how he treated my mom, especially as she is still grieving the loss of her husband. Shame on you.
EDIT: I have gone to the trouble of editing my post after reading your ridiculous reply. I believe the appropriate response from you should have been: “I’m so sorry for your loss. Please allow us the opportunity to rectify the situation. ” Sadly, you show your lack of any business acumen when you can’t even pretend to be human. And by the way, you have many bad reviews. Many of them say that you are rude. If it quacks like a duck….

Charges for physical copies and for digital copies separately. 30 for 2 physical copies for infant is understandable.but they want 20$ more if we want both i.e, 30 for physical and 20 for digital.

A year ago, I brought my parents and two sisters to this place to take passport photos. It was a good experience and the photos were taken professionally.

I went to Courtesy Photo to have my passport photographs taken. The customer service was outstanding, the photographer was very patient as I fixed my hair and clothes. The prices are very reasonable compared to other places I looked at. I will definitely look toward to this studio in future endeavors. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to have any sort of photographs.

Photo service is good. But disappointed with the cost. Especially if you are quiet and if you don’t negotiate price upfront, they guy takes advantage

The photographer was very nice, amazing customer service. My picture came out great and he took it perfectly to the dimensions I needed it. He also showed me the picture before he printed and reviewed the requirements with me and what should be done after which I really appreciated. Prices are good also. I recommend it to anyone that needs photos for passports or legal documents.

DO NOT COME HERE! Came to take passport photos of my 2 month old and had asked ahead if they offered it and was told yes. I assumed they had experience with infants/small kids - being more patient. The photographer was extremely RUDE and obnoxious with how he directed my baby to be seated. I asked nicely to direct me properly so I can make it easier for him. But his tone was disrespectful. He also did not wear a mask around a newborn. They also charged $30 for 2 photos… I had gone to UPS on Creditview and Britannia and got it for half the price in 5 mins. Please think twice about coming here

I came here for the first time to get an old family portrait printed and framed and am really thankful to the gentleman for helping me choose the right frame and matt. He was patient and very professional and explained the diffent options in frames, glass, and matt. He suggested matts and glass options, and helped me choose the perfect frame for my photo. The print was also very good and reasonably priced and I am very happy about the fact they did some minor touchup for me at no extra charge. I definitely recommend Courtesy photo and am very happy with my how my family portrait frame turned out!

I visited courtesy photo to get pictures taken for university Alumni event. The gentleman working at the store was extremely professional and efficient. I went there on Sunday and needed pictures for Monday. He took my pictures at 1pm and the final product was delivered to me by 4: 30pm. I was very impressed how fast he delivered the final pictures. I was able to email the admin at my university. Best part is their prices are 3rd of the market rate! Very impressed with the work/efficiency and delivery. I will def recommend this place to everyone!

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE…that man was very rude…he is entertaining all customers at the same time…. There was only 2 customers but when i ask him about the email he behave like why would i ask him.he is very rude…. Definitely need to change their service

I wanted some mini-DV pal format cassettes and one V8 pal cassette digitized. Anwar was polite, well informed and sent the V8 out to another business at no extra cost. Good prices. Highly recommend.

Came here twice for my kids passport photos. First time i came here he was impatient and rude, i thought maybe he is just having a bad day. Second time I went, his attitude is the same. The only reason I went to this place was its 4 min walking distance from my home. Yesterday one of my kids passport expired so I insisted to my husband we go take a photo elsewhere, not here. Will not visit this place again.

Found the Courtesy Photo to have very friendly and helpful staff. I needed a photo for a USA online visa. I went many stores and they don’t know how to do. Then one of friend recommend Courtesy Photo I did there less than 3 minutes the guy show me the how to upload USA website it was work and quality was great I would definitely recommend this shop.

Worst customer service experience EVER. I walked up to the store, and it appeared to be closed. As I'm walking away, this guy comes running out the store, rudely shouting "WHAT DO YOU WANT? !? ! ". I just had a couple pages to print. When I made the mistake of continuing the transaction and getting my printed papers from him, I politely asked him to be kinder to his customers, and I didnt appreciate being yelled at for no reason. Instead of apologizing, he threw my cash back at me and said he "doesn't need to earn my respect", then slammed the door in my face.

This isnt my first time coming here, this guy is always extremely rude and unprofessional. I'm never coming here again. I have no idea why such a rude and inconsiderate person would dare put "Courtesy" in their business's name. I seriously believe all the 5 star reviews are fake.

Sir, If you are reading this, along with the other 1 star reviews, I sincerely suggest that you rethink your approach because your customers' word of mouth is all you have.

The photographer was very friendly and professional. Customer service was excellent, very friendly and helpful. He kept his promises and delivered fantastic pictures. He also has great expertise in photo editing. I liked his work too much. Would definitely recommend Courtesy photo-Image centre.

Best customer service by far and was so impressed with professionalism of photographer, I had a few photos that needed to be printed and he was so patient with me and extremely helpful. He was the only person working and had a lot of customers. He held his professionalism and was super nice to everyone. He made everyone feel important and valued. On top of everything the prices are very affordable. I highly recommend this place!

I have had my passport photo and PR card photo taken here at 2 separate times and the photos we great and approved for my European passport. A friend just had his Walmart and Staples photos rejected so I will recommend this place to him

Poor customer service. Yes, got the pictures in less than a minute. Great! But the picture quality is terrible. It looked like as if there was a filter that made the picture blurry. Going through the previous comments, it’s funny how the owner threatens to sue people for expressing their dissatisfaction rather than learning from it.

Bunch of rude people I will not recommend this to people who are looking for good and ethical services. These people are rude and just do what they think is best and profitable to them. I highly recommend not to visit them specially when we have far better services in staples and other stores

It is very difficult to find a professional and able photographer now a days and if you find one who offers his/her services with decent rates, it should be considered as stroke of luck. Well that is the place where you will find combo of all these qualities. I will certainly recommend this shop to me friends and family. I actually I have already done so after being excited to find them.

I have had such an amazing experience with the courtesy photo team. They are always so helpful and welcoming. Their private studio
incorporates state-of-the-art equipment into a warm and personal space. I would highly recommend them for Headshot and commercial photography.

I have been here for the 4th time as of today. Each time the owner/photographer was rude, short in tempered, and unprofessional. I put up with it because this place is quick, as there are no wait time & no long lines. The photographer is a middle aged man who has been doing this too long, does not like his job, and takes customers for granted. There is a saying in business - how you do anything is how you do everything. Even on a $15 dollars passport photo job, if the service provider even pretends to care about the customer that makes a good impression which can lead to repeat or referral business, including up-sale opportunities such as wedding photos and family photos. I will not even bother to get into the description of how the resident photographer communicates with the customers. The other reviews (not the fake ones put up by the owner) describe the same issues. It is very obvious this man has been running this shop too long, does not care about his job, does not care about min level of customer service, and does not even pretend to be a professional service provider. Each time I was there, he took at most a nano second to take a photo. He does not even pretend to take a favorable photo of you. Today when I walked in with my wife, he was rude, contemptuous, ready to over charge, and short tempered on explanation when asked about the detail of the cost for passport photos. There is not an iota of courtesy or professionalism at this photo shop. The place should be named No-Courtesy Photo. If he hates spending 5 min (for $15) on passport photos, he should simply not offer the service instead of being a jerk to his customers. And yes, the way this guy responds to customer reviews speaks volumes about how responsive and responsible he is. Instead of using the opportunity to learn and improve his business, he does the opposite by trashing honest reviews.

This is the most expensive studio in Mississauga! Should have called other photo studios before coming here. Regardless of size, they charge you $15 for every 2 photos. I had 10 photos done for $85 with tax.

I converted all these ancient tapes from russia that I couldn’t even view and he was amazing, helped me so much. I highly recommend!

We recently had our family photos taken at Courtesy Photo. We had a really good experience, the lady (can't recall her name) was very patient and professional. And most importantly very very patient with our 9 month old. Which resulted in beautiful pictures. The prints, framing and professionalism was really great. We also have had our passport photos done here as well, and because they offer quick turn around for the passport, they had to service people in between our photo selection. Which was really not a big deal, if you want to get some great photos.
