Courtyard by Marriott Niagara Falls

I notified the staff that my sofa bed was soiled and not changed from the previous customer. The housekeeping dept tried to blame me, fabricated lies, and were dishonest. Unacceptable! Housekeeping is rude, and devious. Totally ruined my kids and my stay. Management gave me free parking. Please do not stay here unless you want to cry and feel ashamed.

Room was nice. Staff robotic. Not much personality just going through the motion. Got the job done. Very disappointed when they didn't give complimentary water to platinum elite bonvoy members. Also at one point they didn't even have water to sell in the market. Nice location but a little more people friendly staff are needed.

If you are a Platinum or Titanium Elite member and you think your family gets the same service you get, like in the other marriots like Delta or Westin, don't book a room here. Breakfast vouchers are member only (which is understandable), late check out only available for members, no bottled water in the rooms, not even a kettle in the room if you need some hot water. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Awesome place to stay with family and kids. Short walk to carousel and falls. So many nearby restaurant options!

Very Nice rooms, we had a spa king, and we're pleasantly upgraded to a junior suite, the hotel is beautiful, very clean and kept nice through out, the indoor and outdoor pools and exercise room were all a hit with my partner, my only pet peeve was that I had to ask for new towels daily and they did not clean or make up the rooms daily or even every 3 days, not sure why? , Covid19 is behind us in july2023, but I guess it might still be an excuse not to enter rooms, or clean rooms, anyway I did enjoy my stay, and saved on tipping housekeeping. We also enjoyed the Keg bar and grill located in the hotel.

Beautiful hotel. It’s currently being updated and our rooms were the best we have ever stayed at. Service was great and the location is fantastic for visiting the falls.

The hotel location is fantastic at the top of clifton Hill, easy walking distance to the falls, the old casino, and lots of the Clifton Hill activities.

The walls however, are rather paper thin so by 6 or 7am all you can hear is every door slamming. Our bathroom door also didn't open or close quite right and stuck, so you had to slam it closed and practically body check it open.

Being in a room by the elevators meant listening in to everyone's conversations while they waited for the elevator. Which took a very long time to arrive as there were only 2 elevators for the entire hotel.

Being remodeled and new room are very nice. Awesome location and the staff are always very welcoming.

The Manager was super rude. They want to authorize everything in advance including parking. First for incedentals and then for parking. Can’t park overnight without paying. No water in the room. Pay $4 per bottle. Never experienced this at any Marriott

Nice looking hotel, kind staff but worst Marriott experience I’ve ever had. It took them almost a month and about 10 separate conversations to return my security deposit from the checkout date. The last straw was having to smash a cockroach on my bathroom counter in the morning. Upon early checkout the stay was refunded to the wrong account. It just goes on. It was not smooth or reassuring addressing these issues with the staff. After 3 separate stays here, I can confidently say that this is the most incompetent hotel I have ever dealt with. I stay in Marriott hotels 150+ nights a year and this was the worst customer experience I’ve had yet. Sparing even further detail, I highly recommend avoiding this hotel.

Imagine asking for a fork.the receptionist said sorry we don't have room service she said without even looking at me and continue what she were doing on the computer.

I went to the KEG (hotel restaurant) the waitress said go get it from Starbucks

It was nice but.hot tub not hot, no sauna, no breakfast buffet monday or tuesday, too many kids, but nice room, view of a forest, clean, nice shower, but sink is in other room from toilet, good and bad.

The duty mananager was rude with a terrible attitude. When he passed one of our credit card, we believed we damaged the magnetic stripe. He did not want to use the chip and he said that our credit cards did not work we do not know why. After informing that our credit cards were working correctly before,   he threatened us and said that we had to wait ouside because he had to confirm our reservation.   He knew we did not have free cancelation.   Finally, he had to accept the same credit card that I used for reservation. The hotel did not have room service. The restaurant and indoor pool were closed. Do not open the hotel if there are no service available.

In a word, 'wow! ' I had stayed at this hotel was 2012, and it was nice and well appointed then. But, now, in 2023, this newly renovated Courtyard is truly spectacular.

Fresh carpeting, new furnishings, state of the art in room technology, a really well designed bath area, and a comfortable lobby all add to the excellence of the overall experience.

An extra added treat is that, from my 7th floor room facing away from Victoria/Ferry Street, I was able to watch the fireworks at 10pm from the sofa in my room. Nice!

There's a steakhouse (The Keg) off the lobby, a Starbucks off the parking lot, and the location is just a short walk to both the Clifton Hill and Fallsview areas. Perfect in every way.

Someone said this hotel was "posh" I didn't get that vibe. It was a very good hotel though in the highest sense. Great value and greatly exceeded my expectations. Hotel room modern and spacious with refrigerator. Our room was quiet. I packed a white noise machine and didn't use it during 3 night stay. Pool was great, hot tub on but jets not working. It was fine. We walked to the falls, skylon tower, Clifton hills. Starbucks and Denny's right next door though the hotel breakfast ($55 w tip) was cheaper and better in my opinion. My hub liked Denny's ($75) better. The housekeeping was great to us and thoughtful. Overnight parking was cheaper than hotels closer to falls. We ordered a $55 steak from The Keg and are it in our room. This treat was worth the money and the hostess at the Keg was absolutely wonderful. Thank you to everyone.

This hotel provided me with everything I needed. Was very close to Clifton hill so I didn’t have to walk much. Their pool was very clean and it was fun swimming in it.

Ma note ne vas pas au service ou à l'hôtel mais plutôt au système de réservation. Aucune compréhension, compassion quand je dois annuler mon voyage pour maladie. Il me charge le plein prix d'annulation. Je comprend que je dois payer des frais mais c'est comme exagéré. Je ne crois pas aller à cette hôtel lorsque je retournerai à Niagara Falls.

This is a great location for a hotel, which includes parking. They unfortunately don’t have breakfast, but Starbucks is right next door, which is excellent! The beds are so unbelievably comfortable, and it’s overall a really nice room and hotel. The only issue I had is because it’s so close to the strip you do hear a lot, especially the cars racing in the middle of the nice. Other than that, this is a great hotel, nice and clean!

Nightshift crew was a bit creepy, entering in building starring at us if we were strangers from another planet. Anyway the lobby is huge and up the elevator to our 8th floor room. 5th floor for ice, a-bit inconvenience but our room was awesome. Big living room area, 2 queen size beds and beautiful window view. I would give it a 5 star but missing a microwave in our room was very disappointing because we had food to re heat. Almost all less expensive hotels have them but a good hotel doesn’t make sense not to have. We did have a refrigerator and the TV had Netflix. I would choose this hotel again but rather find one with a microwave first. By the way the outside pool was very green nasty looking.

It was quiet even though it was close to the waterfall.
I was upgraded to a room with jacuzzi at Marriott Gold Member, and it was spacious and comfortable.

Great location, loads of paid parking on-site. Staff are not overly welcoming and the service for the rooms is non existent. Called down for fresh towels and was given a lecture about how to reuse towels for 4 days.no thank you. I wanted our room serviced on day 3 and nobody came to do so even after calling the front desk to please do so.
The rooms are beautiful and very spacious. Everything was very clean upon arrival. I would recommend staying here.

I stayed here for 5 nights. Cassandra, who checked me in, was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. My stay was wonderful, but when it came time to check out, the night auditor was not at all friendly. I didn't even get her name, and it seemed like I was disturbing her peace. Maybe she was just exhausted.

Enjoyable stay! We were surprised upon check in, we were upgraded to an incredible room! So nice amazing service, very clean room and good location.

Freshly renovated when we went so despite the older appearance outside the room were amazing. Great value. I just found it annoying the door is locked without a keycard so newly arriving guests can be left wondering if we are even welcome.
