The hotel is located in close proximity to the airport and has very nice and clean rooms. The facilities are also very good with a pool, fitness center and bar. The only negative point: the parking space is $25 per night, which is actually outrageous, some hotels in the city center don't charge that for an underground parking space.

$200+ a night for a non-soundproof room where you hear *everything* going on in the hallways and next door. Super happy the people in the next room decided to talk loudly until 3am, and then at 8am people are going door to door yelling "NIAGARA FALLS" at each other. Save your money, go somewhere else, this place is basically a brutally expensive one-star hotel.

I recently had a hotel stay at a property which I had chosen due to a flight cancellation. Unfortunately, I must say that my experience with the front desk agents left me rather dissatisfied. Upon arriving at the hotel, my exhaustion from the journey was heightened by the fact that our luggage had already been checked. Desiring some refreshment, I approached the front desk to inquire about the availability of drinking water. To my disappointment, the agent suggested that I purchase a bottle from their hotel. Although I complied with this request, it would have been a much-appreciated gesture if they had offered complimentary water considering the circumstances.
Furthermore, I requested any robes and toothbrushes as we had nothing with us because of the cancelled flight. Regrettably, the front desk agent simply stated that they did not have such amenities available without providing me any alternative ways to get them. This lack of provision placed an inconvenience on us, forcing us to venture to another hotel for these basic necessities. Fortunately, the staff at the other hotel were kind enough to assist us and provide us with the required toothbrushes and toothpaste. It is disheartening when one hotel cannot accommodate such essential items, especially for weary travelers.
The following morning, when we needed assistance in obtaining a taxi, the front desk agent who was preoccupied with his cell phone appeared disinterested and detached. Although he eventually helped us secure a taxi, his unprofessional demeanor was quite evident. The way he spoke to us lacked the expected level of professionalism one would anticipate from a hotel staff member.
Overall, my hotel stay was marred by the encounters with the front desk agents. While I understand that every hotel has its limitations, it is essential for the staff to maintain a level of professionalism and attentiveness to ensure a positive guest experience. Improving customer service and addressing the issues I encountered would greatly enhance the reputation and appeal of the hotel.

The location was perfect, the airport was literally around the corner. The building smelled fresh and the bed was comfortable.

Only reason for not giving 5 stars was that it was expensive to buy anything there. Otherwise, the hotel was clean, people were friendly, and service was great.

Myself, my husband and our 3 kids stayed here for 3 days while visiting family. Upon arrival, the tile in our bathroom was covered in long dark hair, and not just a little. Front desk was not helpful and had no sympathy. I cleaned it up myself and took it down to front desk to show I was not exaggerating. The next day, we were out all day, and came back to a room that had not been cleaned. My confirmation email had said rooms were cleaned every other day so I figured at least it would get cleaned the next day. In the meantime I also found a used face cloth behind a cart in the bathroom, and a used air Canada water bottle under the pull out couch and a comb on the floor that wasn't ours. The next day, the same thing, room was not cleaned. I called down to the front desk when we returned at the end of the day and was told "rooms are changed every 3 days", and I "should've called down earlier and they could have switched rooms". I went down to the front desk to show him my email that said rooms are cleaned every other day, and he said I could let the manager know the next day. The room itself was a good size and the shuttle to the airport was appreciated. There is a Starbucks within walking distance at the Doubletree Hilton (wish we would have stayed there!). I filled out a comment card, but never heard back. I also filled out feedback through the app. Front desk staff could use extra training on customer service, empathy and resolving problems. I would not stay here again. Picture is just one section of the bathroom floor.

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel! Large room with a couch and ottoman, massive comfy king bed, high-tech TV, modern bathroom and giant bottles of toiletries mounted in the shower. Combined with the amazing rate I got, I will definitely be recommending this hotel to others!
