My son woke up with cold symptoms, so I went to the testing Centre at 12: 30. I got an appointment card for 1: 30.
We came back and the staff was great, efficient and friendly. The whole process took about 2 hrs.

Went Monday Sept 28 at 10am, past capacity. Went Tuesday Sept 29 at 630am, waited beside the park in front (maybe 30ish cars in front of us?) for about 2.5 hours, got a ticket to come back for 12pm. Back at 11: 55, went through outdoor screening in 5 minutes. Waited for text to go in for 40 minutes, received final screening and test in around another 30-40 minutes. As Tom Petty says, waiting is the hardest part, or maybe it was watching your kid get his nose swabbed. Either way, great staff. Extremely well organized. Good job CHOCC!

I had the best experience here. Everyone was extremely nice and professional. The facility is very well organized and they did a very good job at making sure everything was sanitized. They also did an excellent job at answering my questions and making me less nervous about the test. Highly recommend.

The services here are top notch! From the guys that hand you the appointment cards to the security personnel that directs you the book point and the registration section to the Nurses, their professionalisms speaks volume! Polite and nice. Result came out in less than 48hours thanks to COVID Hotline representative at Middlesex Health Unit London, you guys are the best! Appreciate!

Today’s wait time was ludicrous at 3.5 hours. A ton of students getting tested as well as teachers, and contractors that can now go back into long term care and retirement homes on top of family who can now visit family members means more centres have to be opened and there should be times or places for front line workers and senior citizens or disabled to get tests done faster. I am healthy but not knowing the wait was this long means i had no food or water or books or anything to prepare for this wait.

Nice staff but waiting line too long. Been there 1 hr before open and already lined up to Adelaide Street. Overall took 5.5 hours to finish.

Went there Friday, arrived at 530am, was like the 10th car. Waiting in the car until 8: 30 and got a card saying to come back at 11am. Went back at 10: 50 and finished at 12: 00. Very organized and helpful staff, please everyone say a genuine thank you to all the staffs to show your appreciation. They well deserve it.

They are working as fast as they can.
It took from 2 pm until approximately 7 pm to be finished & out the door.

Joanne was my intake nurse, she was awesome.

Staff were incredibly kind and patient, everything was very well organized, clean, and explained well. Things moved quickly once inside, the longest part of waiting is the initial screening while you're still in your car. Overall I was in and out in about an hour or less.

Staff were awesome, setup was professional and very covid safe. Nurse who I dealt with was great too.

I’d like to know why is the website not updated? Apparently now you need an appointment card? Website says no appointment needed no referral but you go there and they tell you you have to go back next day to get appointment card

White at first it was frustrating to wait for so long, once you get in you understand why. The people are courteous and helpful, place is clean and once you're in it's pretty quick. The procedures are followed to the T with no compromise.

Very Rude people in the screening area. I'm here to be tested for some virus after a long day at work and your gonna throw in a little ignorance for a bonus? Very very nice nurses though

Very thorough, lots of questions (which I didn’t mind). The nurses and staff were extremely friendly and organized. Whole thing took about 20 minutes.

Very friendly staff. (Thank you). The directions are very clear. You go to the first pre-screen. They ask you a few questions. You then wait in the parking lot for a text to go inside. Once you go in, you check in again. The nurse will then direct you inside the testing centre. That process takes approximately 30-40 mins. Total time there for me was 1hr 20mins. All in all, test was quick, and is surely discomforting. After you leave, you'll forget that it happened. I was there @5pm.

Quick and professional testing. Good staff with good bedside manners. Very clean and hygienic all around. I got a test twice, the second time the administrator did not provide a tissue.
