Very easy, fast process. Wonderful kind staff especially the lady today who accommodate me who was sitting at the front desk in all black. Thank you!

This location was so organized and efficient. I was really impressed with their whole set-up.

If you have other option to take your Vaccine book it somewhere else!
I would say thank you to the frontline workers but this Vaccine site I am not sure if they are stressed as the people running this vaccine site make it HARD and STRESSFUL. This was my booster shot already so I had taken my initial 2 somewhere else, booked on the ontario.ca site as well but this was the WORST experience.
A friend ended up walking away from this place as they were very inefficient, took it somewhere else, that same day, and what a surprise less than 15minutes my friend was done - took it at a GOVAXX in Markville.
Again I can't stress enough if you have other choice go somewhere else not this particular site.

I was told by the nurse he was giving me Pfizer, to find out through the vaccine certificate he gave me Moderna. I feel that is absolutely unethical of him to lie to me!

The receptionist was rude to my old mother. When she asked why the Pfizer vaccine was not available, the receptionist was condescending and rude to her by saying "Well, you should know this already" and "I already told you we have none, can you go away? " We left immediately.
Also, they only have the Moderna vaccine at this location most of the time.
Would not recommend this location to anyone. Very poor experience.

Got my first pfizer shot today from this very well organized location. Right across from the Cineplex. They didn't even need to see the confirmation email. Walk in, a person scans your health card, then you're asked to fill out a pink questionnaire on a clipboard, then off to another station to confirm your contact info, then it'a to a nurse at a desk where they tell you if you're getting Pfizer or moderna, they ask you which arm you prefer (your off hand) then it's to a waiting area for 15 mins before you head to a checkout station where they print you a receipt which they also email to you. No pics or vids allowed inside so respecting that rule but all in all, very efficient process, just show up with your health card. From entry to exit in under 20 mins. Firefighters also all around to assist. Go get vaccinated!
