Hired this company based on reviews and glad I read the reviews. They were excellent! Very happy with the work they did. Truly impressed. Worth every penny, and thought they worked out to be more reasonable than others. Highly recommend them.

Most professional and thorough cleaning service i have ever used.customer service was phenomenal and cleaning staff was timely, polite, efficient, and very thorough.normally I feel like I have to watch my cleaners like a hawk, but not with these guys!
especially appreciate that they don't charge a deposit or penalize you for cancellations. WORTH EVERY PENNY!

I typically don't post reviews, however for my last experience I felt that i must, so that other customers can be aware of what service and consideration they will get from Cowboys. We have a 2300sqft house, + 4 washrooms, 5 windows, etc. The Cowboys plan they communicated was to send a team of cleaners just after 9am, and they would finish in the day.

I had booked a deep clean in advance, paying the $700 for the efficiency and complete service. What I got was something else.

On the day of, nobody showed up in the morning. Then, a single flustered cleaner showed up after 11. She was pleasant but she and it was clear the work would not be complete that day. I contacted Cowboys, and they explained a scheduling and cancellation issue - they would ensure the job would be finished the next day. This was frustrating because the understanding was a one day turnaround.

The next day, it was again the sole cleaner, coming in just after 10. Working slowly again, she was nowhere close to complete. By the time she left, it was a Friday evening and fundamentals were not even touched, including:
- kitchen cabinet facings untouched
- 3 out of four washrooms done
- 2 out of 5 windows complete
- basement not even touched
- microwave untouched
- weak job on counters
- main floor areas including TV area not dusted, cobwebs visible, etc

Plus others. Not what you expect or pay premium for a deep clean.

Talked with Cowboys and they acknowledged the issue, but only were able to offer 15% discount, and $100 off future service. This is not a fair refund of service and the value of credit assumes I am willing to take chances again with sorry service. I presented my case, however they were not willing to offer any better compensation.

Please be aware that Cowboys cleaners does not seem interested in the integrity of their service standard. From my experience, this was a rip off. Paid a lot of money for Cowboys to take double the time for an incomplete job. Do not use them.

I filled out the form on their site for a specific kitchen/bathroom deep clean, and I had a call within 5 minutes. Fantastic customer service. Thoroughly explained everything. Happy - booked a cleaning. They just left - I am SO OVERJOYED! Angela and Jamie were so wonderful. Outstanding workers. Friendly, professional, communicative, thorough and quiet. Grateful for drink and tip (they deserved it!) I would completely recommend them. I'll be re-booking for further cleans from them. Yeehawww for sure!

Had a move-in, deep clean done by Cowboy Cleaners. Coco was awesome and did a great job. It was like night and day afterward the cleaning was completed. She really took the time with the details, especially with the kitchen and bathrooms. Everything was left spotless. Really thankful for Coco’s service! Hired for a deep clean and wow they really did a great job. Very professional and high quality cleaning and the chap on the phone got back to me immediately. 10/10 Would definitely hire them for future cleanings.

The cleaners came on time & made sure to ask me which parts of the house I wanted cleaned that day before they started working as well as if I needed to focus on anything specific. They took all my comments into consideration & checked with me if I needed them to do anything else before they left. Angela was very friendly. I was very happy with the service, would definitely hire Cowboy cleaners again & recommend them too.

Very smooth booking process. Karrie did a thorough job with the whole house and was an excellent communicator throughout the day. The place is spotless and Karrie went the extra mile to ensure all the usually forgotten places were cleaned as well.

This place did an amazing job. Coco was the service person assigned to me. She was absolute amazing. She spent so much time here and made sure it looked perfect. Coco came to clean 2 bathrooms and a laundry tub that were in big trouble. Our ensuite shower was terribly dirty with stains in the grout and tile that I could not get out no matter what chemical concoction I tried. Our laundry tub was no better. Coco made every item shine and sparkle! She spent over 7 hours non stop. She has major pride in her work and doesn’t quit until she is satisfied. Coco is a work horse on human feet. Excellent communication skills, a great listener and a real professional she is. If you have a cleaning need, you want her! I couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you so much Coco
