Coxwell animal clinic is very professional and caring. I really trust the health of my animal to them.

Very clean place. My baby Ozzy saw not one but two vets on different occasions and he was instantly calmed and relaxed. And he is quite a shy boy so I know he was in the right hands. This is now my home vet

I was very happy with my recent visit to Coxwell Animal Clinic. I had to change my veterinarian because my former clinic closed after many years of going there with my pets. I have a dog reactive German shepherd and was very worried, but the clinic handled the situation very well. My dog loves people, so she was very friendly with the staff, vet techs and veterinarian who examined her. I appreciated how the veterinarian outlined different options for blood collection and advice she gave me on vaccinating for leptospirosis as we have lots of raccoons where we live.

The staff are always caring, friendly, and helpful. I know my dog is always in good hands there.

I’ve had great experiences with both the vets and the groomers. I highly recommend this clinic.

The staff are all friendly and helpful in every way. The Doctors are very through and spend the time in examination and provide feedback in a way that is very clear. We would not take our fury baby anywhere else, We highly recommend the Coxwell Animal Clinic.

Coxwell Animal Clinic is my favorite place to take my cats when needed. The staff is warm and welcoming, the spaces are beautiful and clean, a true delight for a visit. The staff keeps you posted with upcoming appointments. The whole experience is very relaxed for pets and families. I had Yogi in to see the Doctor on Thursday with a very serious skin problem and today is Saturday and his rashes are now all dryed up and he is not scratching as much.

Immediate caring responses and care with care instructions and additional diagnosis and prognosis. Very satisfied.

The staff at Coxwell Animal Clinic are all fantastic and I feel so great being able to take my puppy to such an inviting and fun atmosphere.

Update: Since the passing of our beautiful kitty, my sister as rescued a pup, and has brought him to Coxwell Animal Clinic, as well as I have homed a Sr Cat who was surrendered to the clinic. I am now living out of the city (about 2 hours away) However due to all the love and kindness that we have received over the years i will drive the two hours to return to Coxwell Clinic for any and all concerns or appointments.

UPDATE: Our beautiful cat passed away and Coxwell Animal attended to us and our family with so much sympathy and grace. They handled everything very smoothly and respectfully. We can’t wait until our family is ready to get another pet so we can return to the clinic.the staff are so sweet here they care so much

The best veterinary clinic in the area. The staff is very caring and doctors are explaining in detail all the steps of the medical procedures, health issues and costs. I feel that they put our pets ahead of the business, which makes me choose this clinic all the time. It’s also easier to get appointments or order food and you are allowed to stay in the room while your pet is examined, which is making my cat less stressed. Recommend

They have been so awesome, patient and compassionate with my pup skip. My dog loves this place so much he’ll pull me from my house to there door just to say hi! I am fortunate to have a great vet close by

Very disappointed. I was looking to switch to this vet for my dog. In two cases when I called to make an appointment I was directed by automation to voicemail. I left a message but did not hear back either time. I had to call a third time when I got a person who told me it was a two week wait for a new client and that the cost was $120 down payment to secure an appointment.

We had wanted to go to Coxwell Animal Clinic because we had an issue with our cat requiring immediate assessment and my current vet couldn’t take him right away. The vet at Coxwell even followed up to check in on him. I was so impressed. Now trying to bring my dog there i am having a completely opposite experience. It’s in the neighbourhood and would have liked to go there but I feel I have dodged a bullet.

I have a grooming app at Coxwell clinic, they called me 2 days before my appointment and cancel without rescheduling! My dog is puddle and its very important to do her grooming right on-time. I booked her app 6 weeks ago! And got halfway off Bec of my dog app!
they should tell me earlier or reschedule me for their earliest time.instead they keep telling me that they can't do anything!

As first time cat owners, the veterinarian took her time to address all our concerns and questions in a calm and pleasant manner. Staff were very cheerful and friendly.

I had my first vet visit at Coxwell Animal Clinic yesterday and I was VERY impressed! The clinic itself is very modern, clean and organized. The front receptionist was VERY friendly and very kind. I also observed many other customer interactions with the receptionist and she was pleasant to them all. I had a great experience with the DVM Spencer Burley, he was very patient and kind and listened to all my concerns and did a thorough exam. My cat got her annual rabies vaccine and this was the first time I have been to the vet where they administered the vaccine with me in the room and I found the transparency to be very reassuring because I got to be with my kitty and hold her while she got the shot, usually my old vet would just take my cat into another room and I wouldnt get to see it. They even sent me a message to check how my kitty is responding to the vaccine. They also gave me a small goodie bag when I left with some sample dry food and some toothpaste for my cat to try. I didn't feel pressured by anyone to purchase the vet suggested diet. All-in-all I was highly impressed for the ease of the experience compared to any other vet visit I have had this was by far the best and I would be happy to go back!

Both the doctors and staff are so passionate, approachable and knowledgeable at Coxwell Animal Clinic. I took my recently adopted, nervous dog to the clinic and the doctor, assistants and staff took the time to introduce themselves to my dog slowly and were able to calm him down when he was a bit nervous. And I hadn’t seen my dog being so chilled around strangers before. Would highly recommend this clinic.

I love Coxwell Clinic. Staff is amazing always supportive. My two pets have been patients of the clinic for last 14 years. Vets are very professional and knowledgable.

It's only good for the 1st visit. I pick up more meds and the price is a lot higher and one of the medicine should be cut in 4 pieces and nobody can explain why it's not cut and the prices are higher. I will never go back there again. I took off work early to pick up the meds and they are asking me to come back next week to pick up the cut medication.

Great Neighborhood vet. Very pleasant people to deal with. However, their products are ridicules expensive. We purchased a 5 pack of Simparica TRIO for our dog at around $200. We found the same product online (in Canada) for $125 for 6. Shop around.

We had to take our cat there because of a health problem and we received wonderful care by kind, compassionate and knowledgeable staff.

The Covid-19 precautions were very up-to-date; the gatekeepers and the veterinary technicians were suitably masked and efficient. The madness of The Convoy could never permeate Coxwell Animal Hospital.
All we can do is be nice to each other and protect ourselves.

This clinic has always been consistently professional and every Doctor has been incredibly friendly, calm and helpful and they make sure all questions are answered and all options considered. Highly recommend to anyone who is seeking the best care around for their Pets.

I should have written this review long ago, but it took the death of my beloved pug Rosie to finally do it. Coxwell Animal Clinic was our vet for about 4.5 years, and each time we visited, we and our pug were treated with such respect and care.

The whole staff, from the vets to the client care representatives are friendly, thorough and truly care about your pets. They took such good care of my Rosie each time we had an appointment or just called with some questions. We always felt our pug was receiving the best care.

When the worst happened and we had to euthanize Rosie this January, I felt like I and Rosie were so well cared for, respected and treated with dignity. On the worst day of my life, Dr. Dawson was there for me the whole time while she helped Rosie pass. I’ll never forget her care and compassion and her love for Rosie. Dr. Dawson made the worst day bearable.

I want to give an extra shoutout to Dr. Dawson, as well as Annika and Rosie (client care rep, not my pug heh).

If we ever get a dog again, we would take them right back to this clinic. Thank you to the whole staff for your love and care to all our fur babies.

Dr. Joudrey is a wonderful vet! I've tried over a dozen vets across the city over the years and was honestly impressed by her skill, professionalism and "bedside manner" -even during COVID! I highly recommend Dr. Joudrey and the Coxwell Animal Clinic.

So easy taking my cat for an annual check-up. Very organized and safe, and very very very kind people. Had no worries at all for the safety of my cat in this clinic. 100% recommend.

Good services overall. There are many areas for improvement but that's not something to be discussed in a public review.

One week ago I called to order Prescription Food from the clinic. I had a weeks supply so felt I was ordering well enough in advance. This morning I called and was told the food was available. I was left standing outside in the cold for 16 minutes while the staff tried to find my order only to be told that there was a mix up and the order had never been placed and the supplier was now out of stock. I'm completely stuck.

Thoroughly disappointed with what has happened to this clinic. A once fantastic vet has now taken their pet priorities to a corporate mentality! Lost my pet recently as they would not tend to my animals needs. Passed around on the phone from one person to another, placed on hold for long periods of time with no call backs from proper veterinarians, all the while my pet was dying over a three day period as I begged for Coxwell Clinic to help. You too will find this out if you continue with this corporate vet. They belong to a much larger organization with unfriendly customer service. Found a much more friendly vet clinic with much fairer prices. I advise everyone to search elsewhere before you end up in my shoes.

Honestly.such an enjoyable vet clinic. Really decent prices, wonderful staff who are easy to deal with, and you don't leave feeling like you just got fleeced. They are clearly interested in the health of your pet, not your pocketbook. The vet I dealt with was so kind and lovely and knowledgeable, and my pets came out calm and happy - I also got a follow email the next day asking how my guys were doing after their vaccinations. Their new clinic location is a lot bigger, which is also nice. Definitely recommend Coxwell. I made the switch despite two far closer vets and I do not regret it.

Everyone is so caring and the attention all animals get it’s fascinating. I found this Veterinary Clinic after arriving back in Canada for my English Bulldog which sadly has passed away with Leptospirosis found by this clinic. They treated him always the best way. As all my pets! They are just very respectful and loving professionals. That treat all animals as if it were theirs. I used to live in this area and this was our veterinary choice as it continues to be today even though we have moved to North York. We could have chosen another Vet closer to our home but NOPE don’t want to! They are just perfect in any way. Thanks to all of them!

We had our beloved 14 year old family dog in today at the clinic for dental surgery. My family and I were very pleased with the caring atmosphere of the clinic and the professionalism. Dr. Kestleman provided us with lots of important information about our dog's condition and walked us through the process of the extensive surgery. We would like to thank Dr. Kestleman and her staff for their exceptional service and loving care for our pet. We highly recommend this clinic for others as they treat their patients as their own!

My partner and I had our puppy in for his first round of shots and checkup. Claire helped us with our appointment and was so kind and sincerely nurturing. We insist on seeing her when we come here from now on. The whole team really had our pups best interest in mind. Love it here and loved Claire's service.

Great staff, been very happy with Dr. Woo! As important as knowledge and care is, a big part of why I am happy is I haven't experienced any kind of sales pitch. It makes such a difference when you can trust a vet's recommendation!

After 17 years of taking my dog there, I am sadly no longer a client. The longevity of my furry friend can attest to the quality of care I received over the years. To have a large dog live into their late teens is no small feat.

All the doctors are very good. Rosy is special and makes calling to make appointments and arrangements an enjoyable experience. The techs and front staff are all very knowledgeable and sincere.

We've been bringing our dog and cat here regularly since we moved to the neighbourhood a couple of years ago. Excellent experience every time, highly recommended.

The experience with our almost feral cat was super. The technician were caring and took this job very serious. Our cat was comfortable and did yell once. His nails were cut, blood and urine was drawn.no argument. Thank you.your whole team was good with me too.
Later that night my cat snuggled up with me and all was good.
So five stars for excellent customer service.

Great clinic. All the vets are very knowledgeable and friendly. They are transparent about treatments and costs and let you make the right decision with no pressure. Would highly recommend.

My husband took our Bulldog to the clinic and was pleasantly surprised. For the first time ever, a vet suggested they could help us start an allergy kit at home so we could treat some common/reoccurring problems at home.

Vets are so professional and reception is exceptionally attentive to our pet. We have not changed animal clinic even if we live farther now. Loyal client for 13 years now.

Our dog Roxy is not very friendly with other dogs and I had some concerns and anxiety over it, but the staff was amazing and made me relaxed! Dr. Woo is AMAZING! The staff are all amazing!
