CP Railway: Vaughan Intermodal Terminal

This is directly to CP Trucking Department.

Absolutely needs to hire more educated, professional and experienced drivers. These drivers DO not follow the road rules which deem them dangerous and unsafe. Rutherford and HWY 50 is a busy road and their are many close calls that a CP or third party Truck driver will make an illegal left turn into on coming traffic. Either the CP had to run a thorough inspection on road safety rules or have the city add a traffic light before a fatality happens.

It is unacceptable that these drivers are rushing to make their left turn onto incoming traffic. May I add they will occupy the whole lane before the road is clear from the opposite side which hold up traffic from the east road. Unacceptable. Needs to be addressed immediately.

Nice place except the workers are lazy. They drive by you but they won't unload you. I think they don't deserve this job

Unorganized lazy bunch of workers. They should all be fired and replaced with workers who want a job

Wow pathetic! My container was to be off the rails but it’s been 2 days and they still haven’t gotten it off. They are quick to charge us for not picking up our container on time but no fee to them when they delay people and select container to be offloaded based of who you know.

Verry bad experience at CP crane guys just busy roaming here and there. Drivers have to wait long hours to get container.
Specially empty side is very bad service.

Nice place to go if you want to be belittled swore at and generally be treated as a worthless human being
