CPAP Clinic Mississauga

After having a bad experience at an other CPAP store in Oakville I started using this store. My insurance was paying for a new mask every 6 months and when I needed a new machine, I made an appointment with Daniel and with his expertise, I got the machine, mask and heated hose that needed. With my insurance and Govt.assistance, I paid a fraction of what thought I was going to pay. I recommend anybody that is new to this whole process to go there first for the best advice and prices available.

Local Office staff are nice. But it seems impossible to get through on the central phone line. Calls go through to a central line where, incoming calls have gotten dropped before the line is even picked up. Don’t like that I can reach my store directly.

Great customer service. Staff was very patient, knowledgeable. Willing to help, even without appointment, till the last minute at the end of day. Thank you very much.

Fast and smooth transaction. I was happy to see that they carried my brand of mask. The price was competitive and free shipping helped. I recently ordered another mask from you!

Terrific help.
Travelling for vacation to a location that is off the grid. We do have access to a generator for a few hours a day. Needed a battery that could be charged in that timeframe for nighttime CPAP use. Solution found. Daniel was a great help.

This clinic is FANTASTIC!
I wish I bought all my CPAP equipment from them before. Their website is great and they have almost everything you might need with regards to PAP. I was hesitate to order online at the beginning, so I thought why not calling them first and maybe i can go by myself to by the mask I needed. The lady answer who answered the phone was super nice and told me I could order through the website, come to the clinic, or even order now while being on the phone! I was surprised as my previous provider never answered the phone or even the emails!
I continued the order through the phone and within couple hours received the shipping confirmation email.the mask was delivered to my house. What could be better than this?
You guys are amazing and happy to do business with you.

I attend at the Sheppard store and shop online. You should too! The in-store service is fantastic. Online experience is good - the prices are competitive or lower than at other stores.

The prices are so reasonable and they are always there to help no matter the question or concern!
And they ship very quickly too.

I had a pleasant experience with cpap clinic! It was my first time purchasing a cpap machine and the process was very quick and smooth! Each step of the process was explained to me in detail and I was even able to try on the mask and machine for a few minutes which was great! The person that helped me out was very kind and informative! I wish I remembered his name!

This was the first time I was disappointed with my purchase experience at the clinic on Dixie in Mississauga.

My hold item was not clearly marked and kept aside for my pick-up.

I always was given a filter or two added to my purchase.
However I was told by the employee rather curtly, that it wasn't the time for giveaways.

That left a bad taste for the first time in my dealing with the clinic.

They've always treated me well. It's my preferred place to go for all of my CPAP needs. I have been back many times and will continue to keep going back.

I really appreciate the FANTASTIC communication and customer service from Hien Tran - he took every measure to ensure I was comfortable and informed about my CPAP treatment. I’ve given his card out to a friend. I would absolutely recommend this business!

. They should have an answering machine which would allow the client to leave a message. When ordering on line is a problem. I could not use PayPal and I was not given the option to change the credit card number. Excellent service when you go in person. You need to make an appointment

I’ve ordered from here a few times. It’s super frustrating to be asked for a review even before they have shipped the product, much less me receiving it.

Products come through, as advertised, in good condition.

Really quick service and delivery considering the shortage of cpap machines in Canada. Only problem is I couldn't apply for financial aid through the Ohip assistive devices program because I bought it online? That's a big hit to the wallet. That's more an Ohip issue than the vendor.

It is the only clinic that I have trusted since 2014. They have outstanding customer service and also after service. Thank you Wing Size for her outstanding customer service. She is very patience to answer all my questions so I understand what is the best choice for me. Their matching price and returning policy are excellent too. I don't have to worry about if anything goes wrong, with the free shipping return and exchange.

One of my favourite CPAP vendors. Knowledgeable, responsive and affordable. Low-cost or free shipping. Website doesn't always work, e.g. For online purchases, but that's a minor issue. Would definitely recommend.

The clinic staff provides excellent service and support to those requiring CPAP supplies and information. I highly recommend them.

Only issue is with the website - I needed to call to complete my order but the staff was very helpful.

The CPAP clinic is one of the greatest places for sales & service for all types of CPAP’s. I have the best experiences with this Clinic. Everyone is really informed and helpful, and come up with solutions for all my questions.

CPAP clinic is fantastic. Alex and his team are professionals in every sense and they’re customer service focused! Been with them for over 12 years and wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else.

I was somewhat annoyed that my request for price matching was denied (apparently on the basis that I had not price matched my last purchase). Further, no offer was made to include the year end bonus items as promoted on the website. I would have submitted my order on line except that I needed some filters and the website said that filters are not sold on-line.

Staff there is incredibly knowledgeable, patient and ensure your needs are comfortable and met before you leave with your equipment. Alex my contact has been fantastic with service, he is up to date with all the new apparatuses concerning the welfare of something that should be VERY important to the quality of your life. S-L-E-E-P. Nothing beats a good night's rest as the saying goes and since I have been dealing with C. C. Mississauga my night's rest is improved dramatically. If anything, spend a night at a Sleep Study Clinic and get yourself evaluated. It IS worth it.

Surprised to learn that the prices was not the same as the website. Was charge more for something that I could have ordered online and picked up in the store for less.

Service- Fabulous, item arrived exactly as ordered and in perfect condition.
You get 4 stars due to extreme plastic packaging, part of which is the fault of Resmeds, but you as a distributor could raise the issue.
Can't avoid the item being made of plastic but it was presented in a hard pack plastic tray, inside a plastic pouch, which is inside a plastic Ziploc, all inside a plastic mailing pouch.so 3 unrecycleable bags and one recycleable tray. Please tell Resmed to do better, thanks

These guys are GREAT to deal with. Think I've used for about three years now. I order directly from the store and it is usually shipped the same day. Always get more in the package than I expected.

Having no insurance coverage to replace my failed 15 year old CPAP, I was shocked at the price quoted by my local brick and mortar CPAP store and that the wait time for a machine was unknown (great way for them to get me for $250 per month rental machine).
After some online research, I was able to contact CPAP Clinic easily and with quick responses and very helpful staff (not like a call centre). The machine COST LESS THAN HALF of what I would have paid locally! And came with my choice of mask! I won't be shopping anywhere else for my CPAP supplies from now on!
(UPS did not deliver on the date promised (4 days late) by that's not on the CPAP Clinic.)

Very best company to deal with.
I needed a mask immediately and got it next day.
I recommend to anyone that they look no further than the CPAP CLINIC.

After talking to Mehek in the Mississauga location a couple of times on the phone i decided to go in and I bought a new cpap machine. She gave me great service and made me feel comfortable. After 5 years with my other provided i switched to them.

When you mention on your website "same day shipping", you should do the order shipping on the same day not after one week!
I made my order on Dec. 23rd and you handed it over to Canada post on Dec. 30th. (after one week)

The machine is working good. It's helped me to reduce my snoring day by day. I can sleep tight every night now. Very satisfied with the quality of product and price.

I only wish my insurance comany really cared about my health and wellbeing as much as the staff that assisted me at the CPAP clinic. They went far beyond just selling me a machine but took the time to really understand my concerns & issues while providing solutions along the way. Thanks so much for all your help!

I used to buy my CPAP stuff at breathing solutions at Kipling heights medical centre for 4X the cost.i came across CPAP clinic by fluke. I was so amazed at how much cheaper their stuff is. And great customer service.

I was looking for Respironics M Series port cover for my CPAP. I checked my local medical supply stores and online. Part was obsolete and the only place I could find one was through CPAP Clinic. They had one left in stock and we're very helpful in getting me this part.

Shipping took a bit longer to get because I'm in the United States and this fine store is in Canada. Just happy to get the part so I can take my CPAP backpacking/hiking. I appreciate that they worked with me to get this. I highly recommend this business! Thank you Juli!

I have been coming here for the past 4 years and always receive amazing service. I have been dealing with Gabriel for the past 4 years and he is extremely knowledgable in products as well as is able to recommend products that is suited to me. He also remembers the product types that didn't work for me in the past and suggest what might be a better alternative. I was extremely sad to hear that Gabe is no longer with the company. During my last trip, I worked with Mehek. She was very patient and helped me resolve a dry nose issue. Though I am sad that Gabe is gone, I look forward to working with Mehek for my Cpap and accessory needs.

I had an issue with a mask I purchased from the on-line CPAP Outlet store who had a very strict return policy. I accidentally contacted CPAP Clinic about the purchase mixing the two companies up, but explained my predicament and that CPAP Outlet would not go beyond their brief 30 day policy. CPAP Clinic came to my rescue and I didn't even purchase the product there. They exchanged the mask, unbelievable service. Now that is going above beyond and they CPAP Clinic will now get all of our business. The CPAP Outlet group is off my shopping list. Thanks CPAP Clinic!

Best customer experience. I have been both Vaughan and Mississauga locations. The staff are all excellent and helpful.
Look no further for CPAP needs. This is the place. I even plan to order stuff for my mom in BC.

Price was ok. They had what I was looking for in stock and shipped same day by Canada Post. Two weeks later still waiting for my product. Called the store and they were of no help. Told me I need to deal with Canada Post. I informed them that since the product was shipped on their account they were responsible for tracing and dealing with Canada Post.
They were of no help at all. Had to go to Shoppers medical supply store and buy what I needed there.

Great people with sales policies to help you. Very knowledgeable and helpful salespersons. Would stick to them for any cpap needs.

The woman at my location (Dixie Road) is very informative/knowledgeable and great to deal with, wouldn't shop anywhere else.

I met with one of the female employees this week and she was very accommodating and helpful with my needs, very knowledgeable. I've purchased a few items in the store and the staff has always been very helpful. Definitely recommend anyone who needs supplies or an appointment so seek them out.

I called a few times to get information on a machine l was buying amd they were very very helpful and courteous. I had to send back the items due to no fault of theirs and they helped me with the returns without making me feel guilty since shipping was free.
