CPAP Clinic Toronto - CPAP Masks CPAP Machines

I have been been dealing with CPAP Clinic Barrie 4 years. My visit yesterday was no exception as how I am looked after and treated. They immediately took my CPAP Machine out of the carrying case, and the components. I was there to have them checked and sanitized and check components for wear and tear. They explained the reason that some components should be replace and when. They did not have a new mask and said they would have one a hipped our from another site and would have it mailed out. It was shipped this morning! The explanations allowed me to understand what needed to be replaced and why.

What an amazing clinic! Found this clinic for my mom after she didn’t get the service and attention needed at several others, and felt being taken advantage of for being elderly. But Hien Tran was excellent here, incredibly patient, made it very comfortable for my elderly mom to understand the pros and cons, and made sure she got the right CPAP machine and mask. She now only wants to come back here for all her CPAP needs. Definitely highly recommend!

My recent purchase at CPAP Clinic Sheppard Ave.was a complete good experience, not only do they have the lowest price in Toronto for the Resmed CPAP machine, but more importantly the consultant Jennifer Sue is outstanding in her attentiveness, good manners, attention to detail and extremely helpful. It was a great pleasure.

Why do you charge $100 ADP Processing fees and $250 to $500 Upgraded CPAP bundle depending on the machine offered? These charges should be reviewed as these take advantage of people in need of treatment.

Shauna was most capable, knowledgeable and professional. I had trouble getting my sleep clinic to forward the prescription. Shauna and Joan were diligent with the follow up. I am completely satisfied. Exceeded my expectations!

I have been waiting for my CPAP for almost a year and finally received my machine yesterday. I was given an estimate by Daniel at Sheppard Ave branch in late 2021 of under $300 but paid almost $800 this week because I was told by staff that management is no longer offering just the machine but a package only that includes 5 year service, masks etc. I did not need everything but was told it’s the whole package for a much higher price or nothing! Daniel and now Hien have provided excellent service but I am unhappy that I have no choice but to pay for the whole package! It seems to me that the company mgmt is taking advantage of reduced govt coverage and the supply situation at the customer’s expense by increasing our cost almost 2-3 times in less than a year! Not happy with this at all!

I'm writing to express how much I appreciate the outstanding customer service at CPAP Clinic which their staff provided to me during all those years. Their staff was always attentive and helpful. The employees and manager I interacted with were very knowledgeable about the products and were genuinely interested in helping me. I am very satisfied to deal with CPAP Clinic, and I will continue to use their service in the future as well as recommend it to others.

Excellent to deal with! Very knowledgeable and professional, helped me understand how to operate my new CPAP machine and took the time to explain the different settings and features.

I had a great experience here. I had called a couple of other cpap vendors before calling here and when I did call this place I received a better level of service immediately. I arrived to the location and was so happy with the amazing help I was given. He took the time to properly explain everything and made sure I understood. I was never rushed. I feel confident and pleased about the purchase of my cpap machine and mask. Beware Alert. Basically I was put on waiting list last year in October 2022 and I was told that for the Cpap Machine only, I have to pay $138 out of pocket. But today September 28th 2022 almost year later. I'm being told that I have to pay $800 out of pocket for the Package which includes any choice of 1 mask, 2 tubings (1 standard and 1 heated tubing), a year supply of machine filters. But I told them I don't want package. I only want cpap Machine. This is what I was told today "Unfortunately due to the past year with the cut of funding/shortage/increase of device and supplies, we were informed by our Management that we only carry as a package cost (cannot break it down to machine only). " Like seriously very unprofessional and greedy. They are telling me this after being on waiting list for almost an year.

I've been a customer of CPAP Clinic for a number of years now - both online and the Vaughan location. Today I went to the North York location for the first time. I had the pleasure of working with Hien Tran on replacing an old machine and fitting me with a new mask. He was so attentive and patient, took his time to explain things to my wife and I, and made our overall experience a seamless, memorable one. Keep hiring knowledgeable, kind employees like Hien, and you'll have customers for life!

Recently bought a machine from Toronto location.i am very glad that i went there in the first place. It took me a while to go through trials and therapy sessions with my doctor. All through this I had continuous and very passionate support from Jennifer, my consultant. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, dedicated and extremely positive person I have ever known. I'm a long term user of cpap (14 years). Recently I been experiencing a lot of mask leaks, even with a fresh replacement. This leaking was worsened by the fact that I need to use a very high setting for my pressure (16-20). I tried various full face masks from various online vendors but the problem persisted. Therefore I arranged for an in person consultation & mask fitting. Jennifer was my staff member and she was very informative, professional and helpful. She helped me adjust one of my masks, try it with my pressure setting and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend Jennifer and CPAP Clinic.

He has helped me find the mask that is suitable for me. I have tried using 3 masks before. The first cpap store I have been to didn’t really help me that much in finding the mask that I would be comfortable with. But Daniel has done a tremendous job in helping me find my comfort mask. Since 2015, I have been to a few other CPap suppliers and none of them compare to CPap Clinic at 1110 Sheppard Avenue East. The difference was the excellent customer service I received there. Mr. HienTran was very straightforward, honest and precise in the way he dealt with me. I have no hesitation to return to or to recommend him to others.

I ordered a special filter for my machine June 23 2021, so I can use my CPAP. It's july 1 and still waiting for filter. I need it so I can use my machine because my machine is under recall

Daniel Hill was quite helpful and very knowledgeable with his craft. He took time to explain the equipment and apparatus that I need according to the doctor’s prescription. I would definitely recommend to my family and friends the company that Daniel is affiliated with. I am fully satisfied and quite sure that anyone in my family and friends will feel the same.

The sleep apnea store on 1110 Sheppard Ave E is a good store to purchase a sleep apnea machine and/or accessories. As important is the level of service with the technician. Pleasant and knowledgeable and seemed interested in my progress. Availability of merchandise was good and the prices seemed reasonable. I was also impressed with respect to the efficiency in booking a same day appointment and the ability to print out a year's worth of apnea results. As a negative, my opinion: the store front appearance hasn't changed in the past year, nor has the inside, and both could use some marketing improvement and freshening up.

We recently visited the Toronto location for my mom as she recently got prescribed a CPAP machine. We met with Daniel Hill at this location - right from helping us book our first appointment to helping my mom get the appropriate face mask to suit her face (according to her comfort levels), mind you it took mom 2-3 masks trial prior to finalizing the one which suited her well. All along the process, Daniel was very patient, kind, professional and super helpful to help make my mom
Comfortable, answer all her questions and help her to calm her worries. My mom was very apprehensive to get on the CPAP machine initially, but I can bet that now she is happy and looking forward to use it all her life, al thanks to Daniel and CPAP clinic.

I looked around for various places to go and Im extremely pleased that I choice to go here. Hien Tran is the person who has been working with me. He sat me down and carefully went over every single thing to do with CPAP machines, how they work, what I should do with them, and has replied to any calls or emails immediately to provide assistance. My first mask didnt work out and he immediately had me come in to get another.

I've been very happy with everything they've done and things have gone better than I could have hoped for.

After first visit to one of stores and horrible experience which made me think about OHIP's criteria to licence some of these businesses, I had more than pleasant experience with Jennifer from CPAP Clinic. We were given all answers and recommendations we needed in a very patient and professional manner. Not to mention that the price of all equipment and needed items was significantly better for us, for OHIP and private insurer. Highly recommended!

Staff helpful and efficient ordering product. Suggest they include operational manual to instruct on how to use cleaning device better. Kind of figured out online and seems to work fine. Masks definitely more affordable alternative.
