CPC-M (Case Processing Center - Mississauga)

The worse visa processing center. It is the slowest center until now.looks like they are just sitting, watching some show and eating food.even if it was my citizenship, or my spousal PR or Visitor visa barely they worked on something.and it took them forever.anyway, what can we do.nothing just have patience and trust god.

I will give 0 star if there is such option. Didn’t even wait for me to pick up the call, already hang up and then told me that they called and no one picked up. Wth? !

Such a slow and exhausting process of getting an update from them. No options for calling them and directly talking to customer services. Suggesting everyone to not waste their time.

More than 2 years I haven’t any update on my sponsorship so slow CPC M is worst than you think

They never have anyone available to answer the lines. They will tell YOU that you need to submit information within 7 days but will not receive or respond.

I send the application. But no receiver? And the Canada post just return back to me. Ridiculous.

3+ months to print a physical PR card after getting electronic copy of PR. What's a Canadian-polite way of saying monkeys.

I have been trying to submit an application for 6 months. First was paper or online. Then, website says to mail it here. Paid for mailing it. They returned it saying to go online and do it. Went online to do it and it told me to mail it here again but a different station. IRCC phone number has no real people and directs you to website. They have no physical locations. I have paid for my application and cannot actually get my paperwork submitted.

Very bad service and poor performance, for permeant residency or citizenship you will suffer the officers delay and the waiting time that will be not less than 22 months the management will not help any complaint even the evidence shows the delay of the officers.
This my experience with that CPC-M Office.

I tried to call them 100 times but no one pick up the call and no customer service. No call back always automatica message

I didn't know what's happened to thier line, they need more assistance 2days in row can't contact their office. Tired and frustrated!

They work very poorly, the workers are very irresponsible and immoral people, if there was an estimate below one, then they would put it.

I tried to call this number more than 100times, the number on their website has an automated message. Imagine having submitted an application involving young kids far away from their mother, possibly in danger and never hear from anyone. I wonder if they know damaging psychologically this is. Hope something will be done.

Pathetic service. No response to webform. The phone number is just a formality. You wont be able to get through. It seems Pandemic only hit IRCC services. Everyone was working through out pandemic except them.

7 minutes of button pushing just to tell me it’s too busy to even put me on a waiting line and hangs up! Every time for 3 years

This seems to be another waste of tax payers. I'm looking for someone who changed my birth name to Europe, my information brings me to this AREA. I'm looking for a caysee teagle corporate office FRAUDING my legal last name to marriage certificate.placing me to this AREA and others.her phone number is on my trans Union under her name to my marriage name. 647 2*2 2352. Called her told her shes using my legal name and her phone number is on Trans Union she went NUTS claiming it's impossible because she works for the federal government. She's involved with other family members ASWELL. Human identity FRAUD is no joke. Especially to marriage.

Very disappointed of their service, followup & responsiveness.
I arrived on February 2021, my paperwork isn't completed yet. 7 months waiting for the SIN & COPR inside Canada until today. Struggling financially while waiting for them.
They rarely reply to the phone and the agent has no clue what the case is about (even if I provided them with UCI number) they don't solve the solution.
They don't reply via email or they don't accept visits.
They also don't care if u r struggling or not or ur case is urgent.
I hope no one will go through this nightmare that I am in currently.

You stay 15 minutes on the phone listening to Options and at the end you get (we are not able to get your call….) if it happens you get to speak with an agent you don’t get any answers that might help you I don’t get it why is there such service if they can’t help you?

My names are Lawrence Owrahowo Oaikhena, I came into on the 22nd of June 2016 and I applied for my PR since March 2017, till dates I have not had or gotten my PR, that do not say you all are not doing a great job. Am only using this medium to appeal to the authority to please help me, give me a positive results so that I can reunite with my family, I missed my family so much and depression is taking toll on me and my family right now it is difficult for me to concentrate, my wife keep threatening to abandaned the children if nothing is done, please I beg you all in CPC Mississauga to help safe my family from a possible break up. I have cried to my MP Judy representing Humber River she has tried her best yet nothing positive came out of it. I've sent letters and pictures to the center in Mississauga yet nothing positive has come out. Please I beg of you all, whoever is in charge please help me out, before my condition tolerate, depression is gradually possessing me please help me. Thank you, God bless you all, as I look forward to a better to a positive results for my application.

I applied for Spousal Sponsorship four months ago but until now I still haven't received any news even if they have received my application or not. Can someone help me?
