My friend and I took a laptop and an iPhone that fell into the water to this service. Both devices have been fixed. In the end, it was said that the phone was too water-damaged and beyond repair - while the screen was replaced on it for $ 200. At the same time, we were told that there was no guarantee for the phone, and it would no longer work normally. Why then at all it was necessary to replace the screen?
The laptop was fixed, but two days later it stopped turning on. It was in the repair for almost a week, and at the end I was told that it was beyond repair due to a problem with the motherboard. Fortunately, in the case of a laptop, I received a refund.
We gave two devices there - and none of them work. Draw your own conclusions.

Came to visit to replace my brokem phone screen (for a Samsung galaxy s10+). They offer both refurbished and original parts for all types of devices. They also offer competitive price points for such materials and products. Service is fast and efficient, I only waited a little over an hour to get the screen replacement. The workers are also very transparent and answered all my questions. Would definitely recommend this place for any device concerns and repairs.

This salesmans was very dishonest from the start, i told him that i needed my screen fixed and he said 140$ plus tax, i had been here before and told him i used to get a screen AND a screen protector for 140$ cash up front from the same place less than three months ago and he just said, “well prices have gone up”, then i asked him if he could do both the screen protector and the phone screen for 140 plus tax, he said “ill see what i can do”. When we returned, he already had the screen protector on the phone and the total came out to 170 after taxes, DONT GO TO THESE GUYS, WOODBINE MALL HAS A PHONE FIXER WHICH WILL GIVE YOU THE PHONE SCREEN AND THE PROTECTOR FOR 110$ cash up front, this guy is a scam: (

Customer service is good but questionable i had a screen for iphone x fixed and after a month thr svreen completely went black i wasnt able to get a replacment unless i paid half the price it was about 130$ last time he charged me 50$ and i lost my screen protector during it

Good service, had some issues ordering parts. Ensure when you call the listed number that you confirm it's the Queensplate location! My parts were shipped to Oakville. Phone works great after repairs - battery replacement, front screen glass replacement, back screen glass replacement, and screen protector for Samsung Galaxy S9+ total 475 dollars with a 40 dollar deposit. Good place if you're in a pinch, pricing is in line with other cellphone repair stores I have used. Hopefully I don't have to use them again!

This people are thief they just spoiled my phone and nothing is working in it i gave them my iphone 12 128gb and this guy stolen my motherboard and even denied to give me my refund.please dont go here he dont even know to apply screen protector on phone. Never trust them they have robbed for 350 $ so please please dont go here never ever.

I went in to get my bottom speaker fixed and Tham was kind enough to have it done within 1.5 hours and change my protective screen cover. My works great now.

I took my iPad 8th generation in to get the cracked screen fixed. The workers were very kind and helpful! I did have some sort of issue though after getting it back. Some of the letters on the keyboard wouldn’t work and the iPad froze a few times. So I went to take it back and they fixed it no charge and now it works perfectly! Thank you to CPR cell phone repair they did a good job fixing it!

This place is amazing! My phone was fixed super fast, it looks brand new! My phone was messed up. Black spots on the corners of my screen, it was full of lines, the phone was cracked front and back and the screen was not turning on due to internal damage.

I got my Samsung Note 10+ fixed for broken screen. The service from Mr. THAN is surprisingly fantastic. He explained me very well, how the repair process works I am satisfied by the repair time of within 1 day.

Completely unsatisfied with my experience. I got my phone screen repaired here 3 months ago for almost $400. A few days ago, the screen started showing a defect where pixels started going black and this spread across the whole screen in a couple of days. I did absolutely nothing that could have damaged the screen. I was CAREFUL after the incident with the first screen. I thought there was limited lifetime warranty according to the website, but they told me the warranty is only one month at this location. That's the first red flag. At first they said that they can only offer a paltry $20 discount on another screen replacement. When I pressed them about the screen being defective, they said they would have to send the screen in to have the manufacturer validate that the screen is defective and send a new one, a process that takes at least two weeks, and then CPR would still charge for labour. On top of that, I don't trust that the defective screen will not be damaged during removal or shipment back to the manufacturer who will scrutinize the screen for any reason not to give me a replacement. Why would I do all that when I need a phone today? Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else or buy a new phone instead of wasting $400 here on a screen replacement that offers almost no guarantees.

I brought two phones here, a Huawei P30 Pro, with a broken screen and back glass, and a Samsung S20 Plus, with minor water damage. I spent in total $680. I've brought the Huawei P30 back 3 times now. The first time the new screen was faulty and discolored. The second time the power button just fell out. So i brought it back and their was a locking mechanism that was not installed. A week ago the volume buttons just fell out, and i assume that the same locking mechanism has been forgotten again. I brought it back for repair but the only mechanic was off that day.
As for the Samsung S20 Plus, the new battery they put in lasted about two week. The phone will turn on when plugged in, however as soon as it's unplugged it's completely dead. Very disappointing. I will be returning tomorrow to see if they are willing to attempt yet another repair, but I don't accept better service. In summary I brought 2 phones here, spent $680, drove there 4 times, and still have two broken phones. It's sad because in the past this place was reliable

Repaired my Samsung s20 fe screen. Went above and beyond. Don't even bother with Kijiji repairs.

CPR was quick and efficient, I would recommend using them. Store is clean and they were friendly which is a plus.

They provided great service at a fair price. They told me how long my repair works take and they were on time. They had me test the functionality of my device before leaving. I'm happy with the service. With the expectation management. I would recommend this business.

I brought in my phone for screen and battery replacement and it was fixed faster than I had expected and is working well.
