Great service, set expectations, fast repair. I broke the camera lens on the back of my iphone, within 40 mins, it was as good as new. Repair cost was fair too! CPR is my new go to spot.

On my first visit these guys went great. Friendly, communitive and just an overall fabulous customer service. Even though they were unable to fix my daughters phone, they provided us with packaging and direction on our next move. The problem was solved. My next visit was with my husband who was having issues with his older phone and again they went above and beyond and made it seem to be an easy fix. I am so happy with this team. My mum is next:)

This repair shop is truly amazing and comes highly recommended, especially for those with international Samsung models in need of repair. The excellent service and reasonable prices, combined with a quick turnaround time, make it an excellent choice.

They are the best! My phone suddenly stopped working and I was so scared as I had all my baby pictures in it and didn't backed it up, went to the Samsung store in Yorkdale Mall and was told that the mother board was damage and they can't fix it. My colleague referred me to CPR, took my phone to them at 1 pm and by 6 pm I had a working phone and Daniel even assisted me in transferring my pictures to a SD card. I can safely say from my experience they are super amazing!

If I could give 10 stars, I would! Daniel is/was amazing!
First, he ordered a battery directly from Samsung, so that I wouldn't end up with another dud. Then, when I finally got to the shop for the tech to work his magic, I had my beloved Note 5 back. When I phoned the next day, to tell Daniel that my microphone wasn't working, HE CAME TO MY HOME TO PICK UP THE PHONE, so it could be assessed and repaired or replaced accordingly. Daniel then went out of his way again, to drop off the phone at my home, once the mic was fixed. Unmatched customer service. Thank you, Daniel. I will see you soon for some data transfer and backup.

A friend recommended this service to me after I broke my phone screen. I wanted to see how much a repair would cost. Was advised a new screen was $200+ tax. I asked if the phone could be inspected prior to committing to a new screen as I may consider using the phone until my contract was up. The technician charged me for the inspection and later told me the whole screen was now busted (as opposed to partially). He left me with no other choice but to pay for the brand new screen even though he did not warn me about the risks of opening the phone to inspect. The unpleasant attitude of the technician made the whole experience so much worse. He was extremely rude, defensive and evasive. I would recommend you stay clear of this store if you have the option.

I just finished with CPR and I can tell you that the experience was great. They fixed my phone and had it ready as promised. I went to Apple and they guided me in the wrong direction and had me buy a new phone. I would use CPR again and not hesitate to recommend my family and friends either

They charge way to high if you dont know any better, it would already be seems like a scam lol.

Called for a quote and they were very professional, honest and helpful in trying to assist me in finding the best place to repair my phone. They did not just want the sale but were genuinely interested in providing any guidance and knowledge they had to help.

I didnt actually end up buying anything, as the tech informed me that due to cost of materials it would likely be more economical to go to Samsung for a repair. He couldve just kept the info to himself but he was honest. I will definitely go to this store for future repairs.

Total life saver. I brought in my water damaged phone and within 2 days they fixed it! When I spoke to CPR on the phone I was told there was no guarantee my phone could be fixed, I appreciated the staff tempering my expectations and was all the more pleased when my phone came back good as new!

I received amazing service from this shop. The guy was honest, polite and very thorough. Couple weeks after I spoke with him on the phone, he fixed my broken screen within hours. I would have loved to give five stars for his stellar workmanship, but I was disappointed he didn't bother wearing a mask for either of my trips to the store. Otherwise, really good work and very honest staff.

I really recommend this place if you ever need to get any electronics fix. They are very professional, reasonably priced, and efficient. Also very respectful, they are pretty good with response time to emails or calls. Also it is possible to have your device fix the same day if parts are in-stock. That's why I give it 5 stars

This high rating is based on virtual dealing with CPR (because of the COVID times).
I requested for a call-back when my call went unanswered. I was called back = Full marks.

My concern was fully heard and answered in a professional manner = Full marks there too.

I had an idea what needs to be done for the phone trouble my wife was facing, CPR team didn't ask for bringing the device but instead offered help free of charge. Again full marks.

Overall interaction with CPR = Full marks.

I use them for unlocking my phones and they are great. I'll take the drive to them because I trust them. I don't trust other fixing places
I took another phone there to get something replaced and it didn't seem to be the issue but what I dont understand is why they don't have the parts in to do the job properly as it needs to be compared between different different parts.

My iphone 7Plus would not charge despite the cord and others charging my husband's phone no problem.
Apple store gave me an appointment 2 hr later (!) so I called CPR, who had fixed cracked screen in the past.
A REAL LIVE KNOWLEDGEABLE PERSON answered (no 'leave a message') and said he'd seen cases of 7 and 7Plus having problems after the new operating system (that had downloaded automatically overnight). But bring it in.
3 people lined up outside but after 5 min.a gentleman came out, apologized, and 'triaged' (ask each person why they were there).
In my case, took my phone inside to check it out.
Turns out it just just needed a clean (isopropyl alcohol where the cord goes in) - though I had checked this / tried to suck out any dirt myself.
NO CHARGE. 10 min.total.
I bet Apple would have tried to sell me a new phone.

The employee was rude and condescending and dismissed me by saying “what you want is impossible” and the task was later on taken care of, by another repair centre.

Also, in an effort to have the upper hand, the owner of the store in a response offered to inquire more about the situation but in the meantime tried to discredit my review by stating that they don’t have any record of me in their system. Which was because they did not even tried to help me.

50 50 experience. Even though they fixed my phone but it’s started working slower and the battery started to warm up

I took in my PS4 for a repair, it took them 1-month to get back to me, only to let me know they can't fix it. Not only was I charged $80 without any results, they put scratches on my console. I do NOT recommend anyone to go here, especially if you're keen on keeping your devices scratch-free and dent-free. Horrible experience.

Went here after another repair place was obviously just interested in selling me a new phone. At CPR they were honest, fair and quick.

This guys are amazing they went above nd beyond. I'm not computer savy so they help me by getting in contact with rogers and finding the problem they explain was going on in plain english they were with me for a good 40 mnts and they were pleasant to deal with.i would say this is my 4th time in here maybe 7 or 8 yrs always someone different but always polite and helpful.

Brought an S8+ in for repair.
Spent $130 for a new battery, had to return multiple times because phone wouldn't charge after reaching zero. Paid another $30 to "boost" the battery so that it could charge back up again.
Experienced the black screen of death a few days later, wont blame this on them, however phone battery drained back to zero and won't charge back up. Going to give someplace else ago.

Staff was knowledgeable and I guess friendly, however, hard to recommend as I've lost trust. I'd suggest checking out other places in the area, I'm sure you could get a better price

By far one of the best store front cell repair shops around. Call for on the spot repair, drop off and pickup in a few hours. Staff are great, knowledgeable and walk those that are less tech savvy through the process which is comforting, not going to take you for a ride. Highly recommend.

Fantastic customer service. Quick and efficient repair. They do stick by their word, their work and their warranty. No hassle repair and replacement using factory not aftermarket parts. Well worth the money.

I went in thinking the screen on my phone had cracked. The man was very helpful and honest. He pointed out that it was just the protective cover and saved me ~$100 by only replacing the cover. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes with a fixed phone. Thanks guys!

My power button wasn't working and I couldn't get my blackberry to turn on. The man behind the counter somehow turned on my phone in three minutes and now all buttons are working. I asked him if he wanted some money for the repair but she had said no. Thank you for the help I greatly appreciate it.

I came here to repair my phone for the first time ever. I didn't really know what to expect or how long it'll take but overall my experience at the store was good. Depending on the situation it should be a fast repair, it's a bit pricey for some repairs, and overall good costumer service. I would gladly recommend this store to anyone who is looking to repair a device.

Amazing service, and super quick work. Had a badly cracked Galaxy S9 screen and they got it looking brand new in less than 2 hours.
