The service was great, the food was nice and hot when it arrived at our table and there wasn't a long wait for our meal. It was busy but didn't seem loud.

A group of my friends and I went to Crabby's to enjoy the football game and upon sitting at the table we waited for a while before a waitress came and took our order. When the waitress came I placed an order for Sweet Thai wings and when they arrived I got no ketchup, no utensils and also no napkins at all. We also had other persons who joined our party and it took forever before they came and took the order for a drink. It was an absolute nightmare and meanwhile the entire time the Manager Sat down at a table with his friends drinking while the girls were running around to other tables all night. No one even bothered to ask if we were ok all night and when we stopped them they kept saying the bartender is our waitress. After eating my wings I realized there was hair on my plate and my entire stomach was disgusted. I will never return to Crabby Joe's on Dundas Street in London it was my first and last time.

Crabby Joe’s have become our favourite now. Love the service, the food and the ambience. My favourite is buffalo chicken quesadilla and smoky bacon flatbread.

I've only been there a handful of times over the years but I haven't had a bad meal there

We sat down for 15 mins before our order was taken and that’s only because we spoke to a waitress. We also waited over an hour our food! So slow

I took my family here to have a change of scenery as my sister was diagnosed with cancer and this was the first day she felt okay to go out for dinner. We did have a bigger group.

As we waited for our waiter - taller, blond, wide frame clear glasses, black sketchers shoes, caucasian (M) - as she approached our table she said under her breath “oh my God” as she walked towards our group. Luckly, I was sitting side ways and I was able to hear it. I don’t know if she was having a bad day or just didn’t like serving people with a language barrier. But throughout the time we were there this individual was short and impersonalable; very disappointing as I’ve come to this location many times. I usually brush this off but its been a very stressful time for my family and we just expected something different to lighten the mood. Owning my own business I value very much great customer experience and this was not a great example. 09/16/23 10: 00pm.

I went with my friend. The food was very good and came to the table fast. The drinks were prepared as we requested them and really good. The waiter was very attentive and polite. It was a great girls day!

This was the first time we had ever been. It's the last. We sat on the patio. Felt we were disturbing the girl who brought us outside. Sat there for about 10 minutes. Not even offer of a drink. We got up and left. Will not be back.

Wait time is sometimes 1 hour for the food to arrive. Very frustrated. On average around 30-40mins, which is ridiculous. Food is good though.

Just stopped in for a drink on a Wednesday night. Was packed! Service was great, and it was packed, so it was loud, but overall, it was a good place.

Love the service most of the time have some regular your servers that take care of us very well food is very good service is excellent friendly funny in general definitely a 9.5 out of 10

Horrible service this my second time both times I got bad service asked to sit on the patio the waitress told us they were overwhelmed they need a break so we set inside the food was not the greatest eather took forever to get our bill I won't waste anymore money there twice was enough.

Great service, nice patio, perfect weather. Few wasps. Ok food, just okay. God place to hang out with friends

It's a hit or miss with this place. Today was good but sometimes it's not so good. Needs to be more consistent

Refried Fish?

A year ago today I took my mother in law and family out for a birthday dinner. Three of us ordered fish. When our fish arrived it was dark and hard. I've never had food more petrified in my life.

All other orders that weren't fish at the table were fine so the chef wasn't incompetent. The temperature and consistency varied throughout which indicated a few things. It would be bad enough if the chef had over cooked the fish but unfortunately that is not what happened here. The ONLY explanation for the condition of our food was that it had been fried not once but twice. Its hard to believe that someone could have rejected their food and they let it sit around in the kitchen until the next poor person ordered fish.or that a waitress had the wrong order in the first place or that they brought our fish to the wrong table and had to send it back through the kitchen and this was their way of sanitizing our food.

Truly there is no explanation for the most petrified food I've ever eaten in my life. The entirety of the breading was left on our plates because it was too hard to eat. My mother in law sent hers back and just asked to be charged for the one piece. My father in law and I were too polite to complain. I regret not having done so.

A year later and it is her birthday again. I'm going to joke about going back to her favourite fish place.

I've literally never been more disappointed in a restaurant and I've been to some pretty divey bars. I meant to do this much sooner and back when a dinner like this used to be a huge expense and a very big deal for me, I certainly would have. Regardless of the expense its unfortunate that my mother in law was so disappointed but also too polite to say much about it even to us.

Refried Fish

Always loved Crabbies, great franchise. Poor management, under staffed on busiest night of the week. Not good. Will change review of they smarten up a bit.

Didnt get what I ordered.been a year and half since going inside to eat.i didn't receive what I ordered and food overcooked

We never know where to go when We come to london so we decided to try.crabby Joes. The place was hopping with lots of customers when we arrived but the food was awesome. 1/2 price appetizers! We ordered 40 wings @ 79 cent wings (they let us split up orders with various sauces and order all flats or drums). Nachos smothered in cheese and chicken quesadillas. They also had Cold beer for $5. We had real menus and a Fantastic waiter. Bill including tip & tax was $80

So glad We took a chance and came here. So much bette than our experience at Jack Astors a couple weeks ago.

Had a great experience yesterday at this location on August 10,2021 for dinner because our waiter was amazing. Her name was Lindsey and she waited on us out on the patio. Busy evening but she always made communication with any inquiries we needed and check in. Super friendly and very attentive.

By far the best Crabby Joe's I've been to. Food and service were both great. The restaurant was very clean as well

Food was good, if not the most amazing meal you'll ever eat. The waiter we had was excellent and the service was quick. I saw staff cleaning amd sanitizing places where people touch (door handles and such).

Not much more you can ask for in a restaurant.

Very nice patio, it's so nice to be out again! Our party of three ordered sandwiches and tacos and the food was good. 5$ draft beers were tasty. Very polite and competent waitresses. I will definitely be back this summer.

Little disappointed at the lack of vegetarian or vegan or even plant based options. Not one app suitable for non-meat eaters, like battered mushrooms, cauliflower bites etc.

Had to have deep fried pickles and onion rings. Come on crabby Joe's it's 2021, get with the program!

Other than that the food was very good, my guests all had non vegan choices and were quite happy. Server was fast and friendly.

The only other suggestion is the hostess was simply telling everyone "we're full", we had to ask if we could wait for a table and the response was "if you want but you have to wait outside". We thought they would have been more welcoming to be business and perhaps suggested we wait.

The wait was short and we were seated almost right away.

Honestly, the service is great, the people are amazing. This is for sure is the neighborhood pub! First, second and last stop of the evening!

Food and service is good. Covid rules do not seem to hamper dining experience. Other than closing early.

Crabbys on Dundas in London is my favourite date night restaurant. The atmosphere is always relaxed, the service is great and the fish 'n chips are excellent (nachos too!)

Service was amazing! And no forced masking here! I respect the few restaurants who still have the dignity to offer service to masked and unmasked customers alike. Also recommend trying the loaded cheese fries, with chicken on top.

Tonight I accidentally placed a pick-up order online instead of a delivery order. I wanted to have a meal delivered to my cousin who is staying with her child at Victoria Hospital for 2 days. I called Crabby Joe’s and explained my issue. Nate at Crabby Joe’s offered to pay the delivery service himself and said that I could etransfer the delivery cost to him later. Amazing and thoughtful customer service! THANK YOU!

Worst customer service ever! From the management, the serving staff and the front hostess they have no customer etiquette! Horrible experience, I would not recommend this location

I have been a regular customer for years never had a waitress been so rude as this past Saturday. So disappointed
. I didn't recognize the waitress.but i wont be going back any time soon.

I love the service here! I come by on Thursdays after work and I am always greeted with a smile and the servers and bartenders are happy to serve me and chat with me! This is a diamond in the rough!

I have been ordering take out from here quite often since we've been locked down. I am so impressed by this location. Food is always delicious, I normally get a few substitutions and they always get it right, they are always super friendly, and my meal is normally ready in under 15 minutes. Can't say enough about this place. Thank you!

Great time! Everyone physical distanced themselves and great service. Waitress was absolutely gorgeous, very polite and quite courteous to our needs! Hostess was very nice as well

Very rude,
Asked us to leave the property by 11 pm, which is to be followed according to the new rules due to covid but in very rude way, could have said politely.

Place indicated it was open until 12Am, door sign said they closed at 11PM. Wasted 30 mins driving in for nothing.

Service was good, prices reasonable. I forgot my take away container at the table and when I turned back to get it, it had already been disposed of.

On december 8 2019 we had the unpleasant task of saying goodbye to my motherinlaw! Between the visitation [2-4,6-8] we went to Crabby Joes on dundas street east[London Ont] for supper because it was close and having been there before knew it was good. We were met at the door by the manager? And we said there were going to be about 20 of us for dinner [there was actually only 15 of us that showed but were unsure at the time] He said that he and his staff were unable to accommodate us because we were such a large group and he did not have staff enough.you would think a place in the service industry would be a little bit more prepared, especially at the dinner hour! We then asked what would happen if we walked in four at time and asked for five tables? All separate customers. We were turned away. We then went to another place down the road of which handled all of us with ease and proffesionallism. THANKS FOR NOTHING CRABBY JOES DUNDAS ST EAST LONDON ONTARIO. JUST REMEMBER THE BEST ADVERTISING IS WORD OF MOUTH AND I NOR MY FAMILY WILL NEVER BE BACK! I HOPE THE OWNER DOS'NT FIND OUT. Gary Cook

Really disappointed in our service with Alyssa last night. She was quite rude, disengage, and very forgetful. She avoided our table, most of the night drinks were empty and had to track her down (or get other servers to get things for us) other tables in her section had beers on them before the other ones were finished but she couldn’t get us the ones we ordered 15 minutes before. Or the water we asked for 3 different times. I would get if it was insanely busy but it wasn’t.

Great food and atmosphere but it's a bit tightly packed. But I guess that just shows that it's a popular place

Had Luke as our server tonight. He did a great job! My wife is diabetic and was having a low, luke basically ran and grabbed her a coke. At the end of our meal I asked him if there was tip sharing. Whether there is or not he deserves every cent I gave him. Fantastic job luke! 09/15/2019

Always a wonderful experience when my family dines in. I appreciate that it's kids-friendly with the colouring/activity pages and crayons that they provide to keep the tots busy while waiting. The staff are typically superb! My personal faves are the bruschetta, Cesar salad and chicken wings!
