We came for London Telugu Association Sankranti sambaralu event all the way from Oshawa, enjoyed so very well

We went for family dinner at Crabby Joe's liked lobster, nachos, Coco shrimps, Crabby combo, Chicken Parmesan, kids pizza, vanila mixed chocolate delicious icecream.

Thank you so very much, we'll surely visit once again

Very slow service for not being busy, spent way longer there then needed for apps. The server was not attentive, some of the ordered food was never brought, never came back with drinks. All in all ill try to avoid this crabbies in the future.

Found the waiter to be a bit pushy, I still had food on the plate and he kept asking if we had finished. We were only there for an hour!

Ordered online, was told 20 mins.
Show up after 20 mins and they forgot my order. Waited half an hour in the dining room

We had a fantastic time thanks to our server Claudia, she provided us with a top quality service something you would get in a higher-end restaurant. Thank you again and the food recommendations were excellent definitely recommend it.

The food and service was fantastic. We went after 9 for half price apps, totally worth it. Our waitress was on point and the food came out fast and hot. The patio is a great size, perfect for a drink under the stars.

Quick seating, I liked the dish I ordered, nice restaurant atmosphere. I recommend sitting at a booth, the normal chairs hurt after a while despite their cushion.
I asked for takeout containers, and sauce containers for my group. I directly ordered Nacho's for takeout from the waiter, my brother's ordered more food via the menu on their phone for takeout while we were seated and those were all delivered to us before we left.

Attended this location to celebrate our nieces boyfriends birthday. The enthusiasm and number of staff singing to him was awesome! Overall a great experience. If there was anything we didn't care for, it was a little long for our food to come and it came one plate at a time. Still trying to figure out though how a penne noodle ended up in a fajita dish also hmm. Aside from that, food was good tasting!

So apparently you don't do covid screening on your patrons, just had our anti-vacer brag about going out for dinner with his Dad.

Deep fried pickles are huge! The pecan salad - huge, like shareable size. Then the burger my date had was massive as well. The message here is to show up hungry.

Quality is bang-on for a restaurant that's a notch above pub food. Prices are the usual $15 and up.

Ambiance? Not so much. Family type with typical wooden tables and booths. At least they are a decent distance apart.

They are extremly rascist, once me and my friends came in to dine at the place and they not only treated us differently cuz we were indian but even delayed an order for soo long that the people who came after us were served. The waitress there was very rude to me, as i had told her to add drinks only later on. The most striking factor i felt was that when we bad asked for a better seating for the 7 of us they didnt oblige for an arrangement of any kind, instead when other people came in and they set up a seating for them immediaty and served tbem. And to top it off they thought we were going to leave the restaurant without paying when i left to get my purse from my car

I used to enjoy the half price apps, but recently the food has been downright discussing. It doesn't seem like the cooks know how to do their job, the wait staff is all new, and in general The Establishment just seems like it's gotten a lot worse since covid.

Fabulous restaurant extremely awesome staff, food was amazing, we were a table of 10,4 of which were children, our server was amazing and the food was fabulous! Loved it and highly recommend it! 5+ stars

Amazing taste and service. Ordered AAA beef sandwich, kids pasta and shrimp bowl. All so yummy! Wish to come to London again only because of their food. Great service. Plus they have kids eat free on Sunday!

I've been here a couple times weve gotten steak n wing combo, club house with fries n gravy, ribs n fries SO GOOD. Today I'm getting cashew chicken bowl, husband is getting the clubhouse again n son is getting a steak sandwich with onion rings. LOVE THIS PLACE

Great place very clean and hood looking with good prices for the food and one of the best burgers I've ever had was there bacon and cheddar.

Had a pretty bad experience at this place. I ordered my food and I did order other food to go but not mine and she put my in a two go and so I didn't eat my food and then they messed up my sisters food and then they charged us pop that we never got. The whole night just was awful and things just kept happening and the witness just said sorry but mistake are made. I think mistake are made but not that bad. Are witness was Alexe she kept messing up and she didn't even wrote down what we wanted so that's the first red flag she could of wrote are orders done and not made the mistakes she made

Just ordered from ubereats and paid $16.49 for what looks like the ribs of a small bird and a handful of fries. Insane. Gave this restaurant a third chance out of decency because the other two orders were also pathetic. Thanks crabby joes, I’m officially done.

Food was delish. Good portions. Server was delightful, friendly and helpful. Nice patio. Good covid practices!

Went on a Tuesday evening and received half price appetizers and pitcher of beer, they were very busy had to wait a while for the server overall it was enjoyable.

The new patio outside is great - lots of room and you still get a bit of protection from the sun.

As a frontline worker, I parked there for 4 hours, sometimes 8 in the morning (until 11am or 2pm at the latest, they dont open until 4pm btw) I always made sure I am never impeding their customers parking space. I got a letter from the owner to not park on their empty lot during a lockdown and stay at home order - when no one is supposed to leave their house - makes sense? Not to me. Thats a 1 star from me mainly because of the irrational management.

Horrible customer service! Will never recommend this location. The employees and management is beyond rude and have no customer service etiquette. This location has ruined the brand of Crabby Joe's and its affiliates. Congratulations!

We got fired from work across the road so we went out here to drown our sorrows. Some things you just can't drown.ever try sinking a balloon?

Very friendly, professional wait staff. Clean. Covid protocols in place. Food was hot and tasty. Great peach sangria. Always reliable, consistent and satisfying.

Overall decent experience. Server was friendly. Half price apps. Couldn't get booze after 9. Would be nice if it didn't go from a dim light atmosphere to lights being completely turned on 10mins before 10pm. Felt rushed out before finishing our meal.

It was a really bad experience going to crabby joes because chicken wings are cold and saggy. Nacho was also cold and the chicken on top of the dry and wasnt smelling good at all. Final that we order was disaster. The cup that they served the icecream was a soup bowl.and the taste wasn't even close enough to regular icecream that we usually eat anywhere else.nobody could eat it!

Really good food and service today. The waitress was efficient and friendly. All of our food was super fresh and hot. The renovations look very nice and it really opens up the place.

Mediocre food, my steak tasted more like hamburg meat and wife's fish was very greasy. 4 dollar tip was not even acknowledged by the server i guess she expected more for just bringing food to our the table. Won't be back.

My family likes to go there. Very friendly and polite staff. The food is excellent and prices reasonable.

We stepped in for a quick dinner on our way home. We were seated promptly, and the waitress was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating (we had a tired infant with us). Our meals arrived quickly and were delicious (cashew chicken bowl and fish and chips). We asked for the cheque before we were done, since the baby was getting fussy, and we were all paid up and out the door in no time. A very good experience.

I love Crabby Joe's, wish there was one in St. Catharines again. Very friendly staff and good is great!

I went here the other day for some dinner with family. I love the half price apps after 9 so much food and really great price. I was there at 8pm and was disappointed that they do not start their half price@ 8pm like dundas. I was there already so I decided to stay and eat. I ordered the loco spicy burger. I was skeptic about ordering it as there burgers are always over cooked and their buns super dry. I was surprised to eat a fantastic burger all though the baked potato could really be done better. 5 star rating based on the burger and the amazing service given. This location never disappoints.

Been coming here for years. Love the steak, and the chicken fajitas! I miss being able to draw on the tables, but they probably wanted to make the place look more classy. Either way, one of my favourite restaurants that I will always return to. Staff are always kind!

My boyfriend and I came for dinner last night (Friday July 19th 2019) we asked to sit on the patio, we were brought out to the patio and seated with our menus. And then we waited.and waited.and waited. We had our drinks, apps, and entrees picked out and ready to order. We had at least 5-6 servers come out onto the patio to tend to other tables, to look at us with our closed menus (making eye contact) but ALL of them completely turned a blind eye and no one tended to our table after 25 minutes. You’d think if you seen someone ready and waiting like we were, someone would come over and asked if we were okay. Nothing. I wasn’t about to flag a server down to get service, because that’s not the customers job. I would understand if it was a packed house but it was not nearly as busy as I’ve seen it when I’ve been previous times. After 25-30 minutes of picking out our food and drinks and servers ignoring us, we were getting hungry and fed up. We grabbed our things, left the patio and went to another restaurant. Not saying this is a bad establishment as I very much enjoy Crabby Joes and have had good experiences at this exact location but this was such a bad experience.: (

The appetizers were excellent sweet potato fries with great dipping sauce and something likeba pizza great!

The food and service were absolutely fantastic. My whole family loved every bite (except I don't like asparagus but that's on me for not asking what the veggies were). Will definitely go again

The wings were decent but you really cant screw up wings so it's hard to.give them credit for that. But the burger is literally the worst burger I've ever had in my life. It was so dry and had no flavour at all, it felt like I was biting into cardboard. I'll be avoiding this restaurant in the nearby future for sure.

Great family place, unless there is a sporting event. Kids still eat free on Sundays, food is great.

It was great. Watched a Raptors game with friends and enjoyed ourselves, the food, drinks, good service and a great atmosphere. The prices are low for a good quality food menu. 1/2 price appetizers after 9. Highly recommended

Service was good and I appreciate kids eat free Sunday. However, the new chicken and procuitto sandwich I had was unbelievably salty. Someone definitely did not calculate how much salt procuitto adds to a sandwich and forgot to tone down the salt in the chicken and sauce. Yuck.

It was only ok this visit.came in to watch the basketball game and sat at the bar. Overall, the nachos I ordered were as good as usual.
However, not once, but twice, the same server tripped over my chair leg; the second time, spilling beer on other patrons. There was definitely enough space behind me for her to pass - not sure what the problem was, but never received an apology or anything.
The bartender who served me never mentioned the fajita special, never asked me if I like anything else like dessert.just presented my bill as the game was ending. I don't usually have dessert, but I had been looking at the table talker, so there was a visible signal that I may be interested. Oh well, that's money out of the pocket of both the server and the restaurant owner.

The fries are shoe string which were too salty and chewy dont recommend it. My mushrooms were also very salty. I wont be going back.

Management and servers were accomodating, would make me want to come back. I ordered a turkey club with onion rings and it was more then I expected to get. I will be back!

Attended for a meal while in the city on business. Facility was clean modern and in good order. Quiet with not alot of people in the establishment. Waitress quickly attended to the table and took our order for drink and then shortly after for the meal. Waitress was pleasant and orderly but very conservative and serious. Meal was good but small portion and not much astetics. Overall not a bad experience and would attend in the future.

Love Crabby’s! Have good service most times. I usually get the Crabby Combo. I hate that they cut some things from the combo and can’t substitute anymore!: (I’ll be back though.
