We got nachos and Cali wing.you don't get a lot for nachos anymore but it was still good

Our usual Tuesday night spot with wonderful Tina, our server. We love her personality along with her great service!

Alexa amazing service! She babysat our party of 50. Food was fantastic came out hot and fresh. Drinks flowing and amazing place ti celebrate any milestone or just to grab something to eat. From booking our party to setting up our bills A+ service and attention to detail.

This place is always a Thursday night spot for my friends and I! And there's nothing like eating some good food, watching sports and getting served by our favourite waitress Elyssa! She is always the nicest person and has the absolute best customer service and we never consider our weekly trips there fully complete without being served by Elyssa!

Stopped by for some grub and ordered the beef nachos. Kyla, and her amazing service served us, a friendly and pleasant experience. The nachos were awesome. Thanks.

They were out of wings and didn't tell us until we were ordering which was quite off putting. Also the bathroom was very messy.
My meal was absolutely fantastic! I loved the sizzling fajitas! The lady who served us was so nice and the staff was very attentive! Will definitely come back again!

Our server was great! Rawan was phenomenal with all the drinks! Food was yummy to so can’t complain

Went there for lunch last week. Server was friendly, but busy. Chicken Caeser Salad was good, but on the small side. Base tip on the POS was 18% with higher options available. Call me old fashioned, but I always thought that 15% was the "standard" tip. My overall experience was acceptable, but not memorable. I've been there a number of times before, and the reason I stopped there on this day, was for the ability to enjoy a tasty beverage with my meal. For those purposes, this restaurant easily fulfilled my needs.

Excellent food & good prices. Also good bar to sit & have a drink. Very friendly staff.

1/2 rack rib and fry combo
Ribs were little rib tip things and it was flat. Something you’d expect on an airplane or on a TV dinner. They did taste ok but small and underwhelming. Frys we’re ok.
Combo was $12
Ribs were just low end. Money aside I wouldn't get it again.

Burger and salad
Burger patty was super unappetizing. It looked like hash-browns from a old breakfasts spot where you see each shaved piece of the potato. But it was the beef. It looked super weird but the taste wasn’t Horrible but the look was a turn off and texture.

Salad was tiny. 4-5 bites. Was fine. But very small. Combo was $16 ish bucks. I’d value this combo around $10 on a good day

Ended up also ordering garlic bread because I wasn’t super happy with my meal. The garlic bread was delicious. 5 little garlic knot thingys so worth the $6.99
Best part of the meal

I usually get wings here and they have always been great. I should stick with what I know. Next time and there will be a next time. It’s wings and beer. That’s it.

We had a gift card so we thought we’d give it a try, we were pleasantly surprised, the food was good with great service.

The food was good but my son got sick at the end of the meal and the waitress/manager was very rude and made us feel bad that he was sick. He was already upset and embarrassed and she made him feel even worse.

I was at Crabby joes last night and wanted to write a positive review from what i witnessed while i was there. Reading the review below i would like to add my experience and input. I had Tina as my server and she was nothing but wonderful. As soon as the incident happened where the child threw up on the table she without hesitation aided this family and cleaned the mess even though it was not her table to tend to as far as I know. It just makes me upset when I see a one sided review. Other servers who helped clean up the mess were very helpful and professional about the situation going above and beyond!

Service was amazing, food was great. I wish I could remember our servers name because she was amazing. But she did have a great tat on her collar bone if that helps. We will be back 100%

Clean, friendly service, great specials and open later than most others so works for me after work late. Simple, convenient and a great go to for casual dining. Will be back.

I am in this area for work from the far side of Canada! From the moment I walked In for the first time, I was greeted with such a pleasant and the most welcoming introduction! My server on that same first night was so incredibly helpful and polite, that I already felt that I found my local! The food was amazing, and the service was unrivalled! I had previously worked in the hospitality industry for 18 years, and the way they had conducted themselves was professional, and personal at the same time! I was feeling welcome and taken care of from my first step into the establishment! I’ve been here away from home for 2 months and have not gone anywhere else, didn’t need to! I’ve gotten to know the owner and the staff very well, and would be proud to consider them as family! I have been here long enough to try the whole menu and had never felt disappointed! 10 stars out of 5! And I will stand by that! Thankyou to all of the staff! You have given me a home away from home!

My mom and I really liked this place as it’s close to her house. Always had good food, last time I went in alone and ordered what I always do and never had a problem before was the worst food I think I ever had. I couldn’t even eat it and when I tried to say something I got nothing but Attitude from the waitress and blamed me for not ordering something I like. Little did she know I order the same thing at least once a week. It’s sad that one horrible experience will stop he from going back but after that treatment I wouldn’t want anyone to deal with them. You couldn’t pay me to go back.

First time visiting since COVID restrictions have been changed. Our server had poor listening skills and needed constant reminder of our orders.

The food and service are what you expect at a Crabby Joe's. My only complaint is when the server brings the interact machine, tips start at 18%. I'm not sure what kind of experience they give at Crabby Joe's that entitles tips to start there but I haven't experienced it yet. If the ownership wants more money for their staff they should pay them more, not expect me to top them up above what is normal.

Went for sunday dinner on mothers day. The place wasn't super busy but it still took a while to get our food. The waitresses were apologetic enough for the wait time.
Thankfully everyone else in our group was ok, but I had ordered the Edgy veggie burger and I'm not sure if it was expired or cooked wrong? I thought it tasted weird but I was too hungry to bother complaining. Sadly I got very sick, spend majority of last night and today in the washroom.
My friends may go back but I certainly won't.

Pretty good. Very busy, very loud. Food was good. Big portions, good quality. We ordered an appetizer platter to split and two milkshakes. It was enough food for two.

Food was good as always, service was not so great at this location, will stick with the kitchener location.

I'm not sure what judge they were trying to impress but they sure as hell got my vote; insanely good and well made food

Fantastic experience. The building itself is gorgeous. The staff was friendly and got my order 100% correct AND my burger was amazing! Bun was toasted to perfection. All around, good stuff.

Crabbys is my all time favourite place to be in Beamsville. I’ve been going here for years and have never had a bad experience. The food is great, the workers are the best, and the atmosphere is incredible. They’re very accommodating and understanding if you need to change tables for more people or if they need to hold a table for you. Shout out to Ranya for being so awesome!

Our server was very good. She came by at perfect times. Was excellent but from my receipt I can't call her out by name. Was 2 pm on 03/08

Waitress was awesome, good was fair with the exception of the steak fajitas. The steak was very fatty and the tortilla which were like warm were served in a cold tortilla container which left the tortillas cold on the edges. The Tortias also were hard on the edges as if they had not been fresh. Not sure if that was because of (as told by the manager) the fact that they stored them in the fridge. We have been to different restaurants (LoneStar) where if you needed more salsa, sour cream or tortias it was free. This is not the case at this location where I advised the manager the issues with the steak fajitas. (Please keep in mind the other meals were fine.) The manager offered to remove the charge for the extra tortias we ordered. We ordered them hoping they would be fresher. I was told that the quality of steak was out of his hands as it's what they get from the butcher they buy from. I suspect that the manager was very new at being a manager and was just learning. If you take anything away from this review. If you want steak fajitas, go to Lonestar. If you want regular pub fare, Crabby Joe's is just fine. I asked for nothing of the manager, but based on the money we spent, I would have expected at least one of the fajitas to be comp'd.

Great apps, pleasant staff. But "Nashville Hot" sauce for wings is not Nashville Hot though, it's just Honey Garlic and Frank's Red Hot. That's called "Honey-Hot". Nashville Hot implies it will resemble Nashville Hot Chicken, which is typically a chili heavy spicy red sauce, sometimes with brown sugar for sweetness. There is no association to Nashville style sauces in this name. I dislike Honey Garlic and love Nashville Hot Chicken, so this little detail, however petty, was misleading and ruined the meal for me. Don't advertise that it's a Nashville sauce if it isn't.

Bacon on my burger was raw and inedible, burger was of the frozen variety as well and tasted as such.
Wife ordered chicken fajitas and was unsure as to the donenes of her chicken. She had 2 bites and spent the night in the bathroom.
This is the second time out of 4 visits that the food has been terrible.
Won't be a 5th visit.
With the amount of quality restaurants around you think competition would lead to better food.

We have made the Beamsville location a regular stop, the staff is extremely friendly, the owners are fantastic and care about their staff and customers. Food is always hot and extremely appetizing.

First time eating here and it will be my last.ordered nachos for take out with extra cheese and it came to $20, $14.99 for the nachos and $2.99 for the extra cheese. I was expecting to get a container with a decent amount of nachos that would at least fill me up a little but when I walked in to pick up my food I was presented a small size pizza box with about 25 chips and less cheese then I expected. Super disappointed.

A great place to go for great food and meeting friends. When we first moved to Beamsville we came here and our server Aimee made us feel so welcomed and at home. We enjoy now going every Tuesday for wing night and seeing Aimee and Nicki and having delicious wings. Love this place.

I went in with my family to have a nice meal. It was anything but. It was mediocre food and pricey for what you received. On top of that, there were only two tables in the restaurant including us and the service was so poor. We waited five minutes to be seating and I made eye contact with the waitress four times. We waited another ten minutes for drink and to order and the waitress was too busy talking to the other table so we had to wait 15 minutes to ask for our bill. We proceeded to wait another 20 minutes to recieve our bill because she was talking again.

Menu isn't great. Over priced deep fried etc. Server told group they had to switch tables TWICE so that bigger groups could have their spot. Not once.but twice this happened. Walked out and will not be returning.

I loved it. The bartender/server was awesome she was a prof.the food was awesome and it was perfectly located on my way to Niagara, I am glad I stopped by.the owner was delightful and friendly. I had lots of modifications for my (our) orders and they were perfect.will definitely visit again.cheers

I’m new to beamsville so I decided to give Crabby Joe’s a try and let me tell you It was an awesome experience. We loved the 15 dollars ribs they got and the 5 dollars beer all day everyday. It’s family friendly and sport bar. Can’t wait to try the half price appetizers.

The food was decent. Portion sizes were awful. Tiny portions for expensive food. No unlimited refills.

We've gone randomly over the years and it's been good, but since my BFF moved to beamsville we've been frequenting more than normal. I was thrilled to see the new "specials" menu for at least February (not sure how long it'll last)
3 courses for $20 - SCORE! I had the house salad, an amazeballs fish dish (It was a non-battered white fish, haddock? Tilapia? Delicious regardless!) Covered in diced tomatoes, arrugala, and red onion, with a delicious "they did something to it but I don't know what" white rice. - and a caramel carrot cake thing which was a perfect not too sweet but still delicious end to the meal.

I wasn't in the mood for the usual fajitas or nachos (they're delicious, we just had them like 3 days prior lol) this fresh, new menu was incredible!

If you like fish, try this dish!

Had an awesome burger here. Staff went out of their way to substitute and make it keto friendly with a very creamy Caesar salad. Hats off to the servers.

Great service! Me and my co workers meet here every Tuesday night to eat and plan for the week. Ever since we have started going to this location we have had Vanessa as a server. She has been patient, attentive and on the ball every time I see her. I will say it again great service and I recognize great service when I see it as I sell cars at St Catharines Volkswagen.

Attended as a group of 6 for lunch. Had the chicken fajitas as recommended from their specials. Quick service, kept up on drinks. Hot and yummy foods. Thumbs up!

First time at this restaurant and would for sure go back. Server was there when needed, but wasn't around too often. We ordered the bruschetta with a side of fries, Mayan shrimp bowl and wings with fries. The food came out fast, everything tasted good, and the portions were great for the price point.

We went for lunch after a hockey game and did not enjoy. My beer was warm and the flat bread bruschetta I ordered must have been pre made and sitting in the fridge. It was ice cold and the flat bread was as hard a a rock. It literally crunches like a cracker when I bite into it. I said something and a friend at the table said I know my pita bread that came with the spinach dip is so stale and hard as well. It’s such a disappointment. Two of the easiest meals to make and they were horrible.
