Good food, drinks & service and got us served and out in perfect time to make the Alabama concert at Budweiser Gardens

Our food was amazing.we had the bacon cheddar burger and chicken clubhouse. Carrot cake was absolutely delicious and the plating was very nice, service was great as well, our server always seemed to check in at just the right time.

I gotta say I was overly surprised how much I enjoyed it. The server was very attentive and the food was really good. Everyone in our group enjoyed it. My kid had the pasta and really enjoyed and I did the half rack + wings with garlic mashed. I was initially thinking a little small on the wings given there were only 5 but they were pretty big and tasty.

Ordered the cashew chicken pasta dish like I have numerous times in numerous different Crabby’s. Ordered it with a note specifying ‘very easy on the hot sauce’ - it came drenched in it. I think this was done on purpose! Could not eat it. Tried to get them to make good. The general manager would only suggest to order it on the side next time. A week later, still upset about it and I won’t order from there again!

Why email you now - you’ve known for a week and have done nothing about it to help the situation or you would have already instead of suggesting how I could do better ordering next time. You should have taken responsibility. Graham knows! No more energy for a company that didn’t care until it was posted!

Long waits on drinks. Was 40 minutes before we were asked about food orders. Left without ordering food, just paid for drinks.

Fast and efficient, had dinner. The primary reason for only 4 stars is the waiter didn’t mention the upcharge for extra seasoning to my wings.

They put up with me and my 7 friends and that speaks volumes. Food was great, drinks flowed well and their special offers (half priced apps after 9 and $5 draft during a leafs game) allow for a wallet friendly experience

Went there last night for half priced apps, the food was delicious. The service however, another story. She took our orders in good time and our food arrived in good time. Our server never came back to ask how everything was or if we wanted more beer. I had to flag her down to ask for mor sour cream fo my nachos which she finally brought when my nachos were done, and still charged me for it. We wanted to order more beer and a desert to go but she just showed up at the table with our bill without asking if we were even done. We were with a big group so we kind of wanted to sit and have som more beer. But i guess we were being kicked out. Oh and one of my friends didn't even get her food by the time we were being kicked out i gues, and she still wanted to charge her for it.

My kids' favorite place to eat. Food and service is always good. Wish they'd bring back the Bora Bora salad, though. Seriously. Bring it back.
