Honestly some of the best wings in town, very efficient, and I also saw how they handle a mixup great customer service to be had.

They genuinely seem to care about the experience you have.

Local gem for sure.

What I love about this place is the affordability and it still feels spacious and 'Covid safe' for those of us who have loved ones to protect. The staff here are very helpful. Its the one big chain restaurant and bar that is located downtown rather than by the highway and I value that. It is near the art gallery, the museum and movie theatre. We like to have a drink, split some nachos and talk about the movie we just watched or the game.

Food is great, service is great, but whoever deals with payroll keeps all the electronic tips, instead of giving them to the staff.
If you go here, tip in cash, so the wonderful staff actually receive it!

Second time my fiance and I have been here in the last 2 months first time was left waiting for 2.5 hours and the waiter returned 2 times asking us if we had received our food which he was supposed to bring out and last night ordered an appetizer that came out 5 minutes before we were to leave again after having to ask for it multiple times and the steak sandwich was horrible completely soaked dripping wet in liquid to the point the bread wasn't even edible was charged almost 100$ for what might've been 40$ worth of eaten food this will absolutely be the last time I come here which is disappointing as I live down the street

Worst place ever the food is disgusting I orderd nachos 26 dollars later it’s pathetic it looks like a 2 year old made it it certainly is not worth the money I paid sevice was horrible treated me like it was my fault my order didn’t go through on line. Why does the manager think he is superior to me isn’t the customer always right well not at Cabby Joes in Woodstock apparently the customer means nothing to them. Anyway won’t be setting foot near that dive ever again
So here we sit on day 3 yet the manager said I would have my money back in 2 days

Well here I sit still no refund 10 days now
What customer service gee makes me want to visit his establishment everyday

Went here for supper last night. My wife had a bowl and I had a steak. Both were excellent. Service was great as well.

Had a wonderful time this evening at Crabby Joe’s Woodstock. Food was great and the drinks were served quickly. Our server was attentive and responsive. Thanks for a great evening! Also, I like that they support Woodstock F. C.locally as well. We will go again soon! Highly recommend!

Always great food and drinks. The last time I went, food was literally at our table within 10 minutes of ordering. Great staff at woodstock location!

Oh man where to start this place is good the staff are friendly and quick when it comes to response time, Sydney, Preet Isabel, PP (forget her real name right now) and faith have been some of our waitresses when here and often ask for them when we had returned great location better staff

I’ve been coming to Crabbys for a while now and the service is always above and beyond. Sydney, Aleisha, Preet, and Tom are always going above expectation. I would recommend crabbys for anyone looking for a nice dinner, a fun night out, or a relaxed evening with friends.

Crabby Joe's was decent. Alyssa (or how ever you spell it) was awesome! She did a fantastic job and it was nice to have her.

The only good experience was a server. Other than that a cold soup, over-salty garlic bread, and (not so) sizzling main dish and totally awful tasting chicken bowl were served for 100 plus.

Kitchen open late on Friday nights which isn't very common for most bars and restaurants!

Disgusting food got a cheese sandwich delivered burnt and a lack of order on food on both orders. Don't order from them

Can't remember if I ate there, but I know I had a few the place is very appealing people are nice and the bartenders are very very easy in the eyes. I'm bad with names, but thank you for your hospitality lady's. I was actually thinking about heading there tonight.

Showed up at 11: 15pm. Was moderate busy, but clearing out.

Told the hostess (seater) we only needed 1 menu cuz we were just ordering desserts. She raced a head of us, dropped the menus and kept going.didnt say anything else

Waitress came over 6min after seated.
We ordered 2 (different) pops, 2 waters
Our desserts, one was no ice cream (due to lactose)

2 pops came, one was wrong.
No waters.

All 4 desserts came, "no icecream" HAD ice cream.one dish wasn't even what we ordered.
Thankfully Manager was close, so we got his attention, and things were fixed.

We finish our desserts, waitress comes by asks if we want the bills. Yes.

No tip was given due to lack of competence.

A snarky "okay. " was given after cash was paid

A tip is for going above and beyond.
Doing your job is the bare minimum.and expecting or trying to guilt a tip out of someone.isnt the way business should be conducted.

Obviously we will be back, but will ask for another server if we are placed with her.

Food was really good. The server was very friendly and always checked in on us. The bill also wasn't too bad. Definitely will be back.

The waitress was not attentive - I ordered the chicken parmesan and the chicken was hard, the noodles were hard and noone asked how my food was, nor why I hadn't eaten it when they came to collect the plates. We were out of drinks and didn't bother asking for refills as she didn't come back; we just asked for the bill. We haven't been to Crabby's in ages and probably won't go back.

Had some of the best Nashville Hot wings I've ever had, great flavor, awesome great. Flat bread was loaded and very tasty, onions rings were killer. Staff and restaurant were great!

My husband and I love going for drinks and half priced apps after 9pm. Always friendly staff and good food and drinks!

Great service great food unfortunately I went at night and to find out they were serving minors. Very disappointed at that but the food and friendliness was great
