I ordered the bacon and cheddar it came burnt I ordered a second one the second one was burnt and the waitress said it's not burnt it's just char-broiled.you be the judge?

Steak was very salty and tasted like rubber. When I told the waitress she seemed irritated and made no attempt to adjust the bill.

Food quality seems to have gone downhill. The fish was just barely OK. And the burgers were very processed and bland. Everything is expensive now. But asking for mayonnaise on a burger shouldn’t cost two dollars extra. The staff a great environment is fine. But there’s a reason that at suppertime there were only two tables including us. It used to be better. I wonder who’s managing it now.

We were here for our daughter's birthday and the food was just offal I had the clubhouse and the bacon was gray and just tasted off and the frys were cold and was over priced for what we were served we will probably not be back too bad as our daughter and son-in-law just moved to town.

Absolutely loved my meal, Danica was my server and she was very kind, caring and wholesome. Working hard to provide excellent customer service and I can tell she loves doing what she does. Always manages to put a smile on my face, my husbands face, my boyfriends face and my girlfriends face (its not a weird relationship unless you make it weird, we actually all love each other very much and we all sleep in the same bed together at night, 11: 30pm is bed time for us except on Fridays when we cum to crabby joes)

I was greeted with the warmest and most kind smile by ur incredible hostess. I have noticed tho that every time I am there she is working definitely being over worked. And probably underpaid. Considering how cheep everything else is

I just wanted to say that when i cam here my foodwas cold. Their’re were poop on my sandmich, hair in my drank and fingynails on my salaad.unimpressioned at the fact of these restaurant.server was disappoinful and inpleasent.

Great experience this past Sunday! Our server was friendly and helpful and our food was prepared so quickly. That plus finding out that kids eat free on Sundays means we will be back again for a nice family meal.

Beyond frustrated with this restaurant and quite frankly, I am done giving them opportunities to be better. Every single time I order the avocado and cashew salad, more than 2 of the ingredients are missing. If it’s not something missing, it is the smallest salad for the price. I am constantly reminding the staff to ensure it is made correctly and still there’s issues. This time, missing ingredients and rotten avocado. They have officially lost my business.

Awesome place, excellent service, our waitress was super extra helpful, the food was delicious (sorry I did not take any pictures this time, cause we were very hungry). Everything was amazing. Definitely going back. Thank you so much!

I have been here twice in 3 years, beer was flat and warm. Texas burger had rock hard beef jerky for bacon.

This location, is the worst arrived waited 10 mins for the bartender to come and get us drinks, took drink and food order, got food, Nachos were all so burnt to paper that you couldn't pull these off, not once did a server or bartender come back to table to ask if we wanted another drink, or even table check to see how food was, when the hostess asked if we wanted a box, I said not a chance would you eat this? Couldn't answer a question about who the manager was, so i could speak to them or the owner even of the location.every time i have visited they have been short staffed, and waiting always waiting

Decent lunch, no complaints. Service was a tad slow, but she was on her own in the bar. She made it up by having a great personality.
Should I be in Strathroy again, I'd go back.

Meh, fries were soggy, bun was soggy, fish was way over battered. Prices were high. Not impressed. Not the wait staff's fault.
Floors were slippery, and the place was kinda dank and dirty.

Place a order for delivery tonight when my order was delivered I was missing half the stuff it cost me 20$ for the first delivery the leos went back and pick up the stuff that was missing and cost 20$ more and I was still missing stuff from the order come on crabbys get it together I 70$ ordered turned in to a 110$ and still not right

We went with a group of 4 on a Sunday for lunch. Our server let us know that they had a fill-in cook at that time and to bare with them. The food was piping hot and delicious! This was our first time and if we find ourselves in Strathroy again, we'll be sure to be back!

I have been to this location 4 times over the years it's been open. The first time, I got into an argument with the manager over my order not being complete. The next two times, I walked out because the service was so slow. Came and took our drink order and never came back for 30 minutes. I had tried both these times to get the wait staffs attention (my kids were young at the time.) So we left without even getting refreshments. Fast forward to now. My youngest, home from university, talked me into revisiting this location. There were only 4 tables with patrons, so service was acceptable, and the server was very friendly. The fish I ordered was so over cooked it actually broke in two before it got to our table. My daughter ordered their loaded fries, which they are known for by young people everywhere. The fries were dry and over cooked, and the bacon was burnt. It seems that it's a hit and miss kinda restaurant and in my case it has missed 4 times

Had the wings here, they weren't that bad, not the greatest either. Waitress was friendly, however never checked on us during our meal to see if we needed anything. Our drinks ran out half way through our meal. Got the bill, and waited 10 mins for the waitress to bring the debit machine. Considering the restaurant was fairly empty. Not impressed.

We had a celebration there in the meeting room for my sister. The waitress was awesome, the ceasar was awesome, the wings were awesome.loved the onion rings! Grest place to host a get together

Don't treat there staff right, management is awful, needs big improvements! Just awful!
