The server was good but she was tasked with the whole dinning room by herself so service was slow. Only had one cook on so food took forever to get to the table after ordering which was unpleasant. The food was good and hot at least.
All I can say is don't go on a Sunday or you may be disappointed.

The food was good, but the service was lacking.
Everything appeared to be a waited from asking for drinks, receiving our drinks, food, and bill to leave.

The waitress seemed to be hiding

Was finishing dinner tonight and the staff started putting the chairs up on all the tables. We were the last couple in the dining room but it was not yet 7 pm. Manager was not available to talk to us. A new dining experience for sure.

We had a wonderful relaxing dinner and drinks lastnight. The food was awesome, great service and clean environment.

Crabby Joe's has really stepped up their game when ot comes to their menu. Their bowls and salads are excellent also the pasta and appetizers. Their fish and chip dish needs work as it tastes frozen from a box. The service is excellent and proportions are substantial for what you pay.

Ordered a steak and sweet potato fries, could have been packaged way better so that the butter from the steak didn't have every fry incredibly soggy. Steak was a 6/10. Not terrible not great. Cooked to medium rare as requested. The goat cheese flatbread was to die for.

Overall I personally wouldn’t eat here anymore. The one in Sarnia Ontario
30+ mins to get a menu when there was 5 tables and 15+ more me and 5 others left.

I been a cook for 10+ years so this doesn’t make sense. I’ll just leave it at that.

Called in a pick up order September 23 for pick up at 5: 30. I ordered a crabby burger no bacon no barbeque sauce and bun off to the side with fries and gravy an order of spinach dip and a cashew bowl with no onions and I picked it up brought it home, opened up the food sit down and eat, the burger was not cooked properly. It was overcooked. The fries were in the deep fryer way too long that they were stale and hard the spinach dip bread was hard as rocks stale with probably about a quarter cup of spinach dip for the price that is a rip off and my cashew bowl had absolutely no cashews at all.

When I called a Sarnia location, I explained to the manager herself it was confirmed the girl forgot the cashews. She had no remorse over the stale bread saying that she gets bread once every two weeks that I can come pick it up, but when I explained that the food would be cold by the time I came home just to pick up bread and cashews. She had no remorse she said next time I'm in to ask for the manager did not ask my name did not take my number did nothing. We literally ate a quarter of the food and the rest was garbage for 64 bucks. We threw about $60 worth of food in the garbage. This is poor customer service.

Normally don’t do this but I was served a ball of breading as one of my wings with the rib and wing combo. When I told the waitress she said it was fat from a wing, when I told her that was not from a wing but it was a whole “wing” she implied I was lying and shut me down. When I told her it was unacceptable and I wasn’t going to pay full price for something that wasn’t even food, she told the kitchen to make me new wings, wasting my time when I told her I did not want to wait because I was moving and had to get back to packing. The refusal to take even a small percentage of the bill off (wasn’t asking for anything without charge) was absolutely ignorant. Long story short don’t feed people literal garbage and call them a liar when they point it out.

Packed order wrong so spinach dip spilled all over the other boxes and bottom of the bag for $40 for wings and spin dip, I expect it to be in a container, not the bottom of the bag. Management took ownership, BUT did nothing to correct it, just said "oh I'm sorry". Spinach dip was my dinner and given it was spread over 2 containers and the bottom of the bag, i didnt get much. Worst delivery I've ever had and clearly from the packaging process

Visited on a Sunday with my family, restaurant was fairly empty. We waited about 20 minutes to be seated, when someone finally came, it turned out to be our waitress. I wish I could tell you her name, but she never introduced herself or wore a name tag. When she came back to take our order, we were greeted with, "ok, what do you want? " We were taken aback by the sheer rudeness of the statement, but we placed our order anyway.

Unfortunately, our food arrived in a disappointing state. Kids pizzas were burnt, the fries were overcooked, and the rest of the food was cold. When the server came back to check on us, she stormed away before we could even say anything about the quality of the food. At this point, we just wanted this horrible experience to end. We left disappointed and have no plans to return.

I strongly urge the establishment to address the issue with their servers. I have never encountered such rude treatment before. If you dislike your job to this extent, maybe consider other career options, as patrons who are paying for a pleasant experience should not have to endure such treatment. Customer service should be a priority and it was not present during our visit.

The food tastes like trash. There were literally only 5 customers in the building, and I got my drinks, but then I waited 30 minutes and had to ask to order food because she wouldn't come back.

I love the food and the people as well as the staff there. Such an awesome atmosphere. I’ve had Erica as my server and she’s wonderful, Rob, you’re awesome too, You’re all amazing. Shout out to all of you wonderful people, Erica, especially you, You’re amazing. Update, Back again and as always, the best service in this location. Tracy and William are amazing! Shout out to you!

Update, I’ve since been in this location many times and I always have fun here. Sarnia is the best location of all. The team of servers has changed up a little bit but the service is still the same AWESOME service it’s been. Glad Tracy is still with us. Tracy you rock.

Terrible atmosphere, service average. Food below par as we knew it was your special but come on. If I don't hear back then it's my last visit unfortunately.

Worst service I've ever had! Went in with my family and sat for 30 minutes without ANY service, not even an acknowledgment that we were seen!
I had to present to the bar to ask for menus, no apology and still NO acknowledgement!
I have been a server for many years and I have NEVER witnessed or experienced such ignorance in any establishment.
Crabby Joe's franchise should be embarrassed!
Will NEVER attend this establishment again!

In May of 2023 my mother and I stopped by on a Tuesday afternoon, some time between 1-4pm, for a late lunch. There were very few patrons which would be expected for this time of day however I wasn't expecting to wait over 45 mins for the Piri pasta.
My Mom had ordered a burger with fries and had commented about another table that was seated after us was already being served.

The hostess was rude, but the waitress was great. Waited for an hour for our food, then they brought me the wrong meal. The new plate was made promptly, tho.

Poorly managed. Game 3 of the Stanley cup and there's only 1 server in the bar area trying to keep up with a packed house.

One of the best experiences and a mist try dine-in place in Sarnia.
The food is amazing specially the spinach and artichoke dip is to die for.
They have quiet a vast variety of menu.
The deserts are just drool worthy at this place and I would definitely recommend this place if you need a dine-in option.

Amazing food, had a new waitress and they were swamped she did an amazing job, the food was most excellent 10 oz striploin cooked to perfection

Ordered a berry bash thing and it literally looked and tasted like gross water with junks of unprepared berries. I asked why and she said « The syrup that makes it red changes the flavour so we dont add it » I thought that was the point of it…?
