The food is good but I found the menu was limited based on my personal preferences. I'm not a foody so take my opinion with a grain of salt. Service has generally been pretty good. The biggest issue for me is that the restaurant can be quite noisy and it makes it difficult to carry on a conversation. It's not always like this but when the place is full, it gets loud.

Went there for the first time the server seemed like he just woke out from bed and serving without washing his face ordered steak well done it was not well done sent it 2 times until it was well done very disappointed.

Typical sports style “pub”. Service great but the food is dire.

Breaded chicken was mostly chewy over cooked fake breadcrumbs and little chicken. Burger was ultra processed meat.

Arrived around 7 pm, very busy, but gave the seat to the people who came after me and again asked the people who came after me. Is the priority of seat is based on colour or race of the person?

Great food good prices I had the big Joe my first time it was excellent. Sat on bar side checked out the sports while eating but a good atmosphere for dinning and sports watching

Was staying the night from out of town and decided to stop here for dinner. It was fairly quiet when we got there, seated right away and quickly served. Waitress was great, as was the food.

It’s a very basic food eatery, the food is good but nothing really pops out at you, but staff are very friendly and accommodating, they are still a good place to go to

The staff provided great service and the food was very good, but a bit expensive for what you get. This is usually attributed to Covid.

Service was great and the food was well priced. Drink prices during the leafs game was an awesome incentive.

Had a great time for my sisters birthday, she’s vegetarian and they mistook her for a vegan, however, they get bonus points for noticing she removed all meat and served a carrot and celery “cake”

Service was good. But the rib & wing combo is nowhere near as good as Montana's. The wings were super small and so was the half slab of ribs I got. Plus you don't get the option to choose your sauce on the ribs. I'm not a big fan of hickory/smoke flavour and that's what these ribs had. I was able to choose the sauce for my wings though. The gravy for my fries seemed really salty too. And I got a Caesar drink it there was almost no alcohol in it. All I could taste was Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce!

Popped in for lunch with a friend. Staff was exceptional! Present without hovering and always there the moment you need something. Timing is everything. Beer was cold and food was very good. Best club I've had in a while. Great time and really great service.

1 waitress only on our side. She was good though and didn't show stress. Menus were sticky.should be sanitized after use every time. Also the booths and chairs.especially with so many viruses going around, all surfaces should be totally cleaned properly and sanitized between customers.

Not very impressed with food and the way they handled our bill. First off, portion sizes are very small for the price. I got Ribs and chicken wing combo, very small wings and looks like they cut the ribs in half lengthwise so instead of getting a full half rack your really getting a quarter rack or spare ribs. My wife’s burger seemed fairly small and my kids pizza had hardly any cheese on it. Then when it came to pay the bill I wasn’t able to see it before I paid since the waitress already had the machine out. I thought it seemed expensive so I looked at the bill and we were charged for the kids even though it was Sunday kids eat free. I complained at front only for the waitress who seemed confused got the manager and no sorry just a couple $10 gift certificates instead just giving us our money back which is what I wanted since I don’t plan on going back.

We were there with a large group after a martial arts seminar. Great service and the food was excellent!

Came in with a group of people on Saturday night and the manager and staff literally treated us like the biggest inconvenience, they refused to accommodate seating our group together even though there were multiple options for adjusting tables, the manager was beyond rude and while we were trying to order the waitress got very rude to us telling us to hurry up because she “is on a timer”.
Certainly taking “Crabby Joes” as the trait for the workers and not just the restaurant name.

By far the best Crabbys I've been to. I normally don't eat at Crabbys due to way too many bad experiences with their food but we were in Stratford and wanted somewhere to sit and eat after 8pm. It was pretty busy but our waitress (Kenya) was really friendly, attentive, and great at her job. Our food was really good, the only thing that I wasn't fond of is how flat and cheap their grilled chicken on the chicken avacado club was but taste wise it was prett good pub food. Cesar salad was awesome, food came out fairly quickly and their prices were pretty decent. I would recommend coming here and if you have the same experience we did, you won't be disappointed.

Normally love coming here. Unfortunately didn’t get past the front desk today. Manager was incredibly rude. Simply requested booth or table side as my wife’s pregnant and got told very aggressively “ur getting put where I want you put”.

Edit: we waited 45 minutes in the parking lot for a call, nothing. Harvey’s it was tonight.

Cozy restaurant and bar. Their steaks are delicious and reasonably priced. Kids eat for free on Sundays. Appetizers are half-price after 9: 00 PM.

Went for a team lunch, while we were in town for a tournament! Servers did a great job organizing everything, kitchen did an amazing job! Everything came out fast and hot! Thanks guys!

Nice atmosphere with average foods. Portions are really small. Extra charges for letters that did not put in burger and a bit hot sauce. First time in Stratford and first time got charged for toppings in Ontario. Asked Server she told us it’s always extra for other restaurants as well. It’s not big deal for extra $2 but it leaves a bitter taste in our experience there.

First time here and have to say it was enjoyable. The place was clean, service was great and my Club Sandwich & Side Ceasar Salad were quite good.

Always a good meal, great pub style food. The menu has many options to choose from. They also have a large drink menu to choose from aswell. They also have apps half price after 9 pm.

We were seated without wait. The waitress was quick to stop by for the drink order. The $5 martini was delicious and the beer was cold. The kids got milkshakes that were topped with whipcream and a cherry - loved it. The food came pretty quickly. All the condiments were delivered to the table without asking - she knew all our needs. The food was absolutely delicious. Great night out as a family.

Food was ok. Service was slow, server had friends in at a nearby table and a friend at the bar, she spent much time chatting with them. Good, but not quite a wow experience.

The apps are allways great after 9pm. Our order just got forgotten for about an hour. But they made it up with excellent service.

Good wing Tuesday deal. Great flavour of wings and fingers. Fries need improvement though and are expensive. Service was ok but not the greatest

Wings' night here is a jewel of Stratford. The wide selection of flavors and beer makes a hard day of work enjoyable for days to come. If you come here, note that the wing pieces are huge but like really huge. A wing drumstick is literally as thick as a KFC leg drumstick and it's meat not coating. Hard to decide on what flavor to choose but a Cajun style is an ice breaker.

Arrived at just after 5 before the dinner rush, seated fairly quickly. Server arrived started off pleasant and it went downhill immediately following the drink ordering. Very short and displeased attitude overall. To be fair it started to get busy within 20 minutes after ordering, apps arrived quickly unfortunately our food was an hour after ordering was told it was taking longer not explanation otherwise. She continuously walked past without any acknowledgement had to ask for refills and was received with a brushing off response. Other tables that had sat down afterwards received there food, ate and paid and left. Never was asked how our food was, which I have never experienced at any other restaurant. Definitely won’t be back for a while.

Just ordered Cajun wings… seasoned with about 8 pounds of salt… I thought maybe the side of hot sauce would level out the taste… wrong! Even more salt used for sauce. Worst experience ever. I complained and got a bill.

I had a great experience at Crabby Joes Stratford. Food was delicious and the service was even better, even had a visit from management which is always a nice thing! They really care about what they do and you can see that:) Will be back!

Great experience! The food was completely fine, our server was very friendly, drinks were cold.

Had the lobster steak special. Lobster was mushy.bake potatoe tasted moldy.whole meal was cold. Wife's was the same and so was friends of ours at another table. Was not impressed. If you cant serve fresh hot food.then maybe you shouldn't serve at all.

Clubhouse sandwich was awesome. Waitress and service was friendly and fast. Fun night out. Would come back for sure!

My first time to enter Crabby Joe’s that I tried to order chicken Parmesan. It was so champ and love that! Wow! You guys try it for order! Cheerful!?

Amazing lobster and they weren't afraid to do my steak blue rare. It was delicious!

Just note if the picture for their lobster special has asparagus in it, that doesn't mean you're getting asparagus as the veg. I was a little disappointed, but kept that to myself because it's not really a big deal.

Awesome food, though busy on Sunday evenings. Incredible service! There was an issue with my order and five people (including the manager) came over to apologize for it and explain the issue. The server also immediately served our kids their drinks in large cups, to avoid needing refills later! 10/10 would recommend!

Ordered a steak sandwich and a wing&rib combo. The sandwich is fine but the wing&rib combo is totally overpriced!
I got four wings in the combo in total, all are pretty small wings and the rib is also small. Not worth the price.

We came for a bit of a late lunch. There was a private party in their back room that caused some very minor delays. Our food was great, certainly worth the wait. Our server was phenomenal, she was attentive, kind, and had a warm vibe. (I forget her name, but she gas a suble touch of blue/purple to her hair 10/10)

Not bad, and not great. Service was good. My food was just okay. Others I was with enjoyed their food.
Overall, just good.

Skimpy on the side of fries. Side house Salad was good. Nashville hot chicken tacos were cold and not spicy.

The service at this establishment was completely unacceptable. I waited over 35 minutes to get my drink. Never go here. The bicep lady is not a nice woman. Thank you very much

I like crabby joes, don't get me wrong but this visit wasn't on my top 10. So the service was wonderful, the host and the waitress were very helpful and friendly. But my food, not so much. I ordered the rib and wing combo. The ribs were supposed to be "fall off the bone" but they weren't. They were tough, chewy and had a greasy taste and a little dry. That is my only complaint. The wings were good and so was the dessert.

Excellent service and food. Everything was brought to the table quickly and steaming hot. They also have a great drink menu for the hot summer days.

I want to start off by stating that our experiences at other Crabby Joe's locations were always wonderful, but this (Stratford) location seriously underwhelmed. We were visiting from out of town and wanted to get some takeout as to avoid the recently allowed patio crowds. We ordered two pasta dishes and a steak sandwich, which we received without cutlery. Not a huge deal but this was mildly annoying because we had to run back for some. The real disappointment was the food, however. We spent $90 for three dishes and all of them had issues ranging from too oily, bland, overcooked, burnt/hard bun, soggy vegetables, garlic bread that was more like cake drenched in cheese and just overall not worth the money. We usually love Crabby Joe's and were extremely saddened to experience such a drop in food quality. We won't be back but I would advise the owners to get on quality control because whomever is running the kitchen, isn't properly checking what's going out to your customers.

Friendly, timely service. The food is/was delicious without substantial delay even though was quite busy.definitely will be a repeat customer and highly recommend anyone either living in, or visiting stratford to enjoy also.

There is a vegan burger option! It's wasn't the best I have tried, but I was happy as I as expecting to only be eating a garden salad

I adore this venue very much.theres a nice atmosphere. The kitcen is splendid.the service is effective and the personel is trained. The price is honest.greatly recommend.

Surely a spot worth visiting, the food is great and fresh, the rates are reasonable and it is consistently well kept in here. Keep up the good work.

I had the Big Joe burger this time and its a huge burger. It filled me up so fast it was so worth it. I always love going to Crabby Joe's.

Ordered the turkey club + ceaser salad via skip the dishes. Sandwich was overly greasy, salad came with no dressing. Service was quick.

A great dining experience and good value. Double burger was delicious. 10 wing special 0.69c. Caesar salad and Heineken draft all excellent. Dessert.doughy fries in sauce - enjoyed it. Would definately go again. Surprised I have not come across this excellent large modern sports bar chain restaurant in Toronto before. Excellent service from the young lady with the spectacles.

Love this C. J's staff is always very pleasant and the food was delish. Able to split our meal which was great.

Got take out tonight and when opening up my burger I had brown slimy lettuce and mushy tomatoe on my burger. Looks like they are using old produce that sat around while they were closed. Who wants to eat that, will not be going back there again

A waiter was eye balling my boyfriend all night and then a diffrent waiter came and pulled a chair out from beside me violently and was yelling at other workers behind the bar from beside me. The food is good but the service needs to be improved.

DO NOT GO HERE! I got food poisoning from a chicken ceaser salad. I dont even wanna know what other people could be getting from this place. If you gonna eat here at least be aware of that you chose of the menu. AVOID ANYTHING CHICKEN!

Chicken wings are on sale every Tuesday! Totally worth it. Fire & ice flavor is really good.

It was my first time in this restaurant and I will definitely go there again. The appetizer (chiken wings, cheese sticks, quesadillas) and steak were delicious.

This is a nice clean place to eat excellent food nice waitresses and my daughter was the best part of the lunch I had the loaded fries delicious my daughter had a chicken bowl with Rice and beautiful ball the food and the actual bowl

Very dissapointed with the service i recieved today.from the moment i sat down, i knew my waitress did not want to serve me.she was sent over by someone, who i assume was her Manager, and she immeditely looked angry and annoyed.i guess i was a table she did not want, and BOY did it show.throughout service, she checked on all her other tables, but not mine.she was cheery, engaging, and made conversation with everyone else, but not me.she barely even looked in my eyes.she never even came to see how i was doing, and didn't ask if i wanted a refill.i was with my mother, and they messed up her meal. (no big deal, it happens.) but again, the waitress was dissmissive and rude about the situation.any time she was "apologizing", she said it while already turned and halfway away from our table.thankfully, the other girls wandering around were kind and helpful.we love eating here, and will come back, but today was spoiled by this waitress.not impressed.

Good food. Nice patio, but you have to stare at the cars coming out of the car wash while you eat.

Great family restaurant! They have full renovated both the inside and out and man does it look incredible! It does not compare to the old style at all. This new renovation brings it to a whole new level. Server was fantastic! Always was checking on us to make sure everything was good. We were greeted as soon as we got in and were seated immediately. The food was great as well. They also have some Gluten Friendly options which is a major plus.

Wing and rib special - portion size was ample, honey garlic wings were delicious, crispy. Ribs were a disappointment though, tender, but devoid of any flavour, kinda spongy, boiled maybe? I would not order again. Fish and chips was very good, cooked though with no soggy breading, good flavour. Service was very good.
