Cranberry Hill Animal Hospital

I have been taking my pets to Cranberry Hill since moving to Kemptville 6 years ago, and have had exceptional service. The administrative team, vet techs, and veterinarians are friendly, kind, and compassionate. In the spirit of honestly there is one vet who was a bit too direct during a sensitive time for my liking, but I do know she had my pets’ best interest in mind. Since then I have asked to see other vets and have always had wonderful experiences with them. Most recently I have worked with Dr Laurie, Dr Kelly, and Dr Eric and they are fantastic.

The staff are the friendliest set of people I have ever encountered. I was with a family member who went for their animal so it was my first impression.they actually care about the animals, they know names and come greet them with enthusiasm! They are sweet and kind, and they educate and advise along with the exams. Everything was explained so we knew what's going on, and why, and you learn tips to better care for your pets too! Amazing group of people!

An hour and a half $900 later and they didn't tell us anything other than what we knew already. It's highway robbery and it's nice that they're nice people, but it's not about nice people. It's about the value of a service and their service is overcharged. I think they consider their profit more important than the animal

Always a positive experience. They take care of all your pet's needs that you ask for.without pushing or adding things they don't need. A first for me personally.

As a 25 year client it is always a positive experience, even the very sad ones. Wonderful team, caring and knowledgeable.

The staff at Cranberry Hill go above and beyond to give your pets the very best care. You can tell that these people actually love animals and love what they do. We are very grateful for the care and kindness we received for our little Steve French.

I cannot say enough good things about t he staff. They are caring, supportive, understanding and like family. They always listen to our concerns.

It would be nice if their weekly schedule was more consistent though- I don’t understand why it closes at 5 or 6 or 8 throughout the week
