I ordered 3 cronuts, 2 cookies and 1 creme brulee this morning. All was SO yummy and fresh, you can taste the love Jayne put in all her treats:) Cronuts were probably the bests Iv ever had in my life, and hubby said the same about the creme brulee. I also ordered pumpkin spice cups before and they were a 10/10 every time! She was so nice and welcoming every time I entered the shop, I hope the best for this shop and I wish she continues growing

Have stopped in multiple times when in the area. Have ordered a cake once and other times to grab baked goods for special occasions. The custom cake was very disappointing. Recently stopped into to grab a couple treats. Cookies had a strange chemical taste to them. Deserts dry or poor tasting. Negative experiences will most likely not return.

Got a brownie, cappuccino, and Cookies Monster cookie (chocolate chip and Oreo mixed into a cookie)
The brownie was pretty cake-like, not much chew. The cookie was good and sweet if you're looking for a sweet cookie. The cappuccino was quite unexciting, tasted heavily of milk with only hints on espresso, I don't think I'd try a drink here again.

We ordered a wedding cake, selected from the wedding cake tasting box, and it wasn’t what we received. It was inedible. We had 34 guests, and not one of them finished their pieces; most leaving it after one bite. That speaks volumes.
Communication from beginning to end was poor, and predominantly via email. Jayne didn’t give a straight answer, and we were met with roadblocks instead of assistance.
The cake looked nothing like the example photos we sent along with a detailed description of what we were looking for. What we got was a plain white cake with three small flowers and a sprig of eucalyptus that she charged us $50 extra for. After calling the florist, we learned the true cost of the flowers, and that Jayne up-charged an additional $20 to plunk the wilted flowers in the least aesthetically pleasing fashion on the cake. We would’ve been better off purchasing a grocery store bouquet for a fraction of the price, and it would’ve looked a million times better. (And yes, the flowers were wilted when I picked up the cake from the shop).
We were very clear when we asked for the chocolate cake from the tasting box; requesting white icing on the outside only. What we got instead was dry and the chocolate didn’t taste like chocolate; something was off. It was a completely different cake from the one provided in the tasting box.
After addressing our concerns in a brief and matter-of-fact way to Jayne, she took it personally, didn’t call back when she said she would, and sent a snarky email response a day and a half later, mocking us for not thinking the cake was “chocolatey enough” (even though she eventually admitted over the phone that she mixed the chocolate icing with the off-putting white French icing – something we didn’t ask for). She also cited in the email that we didn’t qualify for a refund because we called her four days after we received that cake, and not within a two day window. (I was only asking for a reasonable half refund).
Instead, she offered to refund the wedding cake tasting box, which contradicts her point of not offering refunds since we ordered that weeks prior, and actually liked those cakes.
This is a poor business model and does nothing to ensure repeat customers.
What should’ve been a nice finale to a beautiful meal on our wedding day, was a disappointment, but the biggest disappointment was the rude treatment we received from Jayne.

Jayne makes the most incredible mouth-watering brownies my family and I have ever had. She also made beautiful and very tasty Shrek themed sugar cookies for my son's first birthday. Everything we've had has been so delicious?

All of Jayne’s sweets are amazing and so is she. Key lime pie, apple pie, cookies, brownies, custom cakes - we love them all. Treat yourself, you won’t be disappointed.

Jayne is amazing! Even caters to a vegan lifestyle and made us vegan cupcakes, and cookies.

I ordered cake popsicles and chocolate covered strawberries for Valentine’s Day. Great service all around! Easy to order, quick pick up, and very friendly. Can’t wait to try something new, I hear the brownies are to die for!
