Cream n Sugar Cafe and Bistro

I am so glad that I found this place. The vibe was so nice and the people working there were so kind. The food was also really good. They have Halal chicken and mortadella. Also their presentation was really good- so pleasantly surprised

So - first time here and was impressed. They seem to offer a LOT of different foods (sandwiches, pizza, deserts) and it definitely looked enticing. Had a hot chocolate and it was excellent. Was very clean and well maintained. Would go here again.

The food and coffee is ALWAYS fresh/delicious, and the service is super friendly. A must try.

This was a really cute place and the lady was very kind.a little on the pricey side but I really liked the feel of it all when I walked in the door.mango slush was delicious too

The atmosphere of the spot is really cool and lowkey. Service is great. Just a nice spot to have dessert (or food!) with a friend. Will come back.

This place has such an amazing vibe. The music is wonderful and the lattes are delicious. Ali was so nice he brought us coffee and let us play cards while we enjoyed our lattes. Looking forward to coming back with my wife

It’s a nice place to meet up with friends. The owner is very welcoming and the selection of drinks and desserts is really good.

The name conjures images of ice cream and more ice cream, but really it is more a cafe/eatery that does a bit of everything. Think pizzas, sandwiches, baked goods, bubble tea and lastly, ice cream. The latter is of the kawartha variety if that is of interest.
I did find the food decent, if a tad expensive for what it was.
Tried the lentil soup, salmon sandwich and the shawarma on a pita, along with the carrot cake and a bubble tea (for the kids). The soup and sandwich were good, the shawarma a bit meh - thought it a bit dry. Could have done with some tomatoes or more sauce (tahini?) For some more flavour and moisture.
Carrot cake was ok but thought the size was small for the price.
Service was great-very friendly staff, so there's that. I requested for a bubble tea split by 2 and they obliged though with a charge for an additional cup. That said the tea itself was a bit too sweet.
In short, a jack of all trades

The staff are very attentive and welcoming. I highlighter reccomend the affogato! I also got the Berry hibiscus lemonade, which was also very good.

Stopped in with a friend for lunch and had the most delicious sandwich and soup. Even the regular coffee was really good! Next time I want to try to handmade pizza. Really nice staff (maybe the owner?) : helpful, friendly, kind. Thank you!

I just finished stopping here for lunch. I'm not from around here but this place was definitely an eye catcher. Inside is very nice, and not something you'd expect. I enjoyed the Shwarma wrap very much

Cozy place, warm, fastive. Great for small celebrations or romantic dates. They have cakes, sandwiches and any hot bavarage you wish to order. The owners are super friendly and attentive. They make you feel as part of their family. Definitely recommended!

I go here almost twice a week and every time met with amazing service! The food is delicious, drinks made to with perfection and can’t forget about the dessert!

I work near by and come here all the time! The owners are very kind people they always make drinks and food quickly and it’s always fresh. I usually get the BLT sandwich and an iced coffee. The BLT sandwich always tastes fresh and warm, they put a nice amount of bacon into the sandwich and the iced coffee is so good it tastes even better than Starbucks. Definitely recommend this place if you love cafes!

Extremely rude owners. I went there to get an Americano so I asked them what coffee beans do you serve?
The owner replied "good ones, our own mix". I told them I just like to know what coffee beans I'm being served in case I like it and just because any other coffee shop would tell you what they serve.
They were very rude about it and said "when you go to McDonald you don't ask for the recipes". It's completely unrelated, they kept going, the owner joined and they both were very rude and so aggressive.
I will never go there again, you need to work on your anger issues.

Cream n sugar Cafe is an awesome cafe to go out with your friends or significant other. Beautiful seating area and flavourful drinks. I really enjoyed my Cappuccino with 1 sugar.

A cozy and freindly coffee shop next to Yonge Street, with Great coffee and excellent service!
I especially enjoyed it because it was quiet! A perfect place for business gatherings or book clubs!
I definitely go back and highly recommend them!

Their french vanilla was delightful, with a nice and smooth caramel sweetness. They were also very friendly!

We had house omlet and some sandwiches and coffee. Food was good but not great, omlet portion size was smaller, almost half, of similar items in other Cafes but with similar price. So a bit pricey for the amount of food. Cafe was clean. Staf were nice.

Located where second cup used to be, this place opened up over 3 years ago but it is our first time at this family owned cafe. We came for brunch.

The decor and seating is lovely and there are plenty of tables to sit and enjoy your meal. Love the wall mural and little touches of mini plants at each table. The cafe has a lot to offer such as sandwiches, ice cream, pastries, chili, pizza and various drinks. The owners, Ali and his wife, are so friendly and offer a great customer experience. Prices are reasonable for the size and quality of ingredients you get.

Avocado toast-generous amount of avocado, beautifully plated. Delicious

Bacon and egg sandwich on sesame bun-lots of eggs, could use a bit more bacon, but overall filling and yummy

So glad we got to try this place today. We will be back go order other items in the menu like the pizza!

It's cosy all you need to eat during 24 hours with any budget it's the one. Nice Gentleman is it's owner, very friendly and the place is clean and perfect to go with your friends or collidge for a chat with coffee and cakes or something like this because they have every snacks and food.

This place is simply AMAZING! I only stopped by for a couple take-away cappuccinos and sandwiches, but I was struck by how friendly the service was! They offer a variety of delicious snacks/PERFECTLY made coffee and showed the absolute BEST attitude to their customers. The internet connection is very FAST and unlimited as well. This cute mom n pop cafe is indeed perfect for studying or chilling/hanging with friends. The ambience is quiet and well air-conditioned. The prices are fair & affordable, and the quality of food/pastries so FRESH! If you can appreciate a well-rounded coffee shop then this is most definitely the place for you. They even offer about 20 different Kawartha ice cream flavours! I will certainly be going back to try other tasty treats, and to see the lovely owners again. They were so personable and kind, you can really tell that great service is important to them. Their customers do surely appreciate it!
